The increasing use of smartphones in the world causes mobile marketing to be one of the most considered marketing methods. Indonesia is one of the countries with a large number of mobile device users. This has resulted in increasingly frequent access to mobile content which ultimately has greater potential to innovate in mobile marketing. Based on these conditions, we are very interested in conducting research with the theme of mobile marketing with the aim and our long-term goal is to be able to add to our scientific insights in the field of digital marketing or commonly referred to as e-commerce. While our specific target is to help business people to easily understand and use mobile marketing in their marketing strategies. In this study we will use the black box method with tools such as questionnaires and interviews. The purpose of using this questionnaire and interview is to survey smartphone users and business people so that we can find out whether the mobile marketing that has been used in the business contributes to the company's income. Then we give a limit to the success of the results of the questionnaire. So that we get evaluation results that can be used as material for comparison and learning for business people in particular and for us in general.
Background: Esophageal varices are dilated submucosal veins that connect the portal and systemic circulations to the esophagus. It occurs because of portal hypertension (most caused by cirrhosis), portal blood flow resistance, and increased portal vein blood flow. Esophageal variceal bleeding has a higher morbidity and mortality rate than other upper gastrointestinal bleeding types. In cases of esophageal variceal bleeding, an endoscopic examination is required to make a diagnosis, assess varicose veins, and plan management based on the underlying disease. This case report reviews the diagnosis and management of the esophageal varices at ENT-KL department. Case Presentation: We present a case in which a 54-year-old woman presented to the emergency department of Cut Meutia Hospital with complaints of painful swallowing and a swollen neck. The patient has had this complaint for 5 years, and is getting worse by the day. A barium swallow examination revealed esophageal varices in one-third of the distal esophagus between the seventh and ninth thoracic vertebrae. Conclusion: The patient was diagnosed with esophageal varices and was treated several times before being transferred to a gastroenterology department.

Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, kami sangat tertarik untuk mengadakan penelitian dengan tema mobile marketing dengan maksud dan tujuan jangka panjang kami adalah diharapkan dapat menambah wawasan keilmuan kami didalam bidang pemasaran secara digital atau biasa disebut dengan e-commerce. Sedangkan target khusus kami adalah membantu para pelaku bisnis agar dapat dengan mudah memahami dan menggunakan mobile marketing didalam strategi pemasaran mereka. Didalam penelitian ini kami akan menggunakan metode black box dengan alat bantu berupa kuisioner dan wawancara. Tujuan dari penggunaan kuisioner dan wawancara ini untuk mensurvei para pengguna smartphone dan juga para pelaku bisnis agar kami bisa mengetahui apakah mobile marketing yang telah digunakan dalam bisnis memberikan kontribusi pendapatan yang bedr bagi perusahaan. Kemudian kami memberikan batasan kesuksesan dari hasil kuisioner tersebut. Sehingga kami mendapatkan hasil evaluasi yang bisa digunakan sebagai bahan perbandingan dan pembelajaran bagi para pelaku bisnis khususnya dan bagi kami pada umumnya.
The background of the research conducted at BMT Purwakarta Amanah Sejahtera, where the Amanah Savings decreased every year. This is contradictory to the situation of the Purwakarta people, where the majority of the population is Muslim. Is a potential place for the growth of sharia-based economic activities. To determine the effect of Product Quality on customer decisions to choose Amanah Savings, To determine the effect of Promotion on customer decisions to choose Amanah Savings, To determine Product Quality and Promotions on customer decisions to choose Amanah Savings. The theory presented by the author in the theoretical basis is the theory of Philip Kotler and Fandy Tjiptono for marketing theory, product quality, promotion and customer decisions. The research method used is a quantitative method, a method that uses numbers in each result and is tested using the SPSS application. The population in this study were 52 people. The data analysis techniques used in this study were data validity, data reliability, for the classical assumption test using normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedastic test, while hypothesis testing used determination test, partial test (t test), multiple linear regression, and simultaneous test. (f test). The results showed that the variable product quality had no effect on customer decisions of amanah savings at BMT PAS with a tcount of -0.309, smaller than the t table of 2,000. promotion partially (t test) has no effect on customer decisions with t count of 1.753 smaller than t table of 2,000. based on the simultaneous test (f test). Product quality and promotion have no effect on customer decisions with a siginification value of 0.194 greater than 0.05. The conclusion is that the overall hypothesis H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected.
