Abstract-Not just a quality management system for the food industry as the important things, ISO 22000 which incorporate with Hazard Analysis Control Point (HACCP) and other preventive plans also need to be a apply soon to ensure food safety. In Indonesian cases, especially in meet food catering such as rendang has some problem such as variety of diseases and contamination of food products of animal origin. It can cause anxiety societies that exist throughout the world, which consequently affect the attitude of consumers. Therefore, consumers are becoming more curious information about the source of the products they consume. This quirosity become pressure from consumers to produsen. As we know many changes that occur in the production of food, in terms of both quality and safety. The objective of this study to determine food safety practice and procedures related to the food safety management system in Rendang. The data were obtained use survey method to 5 catering/restaurant at Bintaro Jakarta area. The result shows that not all producers following hygene requirement such as ingredient, meat process and stora.
Research on the topic “conducted to find out the chemical characteristics of fermented sardine lenjer pempek”. Using a Randomized Block Design (RAK) which was arranged in a non-factorial manner with a comparison of the length of fermentation time consisting of 4 treatments and repeated 5 (five) times. Chemical parameters observed in this research is analysis protein, The tests carried out on pempek lenjer were compared with the length of fermentation time P0 (without fermentation/control), P1 (fermentation time 12hours), P2 (fermentation time 24 hours), P3 (36 hours of fermentation time). The results of the F test on chemical analysis were followed by Dunnet test. Observation parameters are chemical analysis of protein. The results showed P0: 6.86 %, P1: 7.44 %, P2: 7.86 %, the highest protein content with a value of P3: 9.03 %.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh Problem Based Learning terhadap pemahaman konsep peserta didik secara keseluruhan; 2) pengaruh Problem Based Learning terhadap pemahaman konsep peserta didik ditinjau dari jenjang pendidikan; 3) pengaruh Problem Based Learning terhadap pemahaman konsep peserta didik ditinnjau dari tahun publikasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian meta analisis serta jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis Group Contrasts. Pengumpulan data dilakukan peneliti dengan mencari artikel publikasi yang relevan atau berkaitan dengan topik yang akan diteliti dalam situs jaringan internet berupa Google Scholar, Repositori, dan Open Knowledge Maps. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar kode data yang merangkum data dan informasi data. Data dianalisis dengan menghitung nilai effect size menggunakan rumus standardized means difference. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan diperoleh: 1) Metode Problem Based Learning secara keseluruhan efektif (signifikan) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep peserta didik, ditemukan 15 artikel publikasi dengan mean effect size sebesar 0,773, dan tergolong kategori besar; 2) Metode Problem Based Learning berdasarkan jenjang pendidkan efektif (signifikan) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep peserta didik. Pada jenjang SMP ditemukan 9 artikel publikasi dengan rata-rata efek sebesar 0,785 dan tergolong kedalam kategori besar, sedangkan pada jenjang SMA ditemukan 6 artikel publikasi dengan rata-rata efek sebesar 0,754 dan tergolong kedalam kategori besar; 3) Metode Problem Based Learning berdasarkan tahun publikasi efektif (signifikan) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep peserta didik.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk nilai gotong royong dalam tradisi beduruk masyarakat Dayak Iban Desa Panggi Agung Kecamatan Ketungau Tengah, peran serta masyarakat dalam nilai kegiatan gotong royong dalam tradisi beduruk dan melestarikan nilai gotong royong. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, serta pengambilan keputusan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai gotong royong Tradisi Beduruk sebagai berikut: Nilai kebersamaan Tradisi Beduruk, nilai persatuan serta nilai rela berkorban kepentingan bersama. Seperti nebas`(memotong semak belukar), menanam padi, memanen padi dengan sangat baik kelompok masyarakat berpartisipasi pelaksanaan kegiatan. Upaya pelestarian nilai gotong royong dengan dukungan Kepala Desa, Pemangku Adat, dan seluruh elemen masyarakat, memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam pelestarian karena budaya merupakan aset negara dan juga aset bangsa. Identitas sangat diperlukan untuk menjaga keutuhan suatu suku sebagai budaya lokal. Kata kunci: Gotong Royong, Tradisi Beduruk Abstrak This study aims to determine the form of the value of gotong royong in the beduruk tradition of the Dayak Iban community, Panggi Agung Village, Central Ketungau District, community participation in the value of mutual cooperation activities in the beduruk tradition and to preserve the value of gotong royong. The method used is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. The data collection tool uses observation, interviews, and documentation guidelines. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and decision making and verification. The results of this study indicate that the value of mutual cooperation in the Beduruk Tradition is as follows:The value of togetherness in the Beduruk Tradition, the value of unity and the value of being willing to sacrifice common interests. Such as nebasing, planting rice, harvesting rice very well, community groups participate in the implementation of activities. Efforts to preserve the value of gotong royong with the support of the Village Head, Customary Stakeholders, and all elements of society, play a very important role in preservation because culture is a state asset as well as a nation's asset. Identity is needed to maintain the integrity of a tribe as a local culture.
