This research is describes the scenario planning for the development of halal culinary business on Lombok Island - West Nusa Tenggara Province. The purpose of this research is to create a scenario planning model in dealing with existing problems. This is descriptive research with data collection methods using case studies. Data collection is using observation, interview and documentation and data analysis is using scenario planning analysis. The focus of this research is about the stages in scenario planning using the TAIDA method consisting of Tracking, Analyzing, Imaging, Deciding and Acting. The results of the research showed that Lombok Island - West Nusa Tenggara was still not maximal, in developing halal culinary business, because there are several obstacles faced by the culinary businessmen and the government, so that good planning is needed to analyze and provide a scenario for the future conditions of the halal culinary business. This research is expected to provide an overview of the development of halal culinary business in Lombok Island in the future and minimize the consequences and possible impacts of developing a halal culinary business and to sharpen a strategy.Keywords : Scenario Planning, Business Development, and Halal Culinary.
This Community Service is entitled "Trigona Honey Bee Cultivation at KTH "Maju Berkah" Apit Aiq Batulayar Hamlet - West Lombok". The purpose of this Community Service is so that the managed cultivation business is growing and bringing about a better change impact on improving the welfare of its members and the surrounding community, increasing motivation and cooperation in the context of managing and developing the honey bee business carried out, increasing the income and welfare of group members. and the surrounding community so that they are able to overcome family economic problems, increase members' awareness in dealing with social, economic and environmental problems. The partner in this community activity is the Forest Farmers Group (KTH) “Maju Berkah”. This community activity method is carried out in 3 stages, namely 1. Preparation and Socialization to KTH “Maju Berkah and Local Village Community Members, 2. Implementation of Community Service Activities, 3 Monitoring and Evaluation of Community Service Activities Results. As a result of this community service activity, KTH "Maju Berkah" can understand the development of Trigona honey bee cultivation and how to market Trigona honey bee products and can contribute, skills, knowledge and experience to members of the Forest Farmers group and local community members "Maju Berkah" so that can develop Trigona honey bee cultivation.
Indonesia reported the first case of Covid-19 on March 2, 2020. Data as of March 31, 2020 showed that there were 1.528 confirmed cases and 136 deaths. The Covid-19 death rate in Indonesia is 8.9%, the highest in Southeast Asia. After confirming the first case, the Government of Indonesia took various countermeasures to reduce the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in various sectors. Not only the health sector but also the economic sector has suffered no less serious impacts due to this pandemic. At the family level, the small and middle levels of society become weak and decline, this is due to restrictions on community activities. Due to these conditions, it is necessary to make efforts that we must do to be able to restore the economic condition of the family by utilizing the potential that exists around it. This service was carried out at the Women Farmers Group called ‘Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Maju Bersama’ Pelempat, Meninting Village, West Lombok District, West Nusa Tenggara Province. The method used in this activity is implemented in 4 (four) activity stages, namely 1) Preparation, 2) Socialization, 3) Activity Implementation, and 4) Monitoring and Evaluation. The results of the activity showed that members of Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Maju Bersama have understood the technique of developing oyster mushroom cultivation and have high motivation to become entrepreneurs through cultivating oyster mushrooms as well as making it to increase people's income in the New Normal Era of the Covid-19 pandemic.
