Food and beverages produced in a way that does not comply with regulations can harm health. Assessment and supervision of the entire food industry are carried out to ensure the safety of food circulating in the community, including the food home industry. This study evaluates food home industry facilities based on the Indonesia National Agency Of Drug and Food Control (NADFC) Regulation number HK.03.1.23.04.12.2207HK.03.1.23.04.12. in 2012 The research was conducted from June-August 2021, with observations and interviews to assess food production facilities in the food home industry of Dapur Eny. An assessment was carried out on 14 components and an examination of the microbiological quality of the water. Based on the assessment results, the next step is to determine the level of the food home industry. The study results found three categories of discrepancies: minor in the recording and documentation components; major in employee health and hygiene, and hygiene and sanitation maintenance and programs; and serious categories are buildings and facilities, production equipment, and process control. Dapur Eny is included in level III based on the assessment results, so an internal audit must be carried out every two weeks. The food home industry assessment ensures the safety of food circulating in the community and improves the quality of products and companies.

Aedes aegypti is the main epidemic vector and causes dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF). Efforts to control the eradication of mosquito nests are by using insecticides. Therefore, biological material is needed as a larvicide, namely male keluwih flowers (Artocarpus camasi). Keluwih male flowers contain flavonoids, saponins, polyphenols, tannins and tannins which can act as respiratory toxins. The purpose of this research was to determine the optimum concentration of male keluwih flower extract as larvacide to Aedes aegypti third instar larvae. The population was instar III larvae with a total sample size of 500 individuals. The experimental research method used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatment groups, each of which contained 25 Aedes aegypty instar III larvae and 4 repetitions with a concentration of 0%; 0.5%; 0.75%; 1% and 1% positive control (abate). The data obtained were tested using the one-way ANOVA test and Tukey Ba's Post Hoc Tests to see the differences in each concentration. Research results on concentration 0%; 0.5%; 0.75%, 1% and 1% (positive control) larvae mortality test reached 0%; 48%; 77% and 100%. It was found in the one way ANOVA test that there was a difference of 0.00 <0.05. In the LC50, it showed 5248.07 ppm (0.525%) there is 50% larval mortality. These results indicate that the extract of male keluwih flowers has the highest rights against Aedes aegypti larvae.
