Gender inequality in Pakistan has been going for a long time from year to year. This can be evidenced by the results of a report from The Global Gender Gap Index in 2018 that was released by the World Economic Forum (WEF), Pakistan was the second worst country in the world in terms of gender equality, especially for the treatment of women, which ranks 148th out of 149 country. The aims of research are women’s participation is needed in a country by guaranteeing their freedom and welfare of state. If the lack of women's participation will be one of the roots of socio-economic and demographic problems that have been experienced by Pakistan until today. This research will use qualitative research methods, that emphasize the observation and understanding of a social phenomenon, where data is collected through secondary data and literature review. This research will use two theoretical frameworks, they are: Feminism and Human Rights. The main finding of the research was found in detail about how the problem of gender inequality in Pakistan; the reasons of gender inequality has been going on for a long time; and how about the conflict resolving from Pakistan Government based on International Law.
This article aims to analyze the driving and inhibiting factors for increasing the professionalism of Islamic Education teachers after being given a certification allowance. The type of this research is Field Research, the data collection method uses interviews, documentation and observation, to check the validity of the data using triangulation techniques and the data is analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the increase in professionalism of Islamic Education teachers through the certification program was satisfactory, but it had not gone as expected. The certification program which aims to improve teacher professionalism and welfare has not been implemented properly. This is evident from the research findings which reveal that certified PAI teachers have not met the professional teacher criteria as expected. It is hoped that the positive contribution of this article can become a reference for similar studies in the future, and can be a reference in order to achieve teacher professionalism through the certification program.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan latihan loncat katak dapat meningkatkan hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok Siswa Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan berbentuk One Group Pretes - Postes. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan tehnik tes berbentuk hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok. Data hasil tes siswa dianalisisi dengan menggunakan uji non parametrik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang diperoleh nilai rata-rata hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok pada pre-tes sebesar 2,220 meningkat pada pos-tes menjadi 2,714. Kemudian diperhitungkan dibuktikan bahwa 0,00 lebih kecil dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa penerapan latihan loncat katak terhadap peningkatan hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran PAILKEM dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa di SMP se Kecamatan Punggur Lampung Tengah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Field Research, metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara (interview), observasi dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya untuk pengecekan keabsahan data Peneliti menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Analisa data Peneliti membagi menjadi tiga komponen antara lain: reduksi data, data display dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran PAILKEM sangat efektif untuk diterapkan. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi dapat dikemukakan bahwa model pembelajaran PAILKEM dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa karena beberapa hal berikut: 1. Model pembelajaran PAILKEM dapat mengatasi masalah kurang aktifnya siswa dalam mengikuti pelajaran dikelas. Hal ini dikarenakan dengan model pembelajaran PAILKEM siswa dapat lebih memahami materi yang diajarkan dan keaktifan siswa diutamakan. 2. Model pembelajaran PAILKEM dapat mendorong siswa untuk bekerjasama kelompok yaitu membuat siswa berani bertanya dengan teman sebaya dalam satu kelompok dan mampu mengemukakan pendapat didepan kelompok lain. 3. Model pembelajaran PAILKEM dapat membuat siswa lebih menahami materi yang telah disampaikan. 4. Guru dan siswa mampu memahami pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan dengan Model pembelajaran PAILKEM dan selain itu model pembelajaran ini dapat membantu guru dalam mengatasi ketidakaktifan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran.
