The purpose of this service is to provide understanding and training of web applications for students to be able to implement web applications into tourism applications. Furthermore, to search for accommodation locations, there are directions for walking using GIS. Furthermore, the GIS application is implemented for locating services on mobile devices and can be accessed via web and mobile networks. The problem with this service is that students do not understand how to make web-based tourism destination applications that produce Location Based Service on web devices and then help to find information and tourism locations from the user's starting point location to the route that can be taken to the tourism location. Furthermore, the use of web media as a medium to find hotel information combined using a web-based mobile application which is a Location Based Service (LBS) according to the user's location to get the location and route to the destination hotel location quickly and easily. The results of this service are students can understand how to make web in applying the web by searching for tourism places by having several main views, namely finding the location of the closest tourism place according to the user's location. Thus this system will make it easier for users or the public to see tourism locations and help the Aceh Culture and Tourism Office in increasing the number of tourism visitors so that it can indirectly increase regional income, especially in the Aceh area.

The use of Information Technology (IT) in higher education is said to be useful if its application is in accordance with the vision and mission of the organization. Academic information system audit is a method of assessing or assessing academic information systems to ensure that the governance and management functions of the information system are implemented properly. Unimal is a university that has implemented information technology in its operational processes. In achieving the organization's vision, the use of IT in the organization must always be monitored so that the services provided to users can be maximized, including by conducting an audit process to identify the level of IT maturity so that IT management can find solutions from processes that are considered less than optimal. This study aims to measure the level of capability of Unimal Academic Information Technology using COBIT 5 Domain APO (Align, Plan, and Organise) in the APO01, APO02, APO04 and APO11 processes. The focus of the research is also based on the need for priority processes in the Malikussaleh University environment and research related to the APO domain has not been carried out. The purpose of this study in general is to analyze Academic Information Technology using the COBIT 5 framework in the APO domain at the Malikussaleh University, as well as to provide solutions for improving academic information technology and IT implementation at the Malikussaleh University.

Data mining explores a huge amount of data to extract the information to be meaningful. In the field of public health, data mining hold a crucial contribution in predicting disease in early stage. In order to detect diseases, the patients need to conduct various tests. In the context of disease predicion, Data mining techniques aims to reduce the test that patients need to accomplish. Also the techniques is used to increase the accuracy rate of detection. Nowadays, diabetes attacks many adults in the world. Moreover, in order to reduce the number of adult having diabetes, an effective and efficient diabetes detection mechanism should be found. This report will apply some data mining techniques on diabetes dataset that has been downloaded at UCI Machine Learning Repository.Three kind of classification algorithm such as Naïve Bayes Classifier, Multilayer Perceptrons (MLP’s) and Desicion Tree (J.48) have been performed on this dataset. Obtained outcomes indicated that Naïve Bayes Classifier achieved the highest accuracy with 76,30%. As the result, this algorithm is a good method to classify and diagnose diabetes diseases on studying dataset.

Desa adalah salah satu wilayah yang mempunyai sistem pemerintahan yang dipimpin oleh  seorang  kepala  desa.  Desa  Lancang  Garam  merupakan  salah  satu  desa  di lingkungan Universitas Malikussaleh Lhokseumawe yang terdapat di kecamatan Banda Sakti, Kota Lhokseumawe. Sebuah desa tentunya memiliki sebuah pemanfaatan sistem teknologi untuk mengelola sistem di desa tersebut. Permasalahan yang dihadapi di Desa Lancang Garam adalah Penyampaian informasi dan pelayanan yang diberikan terhadap masyarakat masih dilakukan secara manual karena belum ada pengetahuan perangkat desa dan warga untuk menggunakan media mobile dalam melakukan pelayanan publik sementara hampir semua warga desa memiliki hanphone. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah  Merancang sistem informasi smart gampong berbasis Mobile di Gampong Lancang Garam. Metode yang  dilakukan dalam pelaksanaan   pengabdian   ini   adalah pembuatan dan sosialisai penggunaan  sistem informasi desa berbasis mobile, tim   melaksanakan   survei   ke desa yang berlokasi di Kota Lhokseumawe, Membuat pelatihan dan sosialisasi penggunaan sistem kepada tenaga adm, perangkat desa dan warga tentang memaksimalkan penggunaan aplikasi sistem informasi berbasis mobile dalam melakukan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Hasil pelatihan penggunaan Sistem Informasi desa berbasis android di Desa lancang garam tersebut dapat memberikan manfaat tentang teknologi berbasis android dalam meningkatkan kualitas serta kemampuan para aparatur desa dan warga sehingga mereka dapat menggunakan sistem tersebut dan dapat meningkatkan pelayan administrasi kepada masyarakat Para peserta antusias sekali mengikuti program pelatihan Implementasi Sistem Informasi Menuju Smart Gampong Berbasis Mobile di Desa Lancang Garam. Dan mereka berharap  agar kegiatan tersebut dapat berkelanjutan dengan program-program yang lebih inovatif lagi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian  dalam proses mewujudkan smart gampong, masyarakat mendapatkan kemudahan dalam mengakses aplikasi serta masyarakat dapat melakukan pencarian surat-surat yang dibutuhkan dan masyarakat lebih mudah dalam mencari tahu informasi mengenai fasilitas- fasilitas yang terdapat didalam desa Lancang Garam. Kemudian dalam menyediakan media pengaduan kepada masyarakat terkait keluhan dapat diakses pada aplikasi ini.

Peningkatan kualitas program pembelajaran perlu dilandasi dengan kegiatan belajar-mengajar yang efisien dan efektif.  Strategi dalam pendidikan merupakan suatu  proses untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan siswa pada masa pandemi ini. Perkembangan teknologi dan komunikasi pada dunia pendidikan membutuhkan proses pelatihan dan pembelajaran menggunakan berbagai metode (E-Learning, Zoom, Google Classroom, Schoology, dan Edmodo). Proses ini menggunakan kegiatan pelatihan dan pengajaran. Prosesnya ini tidak terkendala apapun karena  dapat diakses dan diproses kapan saja dan di mana saja. Proses ini mendukung kebijakan Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Indonesia terkait proses pembelajaran dan mendeka belajar selama pandemic covid-19. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi pada dunia pendidikan, pembelajaran selama ini yang kurang efektif. Metode penyampaian materi yang diberikan belum efektif dalam pemanfaatan sumber belajar, penyampaian materi oleh guru secara jadwal mengajar kurang baik sehingga penyerapan materi untuk siswa kurang diterima. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dengan menggunakan teori dan praktik. Hasil dari proses pelatihan ini dapat memberikan inovasi pembelajaran secara daring dengan penggunaan berbagai tools berbagai tools yang digunakan dan meningkatkan kemampuan guru untuk mengimplementasikannya dapat meningkatkan proses belajar mandiri.
