<p><em>The purpose of this research are to analyze the critical thinking ability of XA grade student at SMK BIM Ngawi. This research is include of descriptive qualitative research. The subject of research is XA grade at SMK BIM Ngawi. The technique sampling is purposive samping. The technique that use to fix the data is essay written test that developed by critical thinking ability indicator, based on Facione opinion. Based on data analysis critical thinking ability is gotten average explanation score 72% high category, interpretation 63% high category, analysis 31% low category, self regulation 51% category enough, evaluation 46% category enough and inferation 62% high category. The results or research show that almost the students critical thinking ability category enough. That result give an information to the teacher to train the criical thinking ability so can improve the students critical thinking ability more.</em></p>
Model Inkuiri Terbimbing adalah model pembelajaran yang merangsang siswa untuk menemukan permasalahan atau pertanyaan, dimana topik atau materi pembelajarannya telah ditentukan oleh guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keefektifan model Inkuiri Terbimbing untuk meningkatkan keterampilan Proses Sains siswa SMA. Penelitian ini adalah Pre-eksperimen dengan desain penelitian menggunakan pre-test and post-test design yang diujicobakan kepada 30 siswa SMA, yang dibagi dalam dua kelompok. Sebelum dilakukan pembelajaran dengan Model Inkuiri Terbimbing siswa diberi tes keterampilan Proses Sains dan setelah dilakukan pembelajaran siswa kembali diberikan tes yang sama. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan paired t-test, n-gain, dan uji kesamaan dua rata-rata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: ada peningkatan keterampilan berikir kitis siswa secara signifikan pada a = 5%, rata-rata n-gain sebesar 0.72% berkategori Tinggi dan tidak berbeda pada kedua kelompok. Dengan demikian, model Inkuiri Terbimbing efektif dapat meningkatkan keterampilan Proses Sains siswa SMA.
This research has purpose to analyze the scientific attitude of students in basic bology I. This research is a descriptive research. The subject of research is student of science education STKIP Modern Ngawi first semester in the academic year 2018/2019. Attitude was measure used a questionnaire of scientific attitudes..The percentages of students curiosity attitude 78,84% with good criteria, responsibility accurary was 71,15% with good criteria, conscientious atitude was 71,63% with good criteria, honesty attitude was 72,11% with good criteria, teamwork was 81,72% with good criteria, and ctitical attitude was 69,22% with ctireria enough. Overall, the percentage of the students scintific attitude was good criteria.
The new curriculum is needed as a way out of the learning process that is in line with the demands of the times and pandemic conditions, where changes in regulations and the learning process can occur at any time. This paper aims to explain the concept of the Prototype Curriculum at the PAUD level which is implemented in PAUD Mutiara Yogyakarta for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. This research uses a normative or literature approach, with primary data sources in the form of documents related to the research focus. The results showed that through the Driving School Program, a new curriculum concept called the Prototype Curriculum was obtained. At the PAUD level, the learning process is directed at 3 (three) Learning Outcomes (CP), namely: religious values and ethics; identity; the basis of STEAM literacy (science, technology, engineering, art, mathematics). Learning Outcomes themselves have been previously known through the 2013 Curriculum with the terms Basic Competencies (KD) and Core Competencies (KI). Abstrak Kurikulum baru ini diperlukan sebagai jalan keluar dari proses pembelajaran yang sejalan dengan tuntutan zaman dan kondisi pandemi, dimana perubahan regulasi dan proses pembelajaran dapat terjadi sewaktu-waktu. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan konsep Kurikulum Prototipe di tingkat PAUD yang diterapkan di PAUD Mutiara Yogyakarta untuk Tahun Akademik 2022/2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan normatif atau literatur, dengan sumber data primer berupa dokumen yang berkaitan dengan fokus penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui Program Driving School diperoleh konsep kurikulum baru yang disebut Kurikulum Prototipe. Pada tingkat PAUD, proses pembelajaran diarahkan pada 3 (tiga) Capaian Pembelajaran (CP), yaitu: nilai-nilai agama dan etika; identitas; dasar literasi STEAM (sains, teknologi, teknik, seni, matematika). Capaian Pembelajaran sendiri sebelumnya telah dikenal melalui Kurikulum 2013 dengan istilah Kompetensi Dasar (KD) dan Kompetensi Inti (KI).
This study aims to examine the needs of students in MTs Negeri 2 Ngawi, especially Class VII, for PBL-based science learning modules to improve HOTS. This development research method is R&D (Research and Development), which is adapted from the development of a 4-D model (Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate). However, this research is limited to the Define stage, which is carried out by analyzing learning procedures. The subjects of this study were MTsN 2 Ngawi science teachers and class VII students who had studied temperature and heat material. Based on the questionnaire from students, it can be concluded that 90% of students believe in the need to develop teaching materials. While the questionnaire given to teachers found the result that learning in the classroom seemed to be monotonous so that it did not support the ability of students to think at a high level, it was necessary to have teaching materials or modules as support because the books provided by the government were inadequate. In conclusion from the results of the questionnaire of students and teachers, as well as the cognitive learning outcomes of students, it is necessary to develop modules related to Temperature and Heat. The development of problem-based learning modules (PBL) is a method for teachers to improve the learning process of students, especially in terms of fostering higher-order thinking skills (HOTS).
