Peogram Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) yang diselenggarakan oleh BPJS Kesehatan menerapkan sistem kendali mutu dan kendali biaya. Pelayanan yang diberikan diharapkan dapat memberikan jaminan kesehatan bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Tidak hanya kepastian jaminan, BPJS Kesehatan senantiasa berupaya menempatkan kepuasan Peserta JKN sebagai salah satu kinerja yang harus terus ditingkatkan. Sebagai upaya peningkatan kepuasan Peserta maka dilakukan pendekatan melalui Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). Melalui pendekatan IPA dapat diketahui besaran indeks kepuasan Peserta sekaligus analisa mengenai atribut yang membutuhkan penanganan lebih lanjut guna meningkatkan kepuasan Peserta JKN. Diperoleh indeks kepuasan Peserta JKN Cabang Pati pada hal layanan administrasi sebesar 88,85 persen. Adapun atribut yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah mengenai jaminan waktu apabila terdapat kendala aplikasi karena adanya maintenance maupun perbaikan lainnya.
One of the non-object cultural heritages owned by the Indonesian people is batik. Batik is a typical Indonesian cloth spread throughout the archipelago. The process of making batik is mostly still traditional, starting from the process of making patterns on the mori cloth to the process of preparing the cloth, giving patterns, nglowong / canting, isen-isen, nembok, first coloring / medel, ngerok, mbironi stage, second coloring / greeting , nglorod and washing batik. In this batik-making process, the batik workers work continuously with a detailed type of work and the work posture of the batik is on a chair that is not designed with the dimensions of the body of the batik maker. This is if the work posture is not improved, it creates a potential risk of muscle fatigue or musculoskeletal disorder. The method used in this research is quantative. The data taken in this study is the data on the size of the batik work posture when sitting on a chair. Then the data is analyzed using the REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) method using ergofellow software to determine the risk of work posture. The result of this research is the potential risk of the work position of Muria Batik Kudus UMKM batik makers with the REBA method resulting in a score of 9 (Nine), which means that they have risk criteria at a high level. The potential risk that is at a high level should immediately improve the work posture of the batik which is supported by changes in work facilities. Batik makers who have the potential for high levels of risk can result in muscle fatigue in certain parts of the body and decreased levels of productivity.
Currently, the world in general and Indonesia in particular are being hit by the COVID-19 pandemic. As the highest leader at the provincial level, the governor has a big role in handling COVID-19. The purpose of this study was to examine the leadership strategy of regional heads in handling COVID-19 in Indonesia. The sample in this study consisted of the 5 provinces with the largest positive cases of COVID-19 in Indonesia, namely DKI Jakarta, East Java, Central Java, South Sulawesi and West Java. A qualitative approach was used with descriptive analysis techniques. Secondary data techniques included a literature study. The results of this study indicated that 1) the governors of DKI Jakarta, East Java, Central Java, South Sulawesi and West Java have implemented the same leadership strategy, namely forming a task force, establishing a state of emergency and setting regulations to accelerate the handling of COVID-19. 2) The number of additional positive cases in the five provinces still shows an increase on average. 3) The number of recovered patients in the five provinces shows an increase on average. 4) The number of patients who died in the five provinces showed fluctuation. Penelitian ini menggali lebih dalam pemanfaatan E-Personal shopper ke dalam peningkatan kinerja tukang sayur yang saat ini masih menggunakan metode konvensional saat melakukan pemasaran.
