The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the quality of the teacher's personality has on spiritual growth. A teacher should ideally have a personality that is suitably aligned to a deeper sense of spirituality so that he or she can role-model desired behaviours and impart the desired Christian characteristics the Lord desires of them. In this article, the researcher discusses some of the critical personality and spiritual values that must be possessed by teachers in order for them to effectively accomplish their role as a teacher. The Apostle Paul described the desired qualities for a teacher in his letter to the Ephesians and also in Timothy. This research was conducted at the Yogyakarta Baptist Church, Indonesia. This study used quantitative methods to collect representative data that was be tested in answering the problems studied. The results in this study demonstrate that there is a moderate relationship between teacher quality and spiritual growth. Statistical analysis of the questionnaire stated that there was a two- tailed relationship of 0.524 at a significance level of 0.01/1% and was accepted with a probability of 0.000. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination of variance (r2x) is 0.274, which means that Personality Quality (X1) contributes to spiritual growth (Y) by 27.4%. If the teacher's Personality Quality score increases by one unit, the average spiritual growth score (Y) will increase by 0.874 from the current condition.

Building a family, church, educational institution or business world cannot be separated from the concept of an education. Education is an important reference in seeing, directing and bringing about a very significant and maximum change. By using descriptive descriptive method, through the literature study approach, research can describe the journey of education in a person, family, educational institution, church or business world, which cannot be separated from the psychological element which is the basis for further understanding. This is because there are many people who have not taken Christian education seriously in the family, work environment, even in churches with a clear curriculum. In the context of this discussion, education is focused on Christian education. It is very necessary to build a strong psychological foundation in Christian education, so that it can be used as a reference in building an ideal and maximum Christian education. The principles in this presentation will formulate some of the psychological foundations which are the foundation of Christian education. Because Christian education is very important in building a wholeness of view that is in accordance with the truth of God's Word and the character of Christ.

Holiness is a very serious matter before God and is not compromised at any price. Holiness is the most important part of a relationship between God and humans. However, it cannot be denied that because of sin, the quality of human holiness with God is destroyed. God cannot compromise sin. Sin severed man's relationship with God. Seeing how very important holiness is, it is necessary to seriously discuss the meaning of holiness before God. Because what is happening at this time, holiness has begun to fade with evidence of moral destruction and several principles of good life in the family, dating style, service standards and even in work, holiness is not a priority, because holiness remains the highest standard. Through descriptive qualitative method with literature study approach, it can be concluded that in order for people to believe in returning to the divine quality of life, that is, living in holiness according to God's heart. The book of Hosea becomes a reference for serious contemplation with the meaning of a holiness from the side of God's role. And the discussion of this context will focus on the theological understanding of the Book of Hosea by using the method of extracting literature and several sources of writings that strongly strengthen the theological concept. So that from exploring the theological concepts of God's role in the holiness of the Book of Hosea, we can get a reflection of life that holiness is the most important part in the standard of life forever. AbstrakKekudusan menjadi hal yang sangat serius dihadapan Tuhan dan tidak ada ditawar-tawar dengan harga apapun. Kekudusan menjadi bagian terpenting bagi sebuah hubungan antara Tuhan dengan manusia. Namun tidak bisa dipungkiri, karena dosa, maka kualitas kekudusan manusia dengan Allah menjadi hancur. Allah tidak bisa kompromi dengan dosa. Dosa membuat hubungan manusia dengan Allah menjadi terputus. Melihat betapa sangat pentingnya kekudusan, maka perlu dibahas secara serius arti sebuah kekudusan dihadapan Allah. Sebab yang terjadi saat ini, kekudusan sudah mulai luntur dengan terbuktinya kehancuran moral dan beberapa prinsip-prinsip kehidupan baik dalam keluarga, gaya pacaran, standart pelayanan bahkan dalam pekerjaan, kekudusan menjadi hal yang tidak diutamakan, sebab kekudusan tetap menjadi standart tertinggi. Melalui metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka dapat disimpulkan bahwa   supaya orang percaya kembali kepada kualitas hidup ilahi, yaitu hidup dalam kekudusan sesuai dengan hati Tuhan. Kitab Hosea menjadi acuan untuk perenungan secara serius dengan arti sebuah kekudusan dari sisi peran Tuhan. Dan pembahasan konteks ini akan difokuskan kepada pemahaman teologis dari Kitab Hosea dengan menggunakan metode  penggalian pustaka dan beberapa sumber penulisan-penulisan yang sangat menguatkan konsep teologisnya. Sehingga dari penggalian konsep-kosep teologis peran Tuhan dalam kekudusan dari Kitab Hosea, didapatkan refleksi kehidupan bahwa kekudusan menjadi bagian terpenting dalam standart kehidupan sampai selama-lamanya.

Salvation is a mighty work that Jesus did for all mankind. This is a serious problem for humans, namely the settlement of sins, which can also be explored from the Book of Acts. Yet many people feel that the Book of Acts is merely church history and does not have a strong contribution to the history of salvation. Based on the above facts, it is necessary to present the theologies in the Book of Acts and their contribution to the work of salvation for mankind. And the Book of Acts is also the starting point of a movement for God's church which is the basis of the gospel message to all people. Through the theological concepts that appear in the Book of Acts of the Apostles will be implemented for believers and the church today, so as to become a strong foundation for the movement of God's church in the work of the history of salvation until the end of time.

The church has an important role in a movement for the gospel of Jesus Christ. The Great Commission is the center of the church in carrying out the mission of the Kingdom of God in this wolrd. Since the days of the early church, the church has experienced tremendous growth. Many souls believed in Jesus and experienced tremendous spiritual growth. The extraordinary growth of God’s church makes all components of the church must be well integrated into a unified whole. All of this cannot be separated from the Lord Jesus prayer so that His disciples remain united in the project of the great commission. But in reality, the church that should have remained united as the Lord Jesus prayer in John 17:1-26 did not materialize well. The church began to fokus on worldly interests and was no longer a universal church unit. Some of the problem that occurred, the disorganization of the church which is often referred to as ecumenical did not happen well, because of differences in doctrine, there are elements of self-interest, leadership problem and finanacial problems. So that the essence of the church to carry out the mission of the great commsission has shifted. This writing uses a descriptive method of literature by extracting library data ro strengthen understanding as a whole. The goal is that through writing, namely, First, church leaders realize how important a unity is in God’s church. Second, the church becomes a pleasant family as a member of the body of Christ.
