The increase in the production of agricultural products and food supplies in excess of regulatory needs and the provision of food safety in Russia led to the expansion of the export of agricultural products and the change in the course of the development of the agro-industrial complex from import substitution to export-oriented production. However, the entry to world food markets requires high quality of products from manufacturers and its certification in accordance with world standards. The article presents the organizational and economic transformations towards the greening of agro-industrial production, namely, the use of the resource potential, the involvement of Russian manufacturers in the production of environmentally friendly products and the development of organic agriculture; the mechanisms for solving the set problems are substantiated.
The theoretical grounding of the management system of animal feedingstuff milling of the region was performed. The facilities of animal feedingstuff milling are divided according to the degree of independence of business conducting and directions of sales of the products manufactured. The factors of the internal and external environment of the animal feedingstuff milling of the region were considered. The analysis was performed and the tendencies in the development of animal feedingstuff milling of the region and the system of its management were revealed; the directions of the development of animal feedingstuff milling of the agrarian region were grounded. The potential capacity of the regional market of animal feedingstuff for livestock breeding of the region was calculated. It was offered to form the body of economic management in the form of an independent legal entity bearing the responsibility for execution of the functions imposed on it to develop and implement the plan of development of animal feedingstuff milling – JSC Animal Feedingstuff Cluster of the Altai Territory.
The paper reflects research findings of the path dependence of export-oriented and secondary industries in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug -Yugra by performing an autocorrelation analysis. In the export-oriented industries, a widespread dependence on last year's indicators and a negative internal cycle have been found. Development dependence analysis of secondary industries showed that development of the construction and manufacturing industries features a 4-year internal cycle with generally negative dependence, but in the agricultural industry, cyclicity of development has not been revealed due to the impact of such external factor as weather conditions. It has been revealed that the path dependence of industries in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug -Yugra causes problems for economic reforming and diversification.
The subject of the study are informal institutions that influence the development of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra. The aim of the study is to identify the composition of informal institutions and the direction of their influence. The scientific significance of the work is to use an institutional approach to study the economy of the northern resource-producing region. The practical importance of the work lies in the possibility of the executive bodies of the state power applying the management of the region's branches to draw conclusions about the degree of influence of informal institutions on the development of the industry. The objectives of the study are: - studying the respondents' opinion on the impact of informal institutions; - study of the composition of informal institutions; - study of the direction of their influence. The research methodology includes comparative institutional analysis, questionnaires. The result of the work is an institutional analysis of the composition of informal institutions and their impact on the development of the economy of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra.
