Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas V SD pada pelajaran IPA. Kemampuan berpikir kritis yang diukur mencakup lima aspek yaitu memberikan penjelasan sederhana, membangun keterampilan dasar, kesimpulan, membuat penjelasan lanjut, serta strategi dan taktik. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN 37 Cakranegara, dan untuk menentukan sampel digunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Jenis penelitian ini quasi eksperiment dengan desain Nonequivalent control group. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan tes dan observasi. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dua pihak dengan tingkat signifikansi . Berdasarkan hasil uji n-gain pada kelas eksperimen diperoleh n-gain sebesar 0,562 dengan kategori sedang, dan pada kelas kontrol di peroleh n-gain sebesar 0,226 dengan kategori rendah, artinya ada pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis pada pelajaran IPA siswa kelas V SDN 37 Cakranegara. Kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa sebelum diterapkan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing tergolong rendah dengan rata-rata nilai pre-test 48,67, sedangkan nilai rata-rata posttest sebesar 77,52 tergolong sedang. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa.
In conventional learning, teachers frequently face difficulties to deliver their materials due to limited time and practical materials in teaching network computer. Conventional teaching process, especially practical materials, has still not yet been optimal. Thus, computer and multimedia based learning is required to help the students. Besides it can reduce costs in practical materials procurement, the students can absorb the given knowledge well without thinking of the costs to buy the practical materials. Computer Assisted Instruction Method can present the learning using various media either by picture or video that can assist the effective learning process and simplify the students to manage the learning speed since it is combined with the multimedia. By doing this, the students can practice the lesson materials, study whenever and wherever they want. Compuer learning application prioritize user interface, user friendly, which can make the students be diligent and passionate in learning.
The determination of leading sector of economy of the regency with the PDRB forming sector approach. Economic growth and the process is the main conditionfor maintaining regional economic development. To spur the reginon's economic growth rate and increase its contribution to the formation of gross regional domestic total (GDP), then the development of leading sectors can be made as a driver of regional economic development.With the development of the region's leading sector is expected to increase the economic growth of the region itself. Focus of this research is to determine the superior economic sector in Langkat regency as a consideration in economic development planning. The analysis used is Location quotient (LQ), Tipology klassen and shife share. LQ analysis is used to identify the base sector, tipology klassen analysis is used to determine sector growth classification and shife share is used to determine the leading sector and see how big contribution of superior sector of langkat regency in economic development. The leading sector of Langkat Regency are Agriculture Sector and Electricity Sector.
Rice, as the main food commodity in Indonesia, is expected to be fulfilled from national production. The Rice Farmers Business Insurance (AUTP) is one of the government programs to support national food production. The purpose of conducting this research was to analyse farmers’ perceptions of the Rice Farming Insurance (AUTP) program and to analyse the impact of farmers’ perceptions on farmers’ participation in the AUTP program. Analyses were performed with the statistical descriptions, the Mann-Whitney Test, and the Kruskal-Wallis Test. The test results showed that rice farmers who were the AUTP program participants had very good perceptions of the program objectives, benefits, and implementation. Meanwhile, rice farmers who were not the AUTP program participants had moderate perceptions of the program objectives, benefits, and implementation. The perceptions of lowland rice farmers had a significant impact on the participation of lowland rice farmers in the AUTP program. Farmers who did not participate in the AUTP program tended to have worse perceptions of the program, while farmers who participated in the AUTP program tended to have better perceptions. Suggestions had been compiled so that the AUTP program can better support farmers in stabilizing and increasing rice production to maintain national food security.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi pendapatan pengupas bawang merah terhadap pendapatan keluarga.Teknik pengambilan Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Simple Random Sampling. Dengan total populasi124 orangdiambil sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 25 orang. Adapun metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kontribusi pendapatan pengupas bawang merah sebesar 9,55 %, yang berarti bahwa pendapatan pengupas bawang merah masih tergolong rendah terhadap pendapatan keluarga.
