This research aims to analyze and empirically prove the direct influence of work motivation and work environment on the employee performance, and the indirect influence of work motivation and work environment on the employee performance through work satisfaction and work discipline in PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop IX Jember. This is an explanatory research applying the proportionate sampling method. The population was all 163 employees of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop IX Jember. The sample of every sub-population was determined by dividing the sub-population with the number of population member multiplied by the member size of the sample that resulting in the total sample of 118 respondents. Data were collected from the questionnaire distribution and analyzed by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using IBM SPSS AMOS 20 software. Results of the study proved that all hypothesis were accepted meaning that motivation influences performance directly and indirectly through work satisfaction, and work environment influences performance directly and indirectly through work discipline. Public health centers are the spearhead in the implementation of health services in Indonesia. Public health centers are the first level facilities that seek promotive and preventive services to achieve health status. The provision of health services must be supported by adequate health personnel to support the functioning of the community health center. In accordance with its function, public health centers must have at least five promotive and preventive personnel, namely laboratory, pharmaceutical, nutrition, public health, and sanitation analysts. The availability of health human resources (HRH) for public health centers, especially laboratory analysts, nutrition, public health, and sanitation, is still not evenly distributed in the Jember district health centers. HRK planning in Jember Regency is still focused on medical personnel. This research is an exploratory research with a qualitative approach that aims to determine the HRH planning process, especially the promotive and preventive public health centers. The informants in this study were the head of the public health center administration as part of staffing and additional informants, namely analysts, nutrition, public health, and sanitation staff. Based on the results of the study, public health centers still need personnel such as analysts, nutrition, and sanitation. The results of interviews with informants indicated that the community health center did not have a special HRH planning team. In the planning process, the community health center only carried out an analysis of the HRH needs and then submitted them to the Health Office which had an important role in the planning process to meet the HRH needs of the community health center. As an executor, the community health center can only accept the applicable policies. Public health centers cannot do their own recruits because of budget constraints. This is one of the obstacles that hinders community health centers in HRH planning. Another obstacle in the planning process is waiting for a decision from the Health Office to meet HRH needs and the use of forecasting methods that are not yet clear. Abstract:Banking industry is one of sector that relies its employees on its quality of human capital. In facing the organizational change in the form of digitaliation, the performances of employees are really challenged. This study seeks to test the role of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as mediator of the effect of employee engagement and organizational commitment on the employees performance at PT. BCA, Tbk Jember branch, Indonesia. This study used quantitative approach. As many as 162 employees are involved as respondents. We differ them based on their employee types, those are contract and permanent employees. The analytical tool used is path analysis. We report that there is a significant indirect effect of employee engagement and organizational commitment on employees performance through OCB. The role of OCB as mediator is significant in both of effects. We also found that employee engagement and organizational commitment have a significant direct effect on employee performance, employee engagement and organizational commitment have a significant direct effect on OCB, and OCB has a significant direct impact on employee performance.
Kehadiran KSPPS di Indonesia adalah salah satu perwujudan konsep keuangan yang sejalan dengan prinsip Islam sebagai agama mayoritas penduduk Indonesia sehingga memberikan banyak peluang bagi masyarakat dalam menjalankan bisnis atau usahanya. Masalah terbanyak yang muncul adalah tingkat literasi syariah dikalangan masyarakat Indonesia masih rendah. Tujuan utama pengabdian ini adalah memberikan edukasi dan pemahaman literasi keuangan Islam kepada para pengelola Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan Syariah (KSPPS) agar mereka mampu mengembangkan usaha KSPPS sehingga dapat meningkatkan roda perekonomian negara sesuai syariat Islam. Metode atau tahapan dalam kegiatan ini mengikuti siklus PDCA dengan kegiatan utamanya adalah sosialisasi materi konsep keuangan syariah dengan menekankan pemahaman tentang produk yang dapat ditawarkan kepada anggota dan melakukan pendampingan pelaksanaan akad-akad keuangan syariah. Tim pengabdian masyarakat mencoba mengoreksi praktik yang masih belum sesuai dengan konsep keuangan syariah serta memberikan masukan dalam hal peningkatan layanan keuangan syariah sehingga anggota semakin merasa terbantu dan yakin dengan keberadaan KSPPS tersebut.
