Education is inseparable from the social competence of teachers and also the teacher's code of ethics. Teachers are often defined as social beings where the life of a teacher or educator cannot be separated from social life. So do not be surprised if teachers get more demands from other communities. Because the competence and code of ethics of teachers are things that can bring exemplary attitudes to students. For that attitude, it is necessary to develop good communication with parents of students in order to build communication that exists in two directions that takes place, so that the values and morals that are applied bring children to respect and tolerance in building the nation. Using descriptive qualitative methods, it can be concluded that teachers in building and encouraging children's creativity both in society grow in the value of harmony. Because this can be a very important deradication in multicultural life for radicalism. An educator also needs to build harmony for the school, the surrounding environment and within the community because it becomes a foundation to be able to become a unifier and build harmony. Both in terms of different religions, which exist in the Indonesian nation.Abstrak: Pendidikan tidak terlepas dari kompetensi sosial guru dan juga kode etik guru. Guru sering kali didefinisikan sebagai makhluk sosial dimana kehidupan seorang guru atau pendidik ini tidak lepas dari kehidupan sosial. Maka tidak heran jika guru mendapat tuntutan lebih dari masyarakat lainnya. Sebab kompetensi dan kode etik guru merupakan hal yang dapat membawa sikap yang diteladankan bagi naradidik. untuk itu sikap itu diperlukan pengembangan komunikasi yang baik terhadap orang tua murid guna membangun komunikasi yang terjalin pada dua arah yang berlangsung, supaya nilai dan moral yang diterapkan membawa anak pada sikap menghargai dan juga bertoleransi dalam membangun bangsa. Mengunakan metode kualitatif deskritif, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru dalam membangun dan mendorong kreativitas anak baik dalam masyarakat bertumbuh dalam nilai kerukunan. Sebab hal ini dapat menjadi deradikasi yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan yang multikultural bagi adanya radikalisme. Seorang pendidik juga perlu membangun akan kerukaunan bagi sekolah, lingkungan sekitar serta didalam masyarakat karena itu menjadi sebuah pondasi untuk dapat menjadi pemersatu dan membangun kerukunan. Baik dari segi keagamaan yang berbeda-beda, yang ada di bangsa Indonesia.
The church has an important role in a movement for the gospel of Jesus Christ. The Great Commission is the center of the church in carrying out the mission of the Kingdom of God in this wolrd. Since the days of the early church, the church has experienced tremendous growth. Many souls believed in Jesus and experienced tremendous spiritual growth. The extraordinary growth of God’s church makes all components of the church must be well integrated into a unified whole. All of this cannot be separated from the Lord Jesus prayer so that His disciples remain united in the project of the great commission. But in reality, the church that should have remained united as the Lord Jesus prayer in John 17:1-26 did not materialize well. The church began to fokus on worldly interests and was no longer a universal church unit. Some of the problem that occurred, the disorganization of the church which is often referred to as ecumenical did not happen well, because of differences in doctrine, there are elements of self-interest, leadership problem and finanacial problems. So that the essence of the church to carry out the mission of the great commsission has shifted. This writing uses a descriptive method of literature by extracting library data ro strengthen understanding as a whole. The goal is that through writing, namely, First, church leaders realize how important a unity is in God’s church. Second, the church becomes a pleasant family as a member of the body of Christ. Parents are an important part of family education. Education in a good family will produce good children, but if the family education is not good, it will produce bad children. Parents and children are inseparable, meaning that they become one and are interrelated. Children's education and growth depend on their parents' parenting style. Parenting patterns are an important foundation in the lives of children. The wrong parenting will result in children’s personal products that are not optimal. The right parenting will produce good children’s products and even be a blessing for many people. Parenting is an important point because of what is happening today; many parents don’t focus on the parenting pattern because they are too busy with work assignments, don’t understand the right parenting pattern, and don’t care about parenting that is in accordance with God’s Word, the important thing is that people parents are sufficient for the needs of children’s lives. This study uses a literature descriptive method as the method used to describe or present the results based on a literature review and by extracting the general principles of parenting according to Proverb 3:1-26. The