The analysis of modern ensuring the safety of agricultural crops and the preservation of crops from pests is carried out. The use of systems to ensure the protection of agro-industrial complex from synanthropic pests is substantiated. The advantages of the electrophysical method of control and the need to create an effective system for protecting agricultural crops from pests are substantiated. The essence of each direction of the electrophysical method is revealed. An integrated protection of agricultural crops based on an information-software complex for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of plant protection against pests is proposed. The use of the information-software complex is substantiated. Keywords: CONTROL METHODS, PESTS IN THE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX, ELECTROPHYSICAL METHOD OF PROTECTION
It is currently impossible to imagine human life without electricity consumption, and an increase in its consumption leads to an increase in electric networks and the electric grid complex. This article discusses the types of electricity losses associated with the conversion and distribution of electricity at substations, as well as with the compensation of currents caused by abnormal operating modes of networks. Currently, automated systems for monitoring, diagnosing and managing anthropogenic processes in human-machine systems (HMS) are widely used in practice, which required the construction of scientifically based principles for creating the basis for decision support (DSS) with the participation of decision makers (DM) in the system. Accounting for the human factor is possible if there are tools for analyzing alternative options for the interaction of system components with different physical nature and means for measuring them in the structure of the HMS "Ch-E-S". At the same time, it is desirable to develop quantitative methods for predicting the behavior of the operator (electrical personnel) for possible threats of danger arising from the operation of electrical equipment at a production facility. In this case, simulation usually makes it possible to find effective solutions both during system design and at the stage of experimental and pilot checks. The reliability of the functioning of power supply systems and technical electrical equipment at the facilities of the agro-industrial complex largely depends on their technical condition. During operation, as a result of the impact of various negative factors, modes and operating conditions, the initial technical condition of electrical installations (IS) is continuously deteriorating, there is a possibility of failures and accidents that can lead to dangerous consequences (fires, electric shocks to people, etc.). In addition, there is a steady trend of aging of fixed assets in agriculture and a significant increase in the share of worn-out electrical equipment with a service life exceeding the maximum allowable. The importance and timeliness of the development of effective measures to prevent dangerous man-made situations (HAS), leading to accidents in power supply systems, electrical injuries to personnel, fires and electromagnetic radiation, are due to the increase in risks during the operation of 380/220 V electrical installations at production facilities and the infrastructure of rural settlements. The average annual growth of social losses and material damages is currently more than 20%. Over the past two decades, about 10 million people have suffered from OSA in Russia, of which 600 thousand people died during this period. The total material damage is comparable to the average gross domestic product in the Russian Federation. The accumulated experience shows that the most effective way to reduce anthropogenic hazards is their prevention, which is based on monitoring, forecasting, managing and optimizing risks. At the same time, the lack of an effective system for collecting and summarizing data on adverse risk factors, their identification, hinders the prompt adoption of management decisions aimed at preventing the occurrence of emergencies.
