The article presents an analysis of the organizational structures of cooperatives in the agricultural industry, offers conceptual approaches to modeling the organizational structures of agricultural formations in Russia, taking into account the specifics of the industry, using modern and innovative strategies for organizational changes. The creation of flexible multilevel systems of cooperation is substantiated, allowing, on the one hand, to consider the interests of both members of a single cooperative and a group of cooperatives that synergistically consolidate the available and attracted resources. An assessment of the importance of these principles for creating an effective cooperative structure is based on analyzing a survey of peasant farms in the Perm Territory. A promising organizational structure of multilevel cooperation has been developed.

Разработка электронных учебных пособий (ЭУП) по дисциплинам бакалавриата позволяет уменьшить затраты на закупку и печать библиотечных фондов, размещение их в Интернете обеспечит доступность и удобство использования. В статье проанализирован опыт разработки электронных учебных пособий по дисциплинам основных профессиональных образовательных программ бакалавриата в различных вузах. Основными отличиями ЭУП от бумажных учебно-методических пособий являются: мультимедийность, интерактивность, динамичность содержания. Кроме того, в зависимости от формата ЭУП возможно удалённое взаимодействие между преподавателем и студентами на форумах или видеоконференциях. ЭУП, в отличие от других видов учебно-методического обеспечения, позволяет удалённо контролировать полноту и своевременность изучения отдельных тем дисциплины. Внедрение ЭУП позволяет осуществлять как внутренний, так и внешний контроль. Существуют такие критерии оценки качества ЭУП, как удельный вес в обеспечении общего объёма дисциплины, удельный вес в обеспечении самостоятельной работы студентов, качество оформления, степень и эффективность мультимедиа, степень адаптивности, уровень удалённого доступа. В статье приведены рекомендации по разработке электронных учебных пособий с учётом специфики обучения по программам прикладного бакалавриата. Результатом проведённого анализа стала разработка требований к ЭУП по дисциплине «Конструкция и расчёт энергетических установок». В ходе обобщения опыта удалось составить общие требования к структуре и содержанию ЭУП. The objective of this article is to analyse labour discipline of production personnel when performing vehicle maintenance works. Currently, many car service enterprises practically do not control the quality of the work of the employees. These responsibilities are assigned to the lower management level – foremen, however, they are either heavily loaded with work, or are not interested in performing control functions. In addition, labour intensity of technical maintenance and repair work is set by the manufacturer at the lowest possible level, assuming that the staff is highly qualified, and the company is provided with all the necessary special tools. As a result, it is difficult or impossible for employees to meet the standards, therefore, to fulfil the plan and not lose part of the wages, they miss or do not perform part of the work paid by the client. The studies were carried out in Perm at a typical car service enterprise, which is an official dealer of a domestic car brand.The analysis of the work of the personnel was carried out by comparing the actual work performed following the technology defined by the manufacturer. For this, video recording of all the actions of an employee was carried out. The completeness of each operation was noted, as well as the time spent. Work efficiency was assessed using Spaghetti diagrams, which indicate all movements of the performers. A methodology is presented that allows to give a final assessment of the work of locksmiths, which consists in calculating penalty points for exceeding standard time, partial execution or omission of operations. A scale for evaluating performers has been developed. The results of studies of carrying out maintenance of two identical cars are presented. The shortcomings of the production personnel are discovered and analysed. To increase labour productivity, it is possible to use the principles of lean production of the 5 «S» system. It is necessary to equip the posts with tools, issue checklists to the performers and use the movement scheme at the maintenance post, equip posts with video surveillance cameras and periodically carry out selective control of work. To motivate staff, it is necessary to revise the system of bonuses and fines, considering the results of work.
Introduction. Quality management of educational services is impossible without feedback from employers, graduates, and parents of students. Analysis of their opinions will help identify weaknesses in the educational process of the University, for the subsequent formation of a roadmap for managing the quality of education. The purpose of the study: to develop recommendations for improving the quality of education of students of the technical University by identifying dissatisfaction with professional, labor and socio-cultural training. Materials and methods. 1261 interested persons took part in the survey, including: 386 graduates (representatives of 225 enterprises and organizations), representatives of employers – 265 people (representatives of 173 enterprises and organizations), parents of students – 610 people. The quality of educational process was assessed by satisfaction with educational activities and satisfaction with the socio-cultural environment of the university. Research results. The results of the level of satisfaction with the quality of educational activities are analyzed, in particular: the level of satisfaction of graduates ranged from 66 to 88%, the greatest dissatisfaction is associated with the organization of practices, research work and the material and technical base of the University. Employers are more dissatisfied with the professional training of graduates, in particular bachelors. More than 70% of employers say that specialists are much better prepared to perform their work functions. In terms of assessing the socio-cultural environment, the satisfaction of students' parents ranged from 49 to 72%. The main comments are related to financial incentives (scholarships, surcharges), as well as the organization of leisure and recreation. The practical significance is to identify the most pressing issues that are not always obvious when viewed from the "inside" of the organization. Many problems are typical for higher education institutions in General, so the results of this study can be useful and applicable for internal audits, in-house surveys, and improving the quality of educational services in other universities.
