Some students, working on a thesis is a ”scourge” because they have to do it themselves and interact personallywith other people. This is where students sometimes feel depressed, anxious, and depressed because of the variousproblems they face. One of the strategies used is to provide psychoeducation programs that are relevant to theproblem. The research objective is to find a problem and a psychoeducation model for that problem. The researchmethod used is descriptive quantitative, the subject was taken purposively as many as 63 respondents and descriptiveanalysis. The results found includes: (a) The main problems are communication with supervisors, self-management andtime, looking for references, low motivation, writing a thesis according to APA Style, and economic and family issues,and (b) Psychoeducation program model with achievement motivation training material, persuasive communicationtraining, training program applications quotes, and especially for those who need special treatment, the counseling orpsychotherapy process is carried out individually.
This research was aimed to analysis and described motivations and kinds of consumer values Japanese comics. The methods used in this research is quantitative research. The subject in this research is 35 students State Yunior High School in Malang, which is using incidental sampling techniques. The instrument to collect the data is questionare. The data analysis methods is quantitaive descriptive. The first result of the research are the motivating factor is social needs, egoistic needs, self actualization and safety needs. The second, the values Japanese comics is the picture and the language used in the Japanese comics are more understandable, the topic is varieties and almost the same with Indonesian culture ever it is more realistic storys and the cost is cheaper than American comics.
Each stage of career development raises special characteristics that are not had by other stages of career development. These characteristics are seen to be related to the dimensions of OCB which will then affect the employee's OCB as a whole. Establishment stage, someone who is at the age of 25-44 years where the person tries to adapt at work. Maintenance stage, someone who is at the age of 45-64 years who feels comfort in his job position, will take care and maintain the position as best as possible. This study aims to determine whether there are differences in OCB levels reviewed based on the stages of career development. This study uses comparative quantitative research. Data collection techniques using purposive sampling with a total sample of 60 employees divided into two sample groups, namely 30 employees aged 25-44 years and 30 employees aged 45-64 years. Data retrieval uses the OCB scale. Obtained the results of the analysis of independent sample t test with a t count value of 6.198 and a probability of 0.000, these results indicate that OCB are have significant differences in terms of the stage of career development.
Kehidupan yang dijalani para lansia di panti werdha tentu berbeda dengan kehidupan yang mereka jalani bersama keluarga di rumah. Hal ini menuntut kemampuan coping yang memadai. Kemampuan dalam strategi coping sangat erat kaitannya dengan kemampuan untuk menemukan makna hidup dan mencapai kehidupan yang bermakna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara strategi avoidance coping dan kebermaknaan hidup pada lansia yang tinggal di panti werdha. Pengambilan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan skala avoidance coping dan skala kebermaknaan hidup pada 25 lansia yang tinggal di Panti Werdha Mojopahit Kabupaten Mojokerto Jawa Timur. Para lansia yang dipilih sebagai responden penelitian ini ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa avoidance coping tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kebermaknaan hidup pada para lansia di panti werdha. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan, bagi penelitian selanjutnya, untuk melakukan pengumpulan data dalam jumlah sampel yang lebih besar dengan teknik random sampling. Hal ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan generalisasi hasil penelitian sehingga lebih representatif.
Masa remaja adalah masa peralihan dari anak-anak ke dewasa. Di masa remaja banyak sekali terjadi perubahan pada diri anak. Mulai dari fisik, emosi, dan kognitif. Perubahan-perubahan itu mempengaruhi hakekat relasi orang tua dan remaja itu sendiri. Oleh karena itu, di masa remaja seringkali menjadi masa-masa yang kritis. Karena pada tahapan inilah seseorang mencari identitas dirinya. Fakta-fakta tersebut juga terdapat pada siswa akselerasi di MAN I Malang, beberapa anak mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola dirinya sehingga membuat belajarnya tidak maksimal pada hal tuntutan akademik sangat tinggi dengan adanya batasan masa studi selama dua tahun. Selain itu, banyak keluhan yang disampaikan oleh para guru khususnya guru Bimbingan Konseling bahwa terdapat beberapa masalah yang perlu mendapat perhatian khusus, yaitu terkait dengan pengembangan soft skill sehingga perlu kiranya dilakukan pendampingan khusus dalam rangka memberikan fasilitas untuk pengembangan diri siswa akselerasi. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menggambarkan bahwa siswa akselerasi sangat tertarik dengan kegiatan ini dan melalui kegiatan ini siswa akselerasi dapat mengetahui potensi psikologisnya sehingga membantu siswa akselerasi dapat lebih mudah untuk mengoptimalkan potensi-potensinya.
