The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was effects to the leadership style and work planning towards the performance of puskesmas in the implementation Indonesia healthy program in 2019. This research was a quantitative study using survey methods. Herewith analyze and review the connection between each research variable. It is used analysis of Partial Least Squares (PLS) approachmentand a combination of quantitative and qualitative research. qualitative datathat obtained fromdirect interview with relevant officials inPuskesmas will be used to strengthen PLS analysis. the variables used in this study are: Puskesmas Performance (Y), Leadership Style (X1) and Work Planning (X2). the sample used in this study was 30 people out of 125 employees consisting of all Puskesmas units located in Sawangan Subdistrict, Depok city. The results of the study are leadership style influencing the performance of Puskesmas and work planning influences the performance of health centers.
This study aims to analyze the management of admission of new students at SDIT Ki Hajar Dewantoro. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. From the results of the study, management analysis of new student admissions uses SWOT analysis. By looking at strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats so the school knows and can be used as input for the coming year, so the number of new students increases from year to year. In conclusion, school management plans all school activities and programs including; the existence of a school program as a hallmark of a superior school / program, school promotion, how schools implement their long, medium and short term work plans, and collaborative efforts in school management between school principals, teachers, parents, students and the community so that schools can be managed effectively. Islamic boarding is the oldest educational institution in Indonesia which has a role in character education. The main purpose of this study was to understand the role of kyai's leadership in preparing quality santri. This paper aims at exploring the values which become the basis for leadership practice at Gontor. However, Gontor exists and gradually develops with its own unique management and leadership system. The study suggests that Gontor has its own standards which are mainly based on Islamic values. Indeed, there are a lot of values, but basically they can besimplified into the five spirits of Pondok Pesantren namely sincerity, simplicity, self reliance, Islamic brotherhood, and freedom. Each one of these spirits becomes a standard of excellence for Gontor leadership. In other words, Gontor will always exist, continue to flourish, create quality santri and prosper if it maintains these spirits and will deteriorate by the erosion of them.
This study aimed to examine the effect of UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) on the use of M-Learning by bachelor degree students of Economic Education program of Universitas Terbuka (UT). M-learning is a flexible learning mode that utilizes smart phone or PDA as learning media. The success of M-learning depends on their interest to continue to use the system. Users will feel satisfied and motivated to continuously use the information system if they feel that it gives the great output. This study used a model with three variables, i.e. performance expectation, social influence. Participants of this study were 148 bachelor degree students of Universitas Terbuka's Economic Education program. The results of the study showed that: (1) there was a significant correlation between the performance expectation after using M-learning with the intention to use M-learning on the students, (2) there was a significant correlation between the social influence in using M-learning with the intention to use M-learning on the students; (3) there was a significant correlation between the self-confidence in using M-learning with the intention to use M-learning on the students; and (4) there was not a significant and positive correlation between the intention to use M-learning with the Mlearning usage behavior.
