AbstrakSiswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memecahkan masalah Trigonometri yang berdampak pada rendahnya hasil belajar. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesalahan siswa memecahkan masalah trigonometri ditinjau dari strategi pemecahan masalah Polya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksploratif menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan 1 guru dan 20 siswa SMA. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui tes dan wawancara. Tes terdiri atas 5 masalah Trigonometri. Wawancara semi terstruktur diberikan pada; (1) guru untuk mengetahui kesulitan yang dialami siswa selama proses pembelajaran Trigonometri, dan (2) siswa untuk mengidentifikasi kesalahan dalam memecahkan masalah. Data dianalisis dengan tahapan berikut; (1) jawaban siswa diperiksa lalu di hitung skor untuk setiap masalah, (2) di identifikasi jenis kesalahan siswa pada setiap masalah, (3) persentase banyaknya siswa dihitung pada tiap jenis kesalahan, dan (4) siswa yang melakukan kesalahan diwawancara untuk mengetahui penyebab dan jenis kesalahan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kesalahan siswa dalam memecahkan masalah Trigonometri adalah: (i) Kesalahan memahami masalah Trigonometri (57,73%); (ii) Kesalahan dalam merencanakan strategi (9,27%); (iii) Kesalahan menerapkan solusi (15,83%); dan (iv) kesalahan dalam memeriksa kembali (17,16%). Student Errors in Solving Trigonometry Problems in View from Polya’ Problem Solving IndicatorsAbstractStudents have difficulty in solving trigonometric problems which have an impact on low learning outcomes. This article aims to analyze students' errors in solving trigonometric problems in terms of Polya's problem-solving strategy. This research is exploratory research using a descriptive qualitative approach. The research was conducted by involving 1 teacher and 20 high school students. The data of this study were collected through tests and interviews. The test consists of 5 Trigonometry problems. Semi-structured interviews were given on; (1) teachers to find out the difficulties experienced by students during the Trigonometry learning process, and (2) students to identify errors in solving problems. The data were analyzed in the following steps; (1) student answers are checked and then the score is calculated for each problem, (2) the types of student errors are identified in each problem, (3) the percentage of the number of students is calculated for each type of error, and (4) students who make mistakes are interviewed to find out the cause and the type of error. This study found that students' errors in solving Trigonometric problems were: (i) Misunderstanding of Trigonometric problems (57.73%); (ii) Errors in devising a plan (9.27%); (iii) Error in performing the plan (15.83%); and (iv) errors in looking back/ confirmation of the answer (17.16%).
The concept of restorative justice is also implemented in the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Indonesia Number 15 of 2020 concerning Termination of Prosecution Based on Restorative Justice . The Tulang Bawang District Prosecutor's Office, Lampung, Indonesia has implemented restorative justice for the crime of petty theft committed by the defendant with the initials BC based on the Decree on Termination of Prosecution of the Head of the Tulang Bawang District Prosecutor's Office Number: PRINT- 01/L.8.4.18/Eoh.2/ 01/2022 dated 27 January 2022 (RJ-14). The purpose of this study was to find out the legal arrangements regarding restorative justice in the settlement of petty theft cases, to find out the application of restorative justice in the settlement of petty theft cases at the Tulang Bawang District Prosecutor's Office, and to find out the obstacles for the Tulang Bawang district attorney to implement restorative justice. in the crime of petty theft committed by Defendant BC. The research method used is a normative method using a juridical approach by managing primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. The results of the study show that the legal arrangement regarding restorative justice in the settlement of cases of minor theft crimes is Perma Number 2 of 2012 concerning Adjustment of Limits for Minor Crimes which prioritizes restorative justice Police Circular Letter Number SE/8/VII/2018 concerning Application of Restorative Justice ). The application of restorative justice in the settlement of cases of minor theft crimes at the Tulang Bawang District Attorney is guided by the Republic of Indonesia Attorney General's Regulation No. 15 of 2020 because the defendant is the first time he has committed a crime. Obstacles for the Tulang Bawang District Prosecutor's Office in implementing restorative justice in the settlement of cases of minor theft crimes are that there are negative views and a lack of knowledge regarding community restorative justice, the large number of cases of theft that cannot be applied to restorative justice and the duration of time for making peace is too short.
Partisipasi aktif ibu – ibu PKK Desa Cerucuk Kecamatan Badau kabupaten Belitung masih kurang dalam pemasaran produk yang di produksi apalagi dalm pemasaran online di mana ibu – ibu PKK didesa Cerucuk masih menjual produk dengan cara manual. Maka dari itu perlu di adakan pelatihan tentang proses pemasaran secara online khusu kepasa ibu – ibu PKK yang berasal dari desa Cerucuk tersebut. Dalam kegiatan ini diharapkan bisa berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan penjualan secara online sehingga bisa membuat pemasukan prekonomian. Kegiatan ini dapat dilakukan dengan lebih afektif apabila ibu – ibu PKK sudah bisa menggunkan media social sebagai pemsaran produk yang mereka buat. Sedangkan alokasi waktu untuk latihan penjualan secara online minimal 2 jam permingu. Pada akhir kegiatan dapat disimpulkan bahwa facebook dan Instagram adalah dua platform digital yang bisa menambah pemasaran agar lebih mudah dan berkembang.
This research aims to determine the influence of role ambiguity and role conflict on employee creativity. This research used the causal method by collecting primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. Samples are 126 respondents of Faculty Economics and Business University Lampung alumnae who graduated 2015-2017. Data processed using multiple regression method. Result analysis shows that role ambiguity has a positive and significant influence on employee creativity with a value of 44%. Another result of this research shows that role conflict positively influences employee creativity with a value of 19%. Keywords:Role Ambiguity, Role Conflict, Employee Creativity ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari ambiguitas peran dan konflik peran terhadap kreativitas karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kausal dengan menggunakan data primer dari penyebaran kuesioner. Sampel penelitian adalah 126 responden alumni Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Lampung lulusan tahun 2015 sampai 2017 dan sudah bekerja. Data diolah dengan menggunakan metode regresi berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ambiguitas peran memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 44% terhadap kreativitas karyawan. Hasil lain dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konflik peran memiliki dampak positif sebesar 19% terhadap kreativitas karyawan. Kata Kunci: Ambiguitas Peran, Konflik Peran, Kreativitas Karyawan
The activity aims to improve the intrapersonal and interpersonal skills of the members of Gema Kosgoro organization, located at Tangkerang Labuai Sub-District, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City, and provide the opportunities for this organization in various educational and training programs to improve this ability. Based on the results of interviews, we have gotten some informations that the majority of Kosgoro members do not know about the benefits of intrapersonal and interpersonal communication. This is caused by the absence of opportunities to obtain communication knowledge such as interpersonal and intrapersonal social organization. Many facilities to get the information are made the chairman of the Gema Kosgoro Student Movement interest in conducting interpersonal and intrapersonal training in this organization. This dedication is given in the form of giving material and question and answer. The material given discusses intrapersonal and interpersonal communication in detail by the speakers. Then the next material is questions and answers which aimed to make participants understand more deeply about the material. This activity was carried out in the even semester T.A 2018/2019.
