<p>Postmodern menyebabkan semua menjadi relatif. Termasuk dalam melakukan kebenaran Firman Tuhan dan teladan dalam membangun karakter pemuda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat implementasi bimbingan dan konseling yang digunakan Universitas Pelita Harapan dalam menunjang perkembangan karakter mahasiswa dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor hambatan yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaannya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah implementasi yang digunakan memprioritaskan nilai-nilai firman Tuhan. Target yang ingin dicapai adalah membentuk mahasiswa untuk memiliki karakter ilahi. Proses bimbingan dan konseling diberikan melalui: (1) Penasihat akademik; (2) Organisasi rohani <em>spiritual growth for student</em>; (3) Asrama; (4) Lembaga konseling HOPE. Proses bimbingan dan konseling dilaksanakan dalam bentuk: (1) Pendekatan peraturan lembaga; (2) Pemberian nasihat; (3) Pemuridan; (4) Sistem <em>learning by doing</em>; (5) Bimbingan kolaboratif lembaga; dan (6) <em>Support academic</em>. Faktor-faktor yang menjadi penghambat adalah: (1) Kompetensi SDM yang belum memadai; (2) Mahasiswa yang kurang berminat kepada program bimbingan dan konseling; dan (3) Mahasiswa yang belum dapat bersifat dewasa.<br /><br /><strong>Abstrac :</strong> Postmodern causes everything to be relative. Including in carrying out the truth of God's Word and example in building the character of youth. This study aims to look at the implementation of guidance and counseling used by Pelita Harapan University in supporting the development of student character and identify the obstacles that occur in its implementation. The result of this research is the implementation that is used to prioritize the values of God's word. The target to be achieved is to form students to have divine character. The process of guidance and counseling is provided through: (1) academic advisors; (2) spiritual organization spiritual growth for students; (3) Dormitory; (4) HOPE counseling agency. The guidance and counseling process is carried out in the form of: (1) Institutional regulatory approach; (2) Giving advice; (3) Discipleship; (4) learning by doing system; (5) Institutional collaborative guidance; and <br />(6) academic support. The inhibiting factors are: (1) inadequate HR competencies; (2) Students who are less interested in the guidance and counseling program; and (3) Students who have not been able to become adults</p>
Preaching the Good News is the duty of every believer of all ages as been mandated in the Bible. This Great Commission has to be carried out faithfully by followers of Jesus Christ. In this era of disruption, which is closely related to fundamental changes in all aspects of human life, the mandate is still relevant. In addition, the Gospel must deliver with sound content and a contextual approach. However, the reality on the ground is that there is no Christian spiritual content that can convey the gospel message positively for millennials. Therefore, this research seeks to examine evangelistic content that is relevant to the millennial generation. This research uses a case study method that can use as a global understanding. The study results show that the millennial generation is interested in Instagram as a content source, which YouTube and WhatsApp follow. However, this interest is not following by content relevant to the Millennials generation's language
Low economic income affects the stability of family resilience and reduces the quality of function of each member in the family. However, every low-income family shows the characteristics of good family resilience. This is because it was found that there was an impact of pastoral care carried out. For this reason, this study aims to find out the description of family resilience and the impact of the role of pastoral services carried out at GBI Efata New Creation, Central Jakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative field. The length of the research is from January to June 2022. The subject is the description and impact of pastoral care for family resilience, while the object is God's servants who carry out pastoral services and also the congregation who receive these services. It was found that there was congregational solidarity and an attitude of gotong royong. While the role of the church is visitation, online fellowship, prayer support, strengthening through God's word and also deacon assistance. So, the pastoral function, especially in the aspect of supporting, nurturing, and caring is carried out properly so that it has an impact on family resilience, especially in the aspect of spiritual, mental and psychic. AbstrakPendapatan ekonomi rendah mempengaruhi stabilitas ketahanan keluarga dan menurunkan kualitas fungsi masing-masing anggota dalam keluarga. Meski demikian setiap keluarga yang berpenghasilan rendah menunjukkan ciri-ciri ketahanan keluarga yang baik. Hal tersebut karena ditemukan adanya dampak pelayanan pastoral yang dilakukan. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan ingin mengetahui gambaran ketahanan keluarga dan dampak dari peran pelayanan pastoral yang dilaksanakan di GBI Efata New Creation Jakarta Pusat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif lapangan. Lama penelitian terhitung sejak bulan Januari sampai Juni 2022. Subjeknya adalah gambaran dan dampak pelayanan pastoral bagi ketahanan keluarga sedangkan objeknya adalah para pelayan Tuhan yang melaksanakan pelayanan pastoral dan juga jemaat yang mendapatkan pelayanan tersebut. Ditemukan adanya solidaritas jemaat dan sikap gotong royong. Sedangkan peran gereja adanya visitasi, persekutuan daring, dukungan doa, penguatan lewat firman Tuhan dan juga bantuan diakonia. Jadi, fungsi pastoral terutama dalam aspek menopang, memelihara, dan merawat dilaksanakan dengan baik sehingga berdampak pada ketahanan keluarga, terutama dalam aspek spiritual, mental dan psikis.

Beliau juga pernah menempuh pen-didikan studi program Magister di Inter-national Theological Seminary di Los Angeles, California, USA. Serta meraih gelar Sarjana Teologi di Institut Teologi dan Keguruan Indonesia (ITKI) sekarang ber-nama Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Bethel In-donesia.