purpose of this research is, First, to find principles of parenting in accordance with the Word of God. Second, parents apply the principles of correct parenting to their children. Third, children get a parenting pattern that is in accordance with the truth of God’s Word. Fourth, the family that is built becomes a family that is a blessing to many people. AbstrakOrang tua menjadi bagian penting dalam sebuah pendidikan keluarga. Pendidikan dalam keluarga yang baik akan menghasilkan anak-anak yang baik, namun jika pendidikan keluarga tidak baik akan menghasilkan anak-anak yang tidak baik. Orang tua dan anak adalah hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan, artinya menjadi satu dan saling ada keterkaitan. Pendidikan dan pertumbuhan anak-anak tergantung dari pola asuh orang tua. Pola asuh orang tua menjadi pondasi penting dalam kehidupan anak-anak. Pola asuh yang salah akan menghasilkan produk pribadi anak yang tidak maksimal. Pola asuh yang benar akan menghasilkan produk anak yang baik bahkan menjadi berkat bagi banyak orang. Pola asuh menjadi point penting, sebab yang terjadi saat ini, banyak orang tua tidak fokus kepada pola asuh yang benar, sebab terlalu sibuk dengan tugas pekerjaan, tidak mengerti pola asuh yang benar dan tidak memperdulikan pola asuh yang sesuai dengan Firman Tuhan, yang penting orang tua sudah mencukupi kebutuhan hidup anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskritif literatur sebagai metode yang dipakai untuk menggambarkan atau memaparkan hasil berdasarkan kajian pustaka serta dengan penggalian secara umum prinsip-prinsip pola asuh menurut Amsal 3:1-26. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu Pertama, menemukan prinsip-prinsip pola asuh orang tua yang sesuai dengan Firman Tuhan. Kedua, supaya orang tua menerapkan prinsip-prinsip pola asuh yang benar terhadap anak. Ketiga, anak mendapatkan pola asuh yang sesuai kebenaran Firman Tuhan. Keempat, keluarga yang dibangun menjadi keluarga yang menjadi berkat bagi banyak orang.
Salvation is very important in the Christian faith. Teaching the concept of safety to today’s youth is very important. Seeing the condition of today’s youth, not many know the concept of salvation in the Christian faith. Most who know this are teenagers studying theology or Christian religious education, unlike teenagers from junior high school-high school-secular colleges. The method used is the descriptive literature method. This study will discuss how to teach the concept of safety to today’s youth using learning media so that they can run more effectively and efficiently. So that today’s youth get a true understanding of the meaning of salvation and their lives remain steadfast in following Jesus Christ. AbstrakKeselamatan adalah hal yang sangat penting dalam iman kekristenan. Mengajarkan konsep keselamatan bagi para pemuda masa kini sangat penting untuk dilakukan. Melihat kondisi remaja masa kini tidak banyak yang mengetahui konsep keselamatan iman Kristen. Mayoritas yang menge-tahui hal tersebut adalah remaja-remaja yang kuliah di bidang teologi atau pendidikan agama Kristen, berbeda dengan remaja SMP-SMA-Kuliah sekuler. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif literature. Penelitian ini akan membahas tentang cara mengajarkan konsep keselamatan bagi remaja masa kini melalui pemanfaatan media pembelajaran supaya dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien. Sehingga remaja masa kini mendapatkan pemahaman yang benar tentang makna kese-lamatan dan hidup mereka tetap teguh dalam pengikutan kepada Yesus Kristus.
The Demographic Bonus is a phenomenon that will occur in Indonesia in2030-2045 and will have an impact on all people’s lives. This phenomenon requiresthe role of all levels of society, including teachers. This article aims toprovide an understanding of the teacher’s role in students’ readiness to facedemographic bonuses in Indonesia. The liberation in this paper uses a qualitativeapproach with literary review writing techniques or library studies. The results of thestudy show that teachers must play a role in dealing with demographicbonuses through the pillars or functions of teachers/teaching sir. Fenomena ini membutuhkan peran seluruh lapiran masyarakat termasuk guru. artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang peran guru terhadap kesiapan siswa dalam menghadapi bonus demografi di indonesia. Pembahasan dalam tulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik penulisan literature review atau studi pustaka. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru pak harus berperan dalam menghadapi bonus demografi melalui pilar atau fungsi guru/pengajar pak. guru dapat melakukan berbagai aksi nyata yang bersifat holistik yang dapat berguna dalam seluruh aspek kehidupan siswa dan masyarakat.dalam hal ini, guru harus menjadi penjaga siswa yang memperingatkan siswa atas seluruh permasalah kehidupan tidak hanya masalah rohani. penelitian ini memiliki kontribusi bagi peserta didik untuk berperan aktif dalam seluruh kehidupan peserta. guru tidak hanya berfokus pada pengajaran di sekolah tetapi harus dapat menyentuh seluruh aspek kehidupan peserta didik dan masyarakat.
