<p><em>This study aims to know how society defines and understands about forest and also how the impact of the society's cultural behaviour changes (local wisdom) on ecology sustainability in </em><em>Nagan Raya</em><em> regency. </em><em>Fenomenology qualitative</em><em> was used in this study and the data was collected through deep interview. Purposive sampling was used to determine the subject of this study. The result of study showed that nowadays the society has different understanding from before. This difference lead to behaviour changes of </em><em>Nagan Raya</em><em> society in using the forest. This is affected by society's experience, norm, value, economic needs toward the woods. Thus, the changing behaviour toward the forest gived the positive and negative impact. In one hand, for short term period this could be the life resources for the society's need. however, on long term period, it lead to individualistic life. The decrease function of tradition collective wisdom peulara uteun lead to forest damage.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><strong><em>Ecology Sustainability</em></strong><strong><em>,</em></strong><strong><em> Forest</em></strong><strong><em>,</em></strong><strong><em> Local Wisdom</em></strong><strong><em>,</em></strong><strong><em> Meaning</em></strong><strong><em>.</em></strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui masyarakat mendefinisikan dan memahami tentang hutan dan juga terkait dampak perubahan perilaku budaya masyarakat (kearifan lokal) terhadap kelestarian lingkungan di Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Fenomenologi kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dan data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam. <em>Purposive sampling</em> digunakan untuk menentukan subjek penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa saat ini masyarakat memiliki pemahaman yang berbeda dari sebelumnya. Perbedaan ini menyebabkan perubahan perilaku masyarakat Nagan Raya dalam memanfaatkan hutan. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman, norma, nilai, kebutuhan ekonomi masyarakat terhadap hutan. Dengan demikian, perubahan perilaku terhadap hutan memberi dampak positif dan negatif. Di satu sisi, untuk jangka pendek ini bisa menjadi sumber kehidupan bagi kebutuhan masyarakat. Namun, dalam jangka panjang, hal itu mengarah pada kehidupan individualistis. Penurunan fungsi tradisi kolektif kebijaksanaan <em>peulara uteun</em> menyebabkan kerusakan hutan.</p><p><strong>Kata Kunci: Keberlanjutan Ekologis, Hutan, Kearifan Lokal, Pemahaman</strong></p>
Cultural systems that play an important role in people's lives, especially those related to local wisdom in the livelihoods of the people. This study aims to determine the culture of the livelihood system of Tutup Ngisor’s Village. The method in this research is qualitative with purposive sampling technique. As for conducting data validity using triangulation of sources with in-depth interviews as data collection techniques. This research was examined using structural theory and agents from Margaret S. Archer. In this theory, the morphogenetic approach can be seen in two forms, namely morphogenesis and morphostasis. There is the influence of agents and structures in interactions and actions so as to bring up structures that also react and change with the actions and interactions of the agents. Based on the findings of the field, the people of Tutup Ngisor’s Village have a number of livelihood elements that have experienced technical changes (morphogenesis) and there are some elements that have morphostatic (unchanged). Thus there is a cultural change in the livelihood systems of Tutup Ngisor’s Village community.
This study to analyze about understanding the driver and the company of Gojek about Partnership Agreements which is different with Work Agreements that has been set up by labor law in Indonesia, so it became a new study, and then analyze to know the relation that partnerships between the driver, company, government and consumer. This research is assessed using the theory social exchange Peter Blau. The method of this study is naturalistic inquiry. We find there is a different understanding between the driver with the company of Partnership Agreements. According to the drivers, contract offered by the company Gojek have not answered the rights of driver as a partner or as worker, like social security, a system of compensation, and working time. Partnership Agreements that should have mutually beneficial, but in fact a working relationship which is interwoven as a working relationship on workers that have must always be subject to any company policy. Therefore the drivers agree if online transportation of ojek arranged by the government. The absence of a labor union official and there is no industrial relations commonly called Tripartite between the driver, company, government and consumer.
