Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran statistika dan peluang untuk siswa SMA kelas X semester 2 dengan metode penemuan terbimbing yang terdiri atas RPP, LKS, dan instrumen penilaian yang memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif. Model pengembangan dalam penelitian ini adalah model 4D, terdiri atas tahap pendefinisian, perancangan, pengembangan, dan penyebaran. Analisis data kevalidan dan kepraktisan dilakukan dengan cara mengkonversi data kuantitatif berupa skor hasil penilaian menjadi data kualitatif skala lima. Analisis data keefektifan dilakukan dengan cara menentukan persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa berdasarkan hasil tes dan angket. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa RPP yang dikembangkan memperoleh kategori baik, sedangkan LKS dan instrumen penilaian yang dikembangkan mencapai kategori sangat baik. Hasil observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa keterlaksanaan pembelajaran statisika mencapai 94,12% sedangkan peluang mencapai 84,29%. Berdasarkan hasil tes dan angket, perangkat pembelajaran termasuk dalam kriteria efektif.Kata Kunci: perangkat pembelajaran, penemuan terbimbing, statistika, peluang. DEVELOPING STATISTICS AND PROBABILITY TEACHING KIT WITH GUIDED DISCOVERY LEARNING METHOD ORIENTED TO CURRICULUM 2013 FOR GRADE X AbstractThis research aimed to produce statistics and probability teaching kit for grade X students of Senior High School in 2nd semester with guided discovery learning consist of lesson plans, student worksheets, and assessment instruments which valid, practical, and effective. The developing model in this research was 4D model consist of define, design, develop, and disseminate. Validity and practicality were analyzed by converting the actual scores obtained into five scales of qualitative data. Effectiveness analyzed by determining the percentage of students’ completeness in a test and in the questionnaires. Validation result shows that the lesson plans have good category, the student worksheet and the assessment instrument have very good categories. The result of the application shows that the statistics application was 94,12% than the probability application was 84,29%. This study aims to test the hypothesis developed by Hartmann and Slapnicar (2009). Thatis to examine the influence of subordinate participation and performance evaluation formality in the process of performance evaluation of trust through the perception of procedural fairness. This research uses a survey method, which is data retrieval through a questionnaire. Subjects in this study are all staffs in one of the University of Malang who has met the criteria. The test used Partial Least Square (PLS). Results showed that the participation of subordinates was not able to improve the perception of procedural fairness directly, but can increase trust. While, the formalities of performance evaluation, directly able to improve the perception of procedural fairness, but can not increase trust. However, if tested indirectly performance evaluation formality can increase trust through the perception of procedural fairness, whereas subordinate participation cannot improve. Conclusion, this study supports the hypothesis developed by Hartmann and Slapnicar (2009), but there are some unsupported hypotheses because of the difference of the research object, where each research object has different evaluation system according to organizational objectives.
This research aims to identify the behavioural bias of Gambler's Fallacy of young investors in Malang. This research was done by doing a survey method i.e. doing the dissemination of questionnaires to young investors in Malang. The number of samples gained from questionnaires were 108 respondents. questionnaires were assessed using Likert scale and analysed by using non-parametric test: Chi Square Test and Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test to answer the hypothesis and research questions. The results showed that behavioural bias of Gambler’s Fallacy on young investors in Malang when they trade in uptrend and downtrend stock market with an equal probability. Based on the results, this research concluded that in making trading decisions, young investors in Malang are still very influenced by psychological factors and tend to follow their personal intuition. This shows that weak-form efficiency is inefficient.
Consumer innovativeness is an important driver of economic progress and a country’s position in global competition. This study aims to examine the moderating effect of demographic factors of Indonesian consumers on the impact of consumer innovativeness on perceived risk and new product adoption. The type of research chosen is a causal comparative study by using online and offline survey methods. Data were obtained from a sample of 1,000 consumers from 31 provinces. The results showed that the demographic variable became a moderating variable for the impact of consumer innovativeness on new product adoption, but did not play a role in the influence of consumer innovativeness on credit-purchase risk perception. With regard to the influence of consumer innovativeness on credit-purchase risk perception, only social class has a significant effect as a moderating variable. As for the effect of consumer innovativeness on a new product adoption, the variables of marital status, occupation, income, and social class have significant effects. The social class variable consistently becomes a moderating one in both equations. The results of this study are useful for marketers to focus more specifically on their target markets, especially on the diffusion of new product innovations based on demographic characteristics. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif berdasarkan teori yang dikemukakan oleh Creswell dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Responden diambil berdasarkan purposive sampling yaitu pemilihan subjek dan informan dalam penelitian didasarkan atas ciri-ciri yang memenuhi tujuan-tujuan yang sudah ditetapkan. Metode pengumpulan data adalah metode wawancara mendalam (in depth interview), dengan empat subyek penelitian dan empat informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada keempat subjek memiliki subjective well-being dan penerimaan diri yang berbeda dalam menghadapi anak dengan gangguan perkembangan down syndrome. Pada subyek pertama M, memiliki subjective well-being yang positif karena subyek merasa puas dengan keadaan anaknya dan menerima setiap kekurangan anaknya. Subyek kedua RNS, memiliki subjective well-being yang negatif dan penerimaan diri yang kurang baik karena subyek merasa bahwa keadaan anaknya merupakan kesalahannya dengan Sang Pencipta. Subyek ketiga MI memiliki subjective well-being negatif dan penerimaan diri yang kurang baik karena subyek tidak merasa puas dengan keadaan anaknya dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk mengatakan keadaan anaknya. Subyek keempat R memiliki subjective well-being yang positif dan penerimaan diri yang baik karena subyek merasa puas dengan keadaan anaknya.
