Penelitian ini dilatari konteks ekonomi yang terjadi pada masyarakat Desa Setanggor di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Hasil panen yang biasa mengalami penurunan tiap kali terjadi musim kemarau karena sawah-sawah tidak bisa ditanami menyebabkan sebagian besar penduduk laki-laki yang memiliki mata pencaharian sebagai petani hanya menganggur. Melihat potensi besar yang dimiliki oleh Desa Setanggor, Ida Wahyuni seorang anggota masyarakat Desa Setanggor, mempelopori dengan memanfaatkan modal sosial yang ada pada masyarakat Desa Setanggor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dinamika modal sosial dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat dan dampak yang dirasakan bagi masyarakat Desa Setanggor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal sosial yang kuat yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat Desa Setanggor mampu mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi. Berhasilnya pemberdayaan yang terjadi di Desa Setanggor menciptakan aktivitas ekonomi baru yang dikemas menjadi Desa Wisata Halal. Keberhasilan Setanggor dalam memberdayakan masyarakatnya, melalui sejumlah dinamika modal sosial. Modal sosial yang ditemui tersebut berupa kepercayaan, jaringan sosial dan norma. This research is motivated by economic problems that occur in community of Setanggor Village, Central Lombok Regency. Yields that are usually reduced during the dry season because the fields cannot be planted, so that most of the male population who have a livelihood as farmers are just unemployed. Seeing the great potential possessed by Setanggor Village, Ida Wahyuni as a Setanggor Village community pioneered by utilizing the existing social capital in the Setanggor Village community. This study aims to determine the dynamics of social capital in community empowerment and the impact for the community of Setanggor Village. The results showed that the social capital owned by the community of Setanggor Village was able to solve the problems that occurred. The successful empowerment that occurred in Setanggor Village created a new economic activity that was packaged into a Halal Tourism Village. The success of Setanggor Village in empowering the community, through some dynamics of social capital. The found social capital in the form of trust, social networks and norms.
This research is describes the scenario planning for the development of halal culinary business on Lombok Island - West Nusa Tenggara Province. The purpose of this research is to create a scenario planning model in dealing with existing problems. This is descriptive research with data collection methods using case studies. Data collection is using observation, interview and documentation and data analysis is using scenario planning analysis. The focus of this research is about the stages in scenario planning using the TAIDA method consisting of Tracking, Analyzing, Imaging, Deciding and Acting. The results of the research showed that Lombok Island - West Nusa Tenggara was still not maximal, in developing halal culinary business, because there are several obstacles faced by the culinary businessmen and the government, so that good planning is needed to analyze and provide a scenario for the future conditions of the halal culinary business. This research is expected to provide an overview of the development of halal culinary business in Lombok Island in the future and minimize the consequences and possible impacts of developing a halal culinary business and to sharpen a strategy.Keywords : Scenario Planning, Business Development, and Halal Culinary.
This Community Service is entitled "Trigona Honey Bee Cultivation at KTH "Maju Berkah" Apit Aiq Batulayar Hamlet - West Lombok". The purpose of this Community Service is so that the managed cultivation business is growing and bringing about a better change impact on improving the welfare of its members and the surrounding community, increasing motivation and cooperation in the context of managing and developing the honey bee business carried out, increasing the income and welfare of group members. and the surrounding community so that they are able to overcome family economic problems, increase members' awareness in dealing with social, economic and environmental problems. The partner in this community activity is the Forest Farmers Group (KTH) “Maju Berkah”. This community activity method is carried out in 3 stages, namely 1. Preparation and Socialization to KTH “Maju Berkah and Local Village Community Members, 2. Implementation of Community Service Activities, 3 Monitoring and Evaluation of Community Service Activities Results. As a result of this community service activity, KTH "Maju Berkah" can understand the development of Trigona honey bee cultivation and how to market Trigona honey bee products and can contribute, skills, knowledge and experience to members of the Forest Farmers group and local community members "Maju Berkah" so that can develop Trigona honey bee cultivation.
Memberikan pelayanan kepada publik merupakan bentuk tanggung jawab pemerintah kepada masyarakat. Begitu juga dengan pelayanan kepada publik di bidang Administrasi Kependudukan (Adminduk) di Indonesia. Namun sejak adanya Pandemi Covid-19, pelayanan Adminduk mengalami beberapa perubahan pola dalam proses pelayanannya. Sehubungan dengan itu, Kementerian Dalam Negeri telah mengeluarkan Surat No. 443.1/2978/Dukcapil pada 16 Maret 2020, perihal Pelayanan Adminduk dan Pencegahan Virus Corona (Covid-19) kepada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil (Dukcapil). Realitanya proses pelayanan kepada publik ditengah pandemi tidaklah menjadi hal yang mudah. Adanya pembatasan interaksi langsung antar individu menjadi adaptasi utama yang harus dilakukan agar pelayanan tetap berjalan dengan baik. Penelitian ini mengkaji re-modeling pelayanan administrasi kependudukan yang dilakukan Dinas Dukcapil Kota Mataram. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Analisis penelitian bersifat terbuka dengan mengkaji hasil observasi pengumpulan data dan wawancara yang diakhiri dengan pendeskripsian pemahaman dan penyajian temuan umum secara menyeluruh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa re-modeling yang dilakukan berupa perubahan beberapa aspek dalam pelayanan, yaitu (1) Pemanfaatan aplikasi WhatsApp yang digunakan sebagai media pelayanan online, (2) Program “Berkah Batin” sebagai bentuk inovasi pelayanan yang terintegrasi. Kedua re-modeling atau inovasi pelayanan yang dilakukan merupakan cara adaptasi Dinas Dukcapil agar tetap efektif memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal kepada masyarakat.
