Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem pengendalian dalam kualitas produksi pada PT. FKP serta dapat mengidentifikasi penyebab dari kegagalan proses produksi pada mesin cutting sealing. Pada penelitian metode yang digunakan adalah Failure Modes and Effects Analysis dan diagram pareto yaitu sebuah metode pengendalian kualitas yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kegagalan terjadi dalam sebuah desain, sistem, proses, atau pelayanan (service). Identifikasi dalam metode ini, dimana kegagalan potensial dilakukan dengan cara pemberian penilaian atau skor masing-masing moda/modus kegagalan berdasarkan tingkat kejadian (occurrence), tingkat keparahan (severity), dan tingkat deteksi (detection). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengendalian kualitas pada PT. FKP belum maksimal, dengan rata-rata kegagalan produk 75% perbulan pada mesin cutting sealing. Jenis kegagalan yang sering terjadi adalah seal leleh sebesar 21%, sobek sebesar 20%, sambungan sebesar 17% dan melipat sebesar 17% dari total produk gagal/cacat pada periode yang diamati. Dari hasil observasi lapangan dan wawancara, faktor-faktor penyebab kegagalan/cacat ini adalah faktor manusia dan mesin.
This study aims to explore the readiness of SMEs Karawang in terms of Technology, Organization, Environment (TOE) Framework and technological readiness (TRI) for benefits of industry 4.0 (BOI) in the dimension of industry 4.0 (DOI), viewed from different business scale groups; micro-businesses (group 1) and small-medium businesses (group 2), with a random sampling of 300 SMEs samples using the multigroup-SEM method. The results showed that the feasibility of the research model was quite good from the results of the structural test of the multigroup-SEM. In the micro business (group 1), managerial (TOE) and technology (TRI) MSME readiness factors influence the use of technology pillars in the industry dimension (DOI). In contrast, in small and medium business groups (group 2), the managerial (TOE) and technology (TRI) readiness of MSMEs influence the use of (DOI) and the benefits of the industrial era 4.0 (BOI).
Performa sepeda motor dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, diantaranya adalah penggantian beberapa part pada sepeda motor. Salah satu bagian yang banyak untuk dimodifikasi adalah busi yang dipercaya dapat meningkatkan performa. Bahan bakar yang digunakan juga dapat mempengaruhi performa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh penggunaan variasi busi terhadap torsi, daya dan emisi gas buang. Metode yang digunakan adalah menggunakan analisis uji statistik one way anova untuk dapat melihat pengaruh dari variasi busi yang dilakukan. Dari hasil perhitungan softwere analisis statistik one way anova dapat disimpulkan bahwa variasi busi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap torsi karena F value < F crit (0,031 < 5,143253). Variasi busi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap daya karena F value < F crit (0,003 < 5,143253). Variasi busi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap HC karena F value < F crit (3,48 < 5,143253). Variasi busi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap CO karena F value < F crit (4,97 < 5,143253). Variasi busi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap , karena F value < F crit (1,207 < 5,143253). Variasi busi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap , karena F value > F crit (5,528 > 5,143253). Motorcycle performance is influenced by many factors, including the replacement of several parts on a motorcycle. One of the many parts to modify is the spark plug which is believed to improve performance. The fuel used can also affect performance. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of using variations of spark plugs on torque, power and exhaust emissions. The method used is to use one way ANOVA statistical test analysis to be able to see the effect of the variation of the spark plugs performed. From the results of software calculations one way ANOVA statistical analysis, it can be concluded that the variation of spark plugs does not significantly influence torque because F value < F crit (0.031 < 5.143253). The variation of the spark plugs did not significantly influence the power because the F value < F crit (0.003 < 5.143253). Variation of spark plugs did not significantly influence HC because F value < F crit (3.48 < 5.143253). Spark plug variation does not significantly influence CO because F value < F crit (4.97 < 5.143253). Spark plug variation does not significantly influence , because F value < F crit (1.207 < 5.143253). Spark plug variations significantly influence , because F value > F crit (5,528 > 5,143253).
Mushroom baglog machine is used to assist mushroom farmers in producing mushroom seedling media. It works by compressing baglog media to make it tightly packed and slicing straw for planting media. Compaction of mushroom seedling medium seeks to enhance the density of the media and its capacity to absorb water. The approach of building a mushroom baglog press machine with low power consumption is appropriate for small farmers' demands. To build a mushroom baglog press machine, numerous machine parts must be designed according to the requirements of the electric motor, belt, pulley, chain, sprocket, and shaft, as well as the convenience of operation. The calculations assume a power output of 0.5 hp, a rotational speed of 1420 rpm, and a transmission ratio of 1:60. The shear stress value on the step shaft in the punch is an accurate measurement, indicating that the design stress is greater than the actual stress.
The city of Karawang is famous as a city of rice granaries. As a city of rice granaries, the city of Karawang is assigned a surplus of unhulled rice of 1.5 million tons. This causes a large number of rice husks to become waste from the mills. With the knowledge and skills of farmers who are still minimal in utilizing rice husk waste, most of the rice husk waste by farmers is only thrown away or burned so that it can cause environmental pollution around the disposal of rice husk waste. One way to utilize rice husk waste is to process rice husk waste into animal feed. An alternative to solve this problem is by making a fish pellet printer that is used to produce fish pellets using rice husks as the basic ingredient. This fish pellet printing machine is made with the aim of utilizing rice husk waste which is only thrown away or burned by farmers so that rice husk waste can become a high-value product. In this study, data collection techniques were carried out by studying literature and conducting experiments on fish pellet making machines. After that, the design of the shape was carried out then continued with the manufacture / assembly of components of the fish pellet printing machine and finally the testing of tools / machines with parameters was designed and equipped with an electric motor 250 watts 220 volts 1400 rpm so that it can be used in industry. at home, this electric motor aims to act as a screw driver which is assisted by a WPA gearbox with a ratio of 1:30 so that the rotation obtained is not too fast, the rotation speed can be adjusted by the amount of pulley used so that it can be in accordance with your wishes. With these conditions, it will greatly assist producers in carrying out and speeding up the process of grinding fish pellets.
