Vehicle Routing Problems (VRP) are a type of linear programming problem. This paper tries to explain the completion of VRP using Python Programming with the Simulated Annealing algorithm. Python Programming is used as a tool by utilizing the wealth of packages in python. Python is a popular programming language. Python is easy to learn for beginners. However, there is still no example and guide for solving VRP using simulated annealing in python programming with a process paradigm. This design can be a reference and guide for beginners in dealing with similar problems or the development of existing problems.
This study and analysis was carried out to examine the effect of emotional marketing on purchase intention. This study also analyzes the mediating role of brand awareness and brand trust in the relationship between emotional marketing and purchase intention. This study uses a questionnaire as an instrument of study and has collected valid and reliable data from 130 respondents who are users of MSME products who are actively promoting on Instagram social media. This study adopted the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique to test the hypothesis in this study. This study proves that brand awareness and brand trust have a mediating role in the relationship between emotional marketing and purchase intention. This means that emotional marketing has an indirect effect on purchase intention through brand trust and brand awareness. This study also proves that emotional marketing does not have a significant impact on purchase intention.
Salah satu dampak pandemi COVID-19 adalah pengurangan karyawan secara massif. Kondisi ini melahirkan budaya bercocok tanaam dan berkebuh dengan metode metode aquaponik yang ramah lingkungan didaerah RW 6 Bulaksari Kelurahan Wonokusumo. Berdasarkan survey dan diskusi dengan kelompok masyarakat, masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah aktivitas pengemasan produk hasil urban farming masih tergolong sederhana dan kurang menarik. Aktivitas rebranding dapat menjadi solusi alternatif untuk mengatasi masalah diatas, terutama masalah di RW 6 Bulaksari Kelurahan Wonokusumo mengenai pemanfaatan produk luaran dari lahan yang dari ukuran penjualan masih terbatas di sekitar daerah tersebut saja. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah rebranding produk UMKM di RW 6 Bulaksari agar nantinya dapat meningkatkan penjualan. Adanya upaya rebranding pada produk Keripik Pisang Bu Ida berupa perubahan kemasan dari kemasan plastik menjadi kemasan paper craft, pemberian logo dan nama brand produk yaitu PIKSANG dengan logo pada produk tersebut serta adanya kelengkapan informasi produk seperti komposisi bahan baku produk dan varian rasa produk dapat meningkatkan ketertarikan konsumen untuk membeli produk keripik pisang tersebut. Selain itu, adanya perubahan kemasan dari kemasan mika menjadi oxo-biodegradable serta pemberian logo dan nama brand pada kemasan baru produk Es Pisang Ijo Mbak Nina juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap ketertarikan konsumen untuk membeli minuman tersebut
Gyroplane is a personal aircraft technology that use autorotation mechanism to achieve lift. Because its main rotor always in autorotation state, gyroplane can glide easily from any height even with the engine being off. This make gyroplane offers inherent safety, simplicity of operation, and outstanding short field point-to-point capability. Because of this technology has been developed in many European country, and Indonesia archipelago landscape makes many area suffer lack of support in road infrastructure, this situation creates potential market for gyroplane technology adoption in Indonesia.PT Bayu Aircraft Indonesia is a start-up company that currently working in gyroplane technology development project. Ensuring the success from this project, it is essential to asses project feasibility to see whether or not this technology development project may bring benefit financially for the company and its stakeholder. From technical perspective, the initial cost necessary to run the project is IDR 2,188,270,000. In which this amount of money will be used to provide production facility, research cost, legal cost, pre-operation, etc. From economic perspective using capital budgeting it is estimated that the competitive selling price is IDR 549,752,788 with margin rate 35,45%. Using cashflow analysis, the project is feasible with IRR 81.93% which is more than MARR at 12%. NPV from this project is IDR 7,161,680,064 and Paypack Period in the second year. The feasibility boundary of this project are: Engine cost maximum rising at +28.44%, USD to IDR exchange rate maximum rising at +25.72%, sales maximum declining at -60.97%, and profit margin maximum declining at -21.62%.
