One of the teaching material for blind students is a textbook in braille. Carrying a thick braille’s book lead to be burdensome for students. Digitization like an audiobook became the key for disability students to read an information in a book form. The study aims to develop an interactive audiobook based on the integration of science and Quranic values for blind students. Research and development method with Purposive Sampling technique used in this research. Data collecting conducted from three Senior High Schools of Inclusion (Sekolah Menengah Pendidikan Luar Biasa) that are Pembina Tingkat Jakarta School of Inclusion (Sekolah Luar Biasa Pembina Tingkat Nasional Jakarta), A Tan Miat Bekasi School of Inclusion (Sekolah Luar Biasa A Tan Miat Bekasi) and Mekar Sari Bogor School of Inclusion (Sekolah Luar Biasa Mekar Sari Bogor). Validity level was measured by validity expert and the effectiveness was measured by student response during learning activities. The results indicate that the implementation of interactive audiobook based on the Quran integrating increase the level of student comprehension. Therefore, this research has added practical media that is considered necessary in physical learning for students with disabilities, however the utilization has to be frequently.
This study aims to determine the effect of the application of learning CD media based on the SAVI approach (Somatic Auditory-Visual Intellectual) on students learning outcomes on the concept of symptoms of global warming. This research was carried out at 11 Bekasi Senior High School in March 2019. The research method used was a quasiexperimental design with a nonequivalent control group design. The sample in this study was taken by purposive sampling which consists of class XI MIA 3 (experimental class) and class XI MIA 4 (control class). The instruments used were test instruments in the form of essays and non-test instruments in the form of questionnaires. Based on the results of the hypothesis testing of the posttest data by using the parametric statistical test in the form of the t-test at a significance level of 0.05, the sig value was obtained. (2tailed) of 0.001 which means that sig. <0.05, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, with the learning CD-based mechanism of the SAVI Approach proven to influence student Learning Outcomes on the concept of symptoms of global warming. In addition, the overall response of students also shows excellent responses with an average percentage value of 81%.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media audiovisual berbasis pendekatan Islamic-Science, Environment, Technology, Society (I-SETS) yang layak digunakan berdasarkan validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas. Pengembangan media audiovisual berbasis pendekatan I-SETS menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan 4-D yang terdiri dari empat langkah yaitu: Define, Design, Develop dan Disseminate. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media tersebut sesuai untuk kegiatan praktikum fisika dasar. Berdasarkan tinjauan ahli media dan materi masing-masing diperoleh persentase keseluruhan sebesar 83,43% dan 83,45 % dengan kategori layak. Hasil angket respon mahasiswa menunjukkan bahwa media yang dikembangkan dalam kategori praktis dengan nilai sebesar 80,59%. Hasil keefektifan produk berdasarkan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,67 dalam kategori sedang. Penelitian ini menyiratkan bahwa media audiovisual berbasis pendekatan I-SETS yang telah dikembangkan adalah valid, praktis, dan efektif digunakan untuk praktikum fisika dasar dan mungkin untuk dikembangkan pada topik atau disiplin ilmu lain.Kata kunci: audiovisual, Fisika dasar, Pendekatan I-SETS, praktikum.
Keterampilan berpikir kreatif dalam pembelajaran fisika penting untuk ditingkatkan terkait dengan pengembangan ide-ide dan produktivitas siswa di abad 21. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan pengaruh penerapan model brain based learning (BBL) terhadap keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan respon siswa pada konsep hukum Newton. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan April sampai Mei 2018 di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 04 Kab. Bogor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experiment dengan desain nonequivalent control group design. Total sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri 68 siswa yang terbagi menjadi dua kelas yaitu kelas X MIPA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan X MIPA 2 sebagai kelas kontrol yang diambil secara purposive sampling. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney pada menunjukkan adanya signifikansi pengaruh. Respon siswa secara keseluruhan berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata nilai persentase sebesar 81%. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran menggunakan model BBL berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa.
Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) telah memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam bidang pendidikan. Pembelajaran yang lebih individual dan fleksibel dengan penekanan pada metode instruksi sedang menjadi tren yang berkembang di seluruh dunia. Penelitian ini menekankan pada penggunaan komputer dalam proses belajar mengajar untuk memberikan instruksi dalam situasi kelas. Model Pembelajaran CAI berbantuan Physics Learning Research Group (PLRG) simulator digunakan untuk meningkatkan penguasaan konsep siswa. PLRG simulator menekankan konsep fisika berbasis penyelidikan ilmiah bagi siswa sekolah dasar hingga perguruan tinggi. Populasi yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas X Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa Model Pembelajaran CAI berbantuan Physics Learning Research Group (PLRG) simulator dapat meningkatkan penguasaan konsep siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai N-gain yang diperoleh oleh siswa pada kelas eksperimen. Peningkatan kemampuan penguasaan konsep siswa rata-rata berada pada kategori sedang.Kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran CAI, PLRG Simulator, dan Penguasaan Konsep The development of information and communication technology has contributed significantly in education. More individual and flexible learning with an emphasis on instruction methods is becoming a growing trend throughout the world. This study emphasizes the use of computers in the teaching and learning process to provide instruction in classroom situations. The CAI learning model used of the Physics Learning Research Group (PLRG) simulator is used to improve the mastery of students' concepts. PLRG simulators emphasize the concept of physics based on scientific inquiry for elementary school to college students. The population used is students of class X High School. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the CAI Learning Model use of Physics Learning Research Group (PLRG) simulator could improve the mastery of students' concepts. This is indicated by the N-gain values obtained by the students in the experimental class.
