The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Strategic Planning, and Employee Engagement towards employee performance of PT. DSG Surya Mas Indonesia. The type of research is quantitative research using survey methods, samples, and questionnaires as the main tools of data collection. The location of the study was conducted at Cikande's Factory and Jakarta's Head Office of PT. DSG Surya Mas Indonesia, with a sample of 62 employees. The results of this study as follows: (1) Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a significant effect on the performance of employees. (2) Strategic Planning has a significant effect on the performance of employees. (3) Employee Engagement has a significant effect on the Performance of Employees. (4) Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Strategic Planning, and Employee Engagement simultaneously have a significant effect on the Performance of PT.DSG Surya Mas Indonesia's Employees. The large percentage of influence of the three independent variables can be proven by the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.934, this means that 93.4% of the employee's performance of PT. DSG Surya Mas Indonesia is affected by the variable Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Strategic Planning, and Employee Engagement, while the remaining 6.6% is affected by other variables which not included in this research model.
The Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) sector has proven resilient, when the economic crisis in 1998, only the SME sector survived the collapse of the economy, while the larger sector fell by the crisis. The Role of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) as an economic movement, its existence is the engine of growth for the growth and development of new entrepreneurs and the increasing performance of SMEs. However, SMEs still face obstacles in terms of technical expertise, competence, entrepreneurship and management as well. Furthermore, the problem faced is limited access to productive resources such as raw materials, capital, technology, market facilities and information. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial attitudes and market orientation on learning in improving business performance of SMEs themselves. This research model consists of three hypotheses with four variables namely entrepreneurial attitude, market orientation and organizational learning on business performance. The data used is 82 SMEs in Tangerang City using the Structural Equation Modeling analysis tool in the Smart PLS program. The results of data analysis prove that all proposed hypotheses can be accepted. So it can be concluded that business performance is influenced by three factors, both directly and indirectly, namely organizational orientation, market orientation and entrepreneurial attitudes.
The tourism sector is one important sector that can contribute to improving the regional economy. However, the implementation of product and tariff strategies that are not optimal can have an impact on the low sales value and profits, and in turn affect regional revenues. This study aims to analyze the effect of product strategy performance, tariff strategy and sales value on profits. Using a quantitative approach, the population in this study is 20 tourist destinations in DKI Jakarta Province. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires and interviews, while secondary data were obtained through documents and related literature. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate product strategy, tariff strategy, and sales value have a partial and simultaneous effect both on profit. The dominant variables in this study are (1) the application of the tariff strategy as a determinant of sales value and (2) the application of the product strategy as a determinant of profit.Sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor penting yang bisa berkontribusi bagi peningkatan perekonomian daerah. Namun demikian, penerapan strategi produk dan tarif yang tak maksimal dapat berdampak pada rendahnya nilai penjualan serta laba yang diperoleh, dan pada gilirannya memengaruhi penerimaan daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja strategi produk, strategi tarif dan nilai penjualan terhadap laba usaha. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 destinasi wisata di Propinsi DKI Jakarta. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan wawancara, sementara data sekunder diperoleh melalui dokumen dan literatur-literatur terkait. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah path analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan strategi produk, strategi tarif, dan nilai penjualan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap laba. Variabel dominan dalam penelitian ini ialah (1) penerapan strategi tarif sebagai determinan penjualan dan (2) penerapan strategi produk sebagai determinan laba.
The purpose of the research is to examine the influence of the leadership and HR ability to the service effectiveness of the land property rights at Agrarian Office of Tangerang City. The result of the research indicate that the leadership and HR ability are together have significant effect toward service effectiveness. The result also indicates that the leadership have more dominant and significant effect than HR ability towards the service effectiveness of the land property rights at Agrarian Office of Tangerang City.
