Changes in intellectual capital as well as knowledge management occur as a result of technological and information developments. These changes then affect human resource management in various ways. This research looked at how intellectual capital and knowledge management can influence the development of human resource management. This research will be carried out using a qualitative approach. The data used in this study is secondary data derived from various research results and previous studies. The results of this study then found that human resource management is very important in digital technology because companies need to develop according to the current era. Therefore, people who work in the shadows as people in charge of human resource management need to have strong intellectual capital and knowledge management. The existing human resource management can develop properly by having these two things.
Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas siswa Kelas X SMK Negeri 6 Lhokseumawe melalui pendekatan Google Classroom sebagai Kelas Digital dengan Aplikasi Geogebra. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas X-NKPI SMK Negeri 6 Lhokseumawe dengan jumlah 18 orang, Siklus I dilaksanakan selama 4 kali pertemuan dan siklus II dilaksanakan 3 kali pertemuan. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi untuk mengetahui tingkat kreativitas siswa selama pembelajaran berlangsung, angket kreativitas untuk mengetahui tingkat kreativitas siswa setelah pemberian tindakan, dan tes hasil belajar sebagai data tambahan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (a) skor rata-rata kreativitas siswa pada siklus siklus I sebesar 56,11 dengan kategori rendah dan siklus II 83,22 dengan kategori tinggi (b) nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I yaitu 69,72 dari skor ideal 100 dengan kategori hasil belajar sedang sedangkan pada siklus II yaitu 81,22 dari skore ideal 100 dengan kategori hasil belajar tinggi. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan diterapkannya pendekatan Google Classroom sebagai Kelas Digital dengan Aplikasi Geogebra maka kreativitas belajar matematika siswa Kelas X-NKPI SMK Negeri 6 Lhokseumawe mengalami peningkatan.
This study examines the relationships between knowledge sharing, effective leadership, work behavior, and performance in Sekretariat Daerah Denpasar. The aim is to investigate how knowledge sharing and effective leadership influence performance, mediated by work behavior. Data was collected from 83 respondents through questionnaires, and multiple linear regression and path analysis were used for analysis. The results demonstrate significant and positive effects of knowledge sharing and effective leadership on work behavior within Sekretariat Daerah Denpasar. This emphasizes the importance of promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and developing effective leadership behaviors to enhance employee work behaviors. Furthermore, the study reveals significant and positive impacts of knowledge sharing, effective leadership, and work behavior on performance, highlighting their role in driving organizational success. Importantly, work behavior is identified as a mediating variable in the relationships between knowledge sharing, effective leadership, and performance. Positive work behaviors, including collaboration, communication, and adaptability, mediate the influence of knowledge sharing and effective leadership on performance outcomes. These findings underscore the significance of fostering positive work behaviors and creating a supportive work environment. The practical implications suggest that Sekretariat Daerah Denpasar should prioritize initiatives that enhance knowledge sharing practices, develop effective leadership skills, and foster positive work behaviors. By investing in these areas, the organization can improve employee engagement, collaboration, and productivity, ultimately leading to enhanced performance outcomes.
This study aims to analyze the impact of supply chain management (SCM), total quality management (TQM), and just-in-time (JIT) practices on the quality performance of manufacturing companies in Jawa Barat, Indonesia. The manufacturing sector in Jawa Barat plays a crucial role in the regional economy, making it imperative for companies to maintain high-quality standards to remain competitive. Data were collected through surveys and interviews from a sample of 40 manufacturing companies in Jawa Barat. The analysis included statistical techniques such as t-tests and F-tests to examine the relationships between SCM, TQM, JIT, and quality performance. The results indicated that SCM, TQM, and JIT practices have a significant positive influence on quality performance. The calculated t-values and F-value were found to be greater than the critical values, indicating statistical significance. Furthermore, the Adjusted R Square value of 0.669 suggests that 66.9% of the variance in quality performance can be attributed to the combined influence of SCM, TQM, and JIT. These findings underscore the importance of implementing effective SCM, TQM, and JIT practices to enhance quality performance in manufacturing companies. By optimizing supply chain processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and implementing lean production methods, companies can achieve higher product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
