Kerjasama adalah proses sosial yang dilakukan antara dua orang atau lebih yang melibatkan pembagian tugas, dimana setiap orang mengerjakan setiap pekerjaan yang merupakan tanggung jawabnya demi tercapainya tujuan bersama, ada 3 (tiga) hal yang dapat dilakukan agar tujuan dari kerjasama tersebut tercapai yakni: saling terbuka, toleransi, dan tanggung jawab. Adapaun sistem bagi hasil dalam bidang pertanian adanya keuntungan dibagi sesuai dengan perjanjian, namun jika mengalami kegagalan maka, keduanya tidak mendapatkan apa-apa. Dan Ekonomi Islam atau ekonomi syariah adalah sistem ekonomi yang adil, transparan, mementingkan nilai kemanusiaan dan kesejahteraan, bebas dari riba, tidak mengandung unsur penipuan, paksaan spekulasi, serta jauh dari hal-hal yang dilarang dalam syariat Islam, maka tujuan dari penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi teknik bagi hasil pada kerja sama antara petani bawang merah dengan pekerja di Desa Ngudikan Kec. Wilangan Kab. Nganjuk ditinjau dari perspektif ekonomi Islam. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Hubungan kerjasama yang terjalin antara pemilik tanah dengan penggarap memiliki interaksi sosial dengan baik yang dapat menciptakan ukhuwah antar keduanya dan meminimalisir terjadinya akumulasi kekayaan disegelintir orang kaya saja. Perihal lain seperti penggarap menuntut bagi hasil saat gagal panen, tidak adanya zakat yang dikeluarkan pemilik tanah maupun penggarap, belum sesuai dengan perspektif ekonomi Islam karena belum sepenuhnya menerapkan prinsip dasar ekonomi Islam yakni keadilan dan ketuhanan. Sedangkan adanya sistem pembayaran bibit dengan menggunakan sistem yarnen, tidaklah dibenarkan dalam ekonomi Islam, karena didalamnya menggandung unsur MAGRIB (maysir, gharar, riba) yang dilarang oleh syariat. Cooperation is a social process carried out between two or more people that involves a division of tasks, where every person does work which belongs to their responsibility to achieve of common goals, the three things should be conducted to achieve the goals, namely: mutual openness, tolerance, and responsibility. The system of profit-sharing system in agriculture, the both parties divide the profit based on the agreement, but if they fail, they will get nothing. And Islamic economics or sharia apply economic system in fair, transparent, and also focus on emphasizing human values and prosperity, usury free. The Islamic economic system does not contain elements of fraud, forced speculation, and is far from things that are prohibited in Islamic law, so the purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of profit-sharing techniques in cooperation among onion farmers and workers in Ngudikan Village, Wilangan District Nganjuk viewed from Islamic economic perspective. This research used qualitative approach, the data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the cooperative relationship that exists among landowners and cultivators has good social interactions that can create ukhuwah between the two and minimize the accumulation of wealth between the rich and poor. Meanwhile, the other matters, such as cultivators demanding profit-sharing during crop harvesting failure, the absence of zakat issued by land owners and cultivators, are not yet in accordance with the Islamic economic perspective because they have not fully implemented the basic principles of Islamic economics, justice and God. Meanwhile, the existence of a seed payment system using the yarnen system is not allowed in Islamic economics, because it contains elements of MAGRIB (maysir, gharar, riba) which are prohibited by the Sharia.
Service Quality is the main foundation for the growth of an activity. Moreover, Islamic financial institutions are engaged in services. This study aims to look at the Service Quality Si Mudha (Simpanan Mudharabah) in terms of Islamic Economics in Koperasi Syariah Serba Usaha Harum Dhaha Kediri. Using a qualitative approach, this type of research is a case study. The method of obtaining data is through observation, interviews, and documentation which is finally analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of Service Quality carried out with a family system and have implemented five Service Quality determinants, namely: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangible, all of which have been carried out well. It is proven that there is an increase in members Si Mudha (Simpanan Mudharabah) from 2018 to 2021. Meanwhile, when viewed from the perspective of Islamic economics, it has not met the scale of Sharia Economic principles, namely: professional attitudes at work have not been fully formed because there are still some miscommunications between employees and members. The trust has not been covered because there are still delays in shuttle services, especially Si Mudha (Simpanan Mudharabah) The work ethic is also not optimal because it is seen from the professional and trustworthy principles in working that there are still problems. There should be regular evaluation of each performance and a clear division of tasks, so that Service Quality can be carried out optimally. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab terjadinya kekerasan pada anak dimasa pandemi Covid-19 dan bagaimana upaya pencegahan serta implementasinya berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) yang menggunakan pendekatan yuridis empiris. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa faktor penyebab terjadinya kasus kekerasan terhadap anak di masa pandemi Covid-19 yaitu dikarenakan faktor ketidaksiapan orangtua dalam situasi ini, faktor krisis ekonomi, serta dikarenakan faktor pendidikan yang dilakukan di rumah. Dan tulisan ini juga memberikan solusi pencegahan kekerasan terhadap anak di masa pandemi Covid-19 dengan cara kegiatan sosialisasi yang dilakukan peneliti di Desa Brengkok. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that cause violence against children during the Covid-19 pandemic and how to prevent and implement it based on lawo number 35 of 2014. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with the type of field research that uses empirical juridical approach. The results of the study found that the factors that caused cases of violence against children during the Covid-19 pandemic were due to the unpreparedness off parents in this situation, the economic crisis, and the education factor carried out at home. And this article also provides a solution to prevent violence against children during the Covid-19 pandemic by means of socialization activities carried out by researchers in Brengkok Village.
Sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas merupakan aset yang paling berharga dalam mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup suatu perusahaan. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan SDM yang bersedia ikut andil melebihi in-role pekerjaan mereka, dengan kata lain SDM tersebut menampilkan perilaku extra-role atau disebut organizational citizenship behavior. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mendorong terjadinya OCB diantaranya motivasi kerja dan Budaya Organisasi. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah apakah motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan di Bank Jatim Syariah Kantor Cabang Kediri dan Kantor Cabang Pembantu Blitar. Populasi dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 47 orang. Metode yang dipakai adalah Kuantitatif Deskriptif, Analisis Regresi Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini, hasil kategorisasi variabe, seluruh variabel penelitian diperoleh kategori sedang. Hasil dari persamaan regresi Y = 0,160 + 0,436X1 + 0,501X2. Hasil dari uji koefisien korelasi X1 terhadap Y sebesar 0,748. Hasil dari uji parsial X1 terhadap Y menunjukkan Thitung>Ttabel (7,566 > 2,013) dengan Sig. 0,00 < 0,05, maka terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara X1 terhadap Y. Hasil dari uji parsial X2 dengan Y menunjukkan Thitung>Ttabel (6,104 > 2,013) dengan Sig. 0,00 < 0,05. Dengan hasil uji koefisien korelasi X2 terhadap Y sebesar 0,673. maka terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara X2 terhadap Y. Hasil dari uji simultan menunjukkan nilai Fhitung>Ftabel (69,653 > 3,21) dengan Sig. 0,00 < 0,05. Serta, hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai 0,760, maka disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Abstract: Quality of human resources are the most valuable assets in maintaining the survival of a company. Therefore, HR are needed who are willing to take part beyond their in-role work, in other words, these HR display extra-role behavior or are called organizational citizenship behavior. There are several factors that encourage OCB, including work motivation and organizational culture. The problem in this study is whether work motivation and organizational culture affect organizational citizenship behavior of employees in Bank Jatim Syariah Kediri Branch Office and Blitar Sub-Branch Office. The population and research sample amounted to 47 people. The method used is descriptive quantitative, multiple regression analysis, and coefficient determination. Research result this, from the variable categorization all of the research variables obtained in the moderate category. Results of regression equation Y = 0.160 + 0.436X1 + 0.501X2. The result of the correlation coefficient test of Work Motivation to Organizational Citizenship Behavior is 0.748. The result of partial test, work motivation against organizational citizenship behavior shows that tcount> ttable (7.566> 2.013) with Sig. 0.00 <0.05, then there is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on organizational citizenship behavior. The results of partial test, organizational culture with organizational citizenship behavior shows tcount> ttable (6.104> 2.013) with Sig. 0.00 <0.05. With result the correlation coefficient test of organizational culture to organizational citizenship behavior is 0.673. then there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior. The results of the simultaneous test show the value of Fcount> Ftable (69.653> 3.21) with Sig. 0.00 <0.05. And The result of coefficient determination shows a value of 0.760, then concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of dependent variable on independent variable.
The development of sharia banking in Indonesia very rapidly grow up preceded by Bank Muamalat Indonesia and in 2013 ranked as the bank with the highest loyalty and the best among other sharia banking nationally. Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun is one of the first branch in Madiun and currently has many competitors from other sharia banking. Based on this background, in this study take what factors affect the size of customer loyalty Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun. Based on the result of research, it is found that the level of loyalty of customer of Bank Muamalat of Madiun branch is mostly influenced by product innovation with value of t test value obtained by t-count 2,493, while second factor is influenced by service quality with result of tcount 2,268. So the least influenced factor by the value of the customer is with value of 2.217. This research is a descriptive research method and associative / relationship, this matter to know the value of independent variable. While population of this research is funding customer of Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun with amount of 22.196 customer by taking data using random sampling method as much as 108 customer.
