This article aims to identify the level of communication, information dissemination, and the dominant status of online media in Indonesia in disseminating information about COVID-19 circulating to the public, especially Twitter users. Qualitative research methods are used in this study to describe the findings obtained from Social Network Analysis on national online media. They are Twitter accounts @CNN Indonesia, @Detikcom, @KompasTV, and @VIVAcoid, and see the intensity of the interaction using #lawancovid and #saatnyaNyalakanTandaBahaya. The analysis was carried out using NVivo 12+ software in looking for graphs, interactions, and network intensity which were grouped into recipient actors, namely government, non-government organizations (NGOs), and the community, and saw the level of Centrality in SNA, which consisted of degree centrality, betweenness centrality, and closeness centrality regarding the spread of COVID-19. The study results stated: (1) the dissemination of information through Twitter media carried out by the national media became dominant and became a prominent tagline in the news summary during June 2021. (2) the highest recipients of information and responses were the public with an average of (0.574), NGOs (0.228), and government (0.2). (3) community interaction patterns and responses related to COVDI-19 also increased compared to other news taglines. (5) A good centrality measurement result is the @KompasTV account, with a degree centrality value of 63, closeness centrality 0.016, and betweenness centrality 3906.000. (6) for the overall framing carried out by the media, it is increasingly making people afraid to do activities outside the home to increase awareness in suppressing the spread of COVID-19 in Indonesia
Artikel ini mencoba menguji keberhasilan peran LSM kepemiluan Komite Independen Sadar Pemilu (KISP) dalam membentuk desa anti politik uang (desa APU) sebagai agenda perlawanan terhadap praktik politik uang di Desa Sardonoharjo, Kecamatan Ngaglik, Kabupaten Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang menggunakan instrumen wawancara terhadap informan terkait dan menggunakan instrumen observasi participan pada objek penelitian sebagai data primer, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari studi perpustakaan terkait fokus penelitian seperti buku, jurnal nasional/internasional, laporan, dokumen dan sumber tertulis lainya yang terkait dengan fokus penelitian. Artikel ini mengarahkan kepada 4 kesimpulan pokok: 1.) Peran KISP sebagai konseptor pembentukan Desa APU meliputi deklarasi Desa APU untuk melawan praktik politik uang, pembentukan tim, sosialisasi dan pendidikan tentang bahaya politik uang, hingga pada pembuatan modul Desa APU dan pembuatan stiker keluarga anti politik uang. 2.) Masih ada penolakan oleh masyarakat sekitar terkait gerakan perlawanan politik uang. 3.) Peran KISP dalam pembentukan Desa APU untuk melawan praktik politik kurang efektif mengurangi terjadinya praktik politik uang, meskipun tidak ditemukan laporan mengenai praktik politik uang di Desa Sardonoharjo hal ini tidak mengindikasikan keberhasilan program Desa APU. 4.) Hal ini disebabkan karena politik uang sudah menjadi hal yang biasa dikalangan masyarakat sekitar desa tersebut dan sikap kurang tegas dari pihak perangkat desa, serta kurangnya partisipasi dari pihak Bawaslu Kabupaten Sleman pada tahapan sosialisasi.
This study aims to see how the programs of the Heart of Borneo (HoB) and the actions taken by the HoB in forest conservation in Kalimantan. Forest is an area that is overgrown with dense trees and as a place to live flora and fauna that live without human intervention. Forests are the key to the survival of creatures on earth, including humans, because they can affect many things that include life and sustainability. One organization that cares about forests is the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) and the organization formed by WWF to protect Kalimantan's forests is the Heart of Borneo. The purpose of the Heart of Borneo itself is to preserve and maintain the rainforest areas in Kalimantan for the welfare of present and future generations. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method in which the researcher seeks to describe a phenomenon, event, and event that is happening which is then described as there where the researcher tries to describe the Heart of Borneo program in Kalimantan. The results of this study indicate that forest destruction that occurred in Kalimantan is very worrying. The damage was caused by large-scale forest clearing wich changed its functions to the coal mining, the conversion of forest land to oil palm agriculture functions that damage the living ecosystem of flora and fauna. Previously, Kalimantan forest were very beneficial for human life and the flora fauna that live in it.Through the Heart of Borneo program, it seeks to protect the remaining forest in Kalimantan to remain sustainable and function properly
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pentingnya peran dari komunitas masyarakat pecinta lingkunan dalam pemenuhan ruang terbuka hijau di Kota Depok. RTH sendiri merupakan bagian dari kebijakan penataan ruang kawasan yang memiliki manfaat tinggi dengan tidak hanya dianggap sebagai upaya penyeimbangan kualitas lingkungan, tapi juga dapat dijadikan identitas kebanggaan kota yang telah diamanatkan dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 26 Tahun 2007 tentang Penataan Ruang dimana fasilitas tersebut memiliki batas minimal pengadaan sebanyak 30% dengan rincian proporsi 20% untuk ruang public, dan 10% untuk ruang privat. Selain itu dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dari jurnal artikel, buku, dokumen pemerintah, media sosial serta Web resmi Daerah yang kemudian yang di analisis menggunakan model sekunder hingga mendapatkan kesimpulannya. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukkan kepada Pemerintah Kota Depok untuk mampu secara maksimal memanfaatkan komunitas tersebut sebagai pemeran dalam pengadaan RTH di Kota Depok.
This article aims to analyze the role of actors in COVID-19 control in Indonesia and identify sustainable development policies in the health sector. The significant impact of COVID-19 occurs in the health sector, so the critical primary role of the government is to formulate policies in the health sector to control COVID-19. This research used a descriptive qualitative method by analyzing the policies made and the role of actors in covid-19 control in the field of health. This research data uses secondary data from national and international journal articles, government websites, and national online media news during the COVID-19 pandemic. The technique of analyzing research data uses Vosviewer and Nvivo 12 plus software so that data visualization can be presented as a basis for formulating health development policies and how the role of actors in controlling COVID-19. This study indicates, 1) the pattern of health development policies in controlling COVID-19 still needs improvement in effectiveness and efficiency so that policies are right on target. 2) policies made in controlling COVID-19 in Indonesia are still not optimal, especially in integrating technology and other resources. 3) the government is not ready to control COVID-19; the role of other actors is still low in intensity in controlling COVID-19. Based on the research analysis it is important to formulate policies to control COVID-19 and identify its role. Thus, this research can provide a reference in formulating sustainable policies in controlling COVID-19 in the health sector.
