For tourism destinations, infrastructure is included as natural resources and man-made resources are natural resources and man-made resources that are needed by tourists when traveling to a tourist destination. This research focuses on the readiness of social, economic, and environmental infrastructures available in tourism destinations. This research aims to analyze the readiness of supporting infrastructure in tourism destinations to achieve Sustainable Tourism Development in Bangka Island for today and the future. This research used an analysis model of IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) to measure the level of one's importance for the performance of other parties. A person's interest was measured by comparing the level of expectation with the performance that carried out using a Likert scale. This research also discussed the extent of tourists' perceptions of the interests or expectations regarding the readiness of supporting infrastructure in the destinations to achieve Sustainable Tourism Development on Bangka Island. a total sample of 240 respondents spread across two selected tourist destinations for each Regency on Bangka Island. This research provides results that the types of infrastructure in Bangka Regency and South Bangka Regency are the concentrate here, such as the economic and social infrastructures, whereas in Central Bangka Regency, the infrastructure that becomes the concentrate here including economic, social, and environmental infrastructures, especially from waste management.

Bursa Efek Indonesia merupakan lembaga yang memfasilitasi perdagangan efek di Indonesia. Saham merupakan salah satu instrumen investasi yang memberikan imbal hasil yang cenderung meningkat setiap tahunnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel makro ekonomi dari suku bunga, nilai tukar, cadangan devisa, dan harga emas terhadap indeks harga saham LQ-45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial suku bunga memiliki pengaruh yang negatif signifikan terhadap indeks harga saham LQ-45. Nilai tukar memberikan pengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap indeks harga saham LQ-45. Cadangan devisa berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap indeks harga saham LQ-45. Sedangkan harga emas memberikan pengaruh yang negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap indeks harga saham LQ-45. Hasil pengujian secara simultan, menemukan bahwa suku bunga, nilai tukar, cadangan devisa, dan harga emas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap indeks harga saham LQ-45.The Indonesia Stock Exchange is an institution that fasilitates securities trading in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the effect of macroeconomic variables from interest rates, exchange rates, foreign exchange reserves, and gold prices on the LQ-45 stock price index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Quantitative research methods aplied with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that partially interest retes have a significant negative effect on the LQ-45 stock price index. The exchange rate has a positive and significant impact on the of LQ-45 stock price index. Foreign exchange reserves have a significant positive effect on the LQ-45 stock price index. Meanwhile, the price of gold has a negative but insignificant effect on the LQ-45 stock price index. The simultaneous test results found that interest rates, exchange rate, foreign exchange, and gold price have a significant effect on the LQ-45 stock price index.
Permanent employees and contract employees plays an important role in the company. Therefore, every company must keep and maintain all the employees in order to be able to contribute as expected by the company. Good employees are not only able to do their duties and responsibilities, but willingly able to demonstrate an attitude beyond their duties and responsibilities as a form of sympathy to colleagues and companies. Attitude shown by employees voluntarily, without coercion and not related to salary or reward system, better known as organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). In the face of increasingly fierce competition, especially the banking sector, which is closely related to the ability of employees serving customers, OCB attitude that employees are needed to win the competition. But not easy to create the attitude of OCB employees. Many factors affect the attitude of OCB, such as work status and level of employee satisfaction. The purpose of this article to examine whether work status (permanent and contract) have a different level of satisfaction? Is there any difference OCB attitude shown by employees permanent and contract? Whether employee satisfaction has significant positive effect on the attitudes of employees OCB? Especially social satisfaction, extrinsic satisfaction (ES), and intrinsic satisfaction (IS). By using the 49 employees (30 permanent and 19 contract), Islamic Bank of Bangka, using descriptive quantitative analysis, the results showed that there was no difference in satisfaction and OCB attitudes among permanents employees and contract. Regression results indicate that social satisfaction and ES has a positive relationship to the attitude of OCB employees but not significant because P > 0.05 (respectively 0.075 and 0.07). IS showed a negative and significant relationship to the OCB (P < 0.05 level). However the results of ANOVA test, the all of employees satisfaction (social satisfaction, ES, IS) has a positive and significant relationship to the OCB, P < 0.05 level (0.029).
