This article describes a new idea of implementing Good University Governance (GUG). As a development of the Good Corporate Governance model, especially for higher educational institutions, GUG must be implemented differently among universities, colleges, and academies. This research aims to answer the hypotheses of the implementation of GUG to carry out quality and accountable education management using descriptive analysis and prove that those are implemented differently in any type of private higher education using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The population of this study was all private higher education institutions covering universities, colleges, and academies in Jakarta, Indonesia, selected by using the purposive sampling method. Good University Governance is measured using five dimensions: transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness. Based on the questionnaires' results, Good University Governance has been well implemented in Universities, Colleges, and Academies. Our proposal allows for improvement in implementing GUG in the dimensions of Accountability, Responsibility, and Independence. Since there are differences in the application, those are more appropriate for universities with comprehensive management. Meanwhile, those are necessary to make simpler rules for colleges and academics, considering that the management span is not as complex as universities. The new method effectiveness evaluation is confirmed by ANOVA calculation that has significantly less than 5%. This differentiation of rules improves GUG implementation more accurately and can be used by policymakers to make different regulations for colleges and academies.

The results of this study indicate product strategy, tariff strategy, and sales value have a partial and simultaneous effect both on profit. The dominant variables in this study are (1) the application of the tariff strategy as a determinant of sales value and (2) the application of the product strategy as a determinant of profit.
Indonesian National Institute of Aeronautics and Space (LAPAN) as a space ecosystem runner government institution of the space agency in Indonesia is mandated by Indonesia space law of 2013 to carry out remote sensing activities that are not only strategic nationally in nature but also charged being benefits economically. This study investigated the intangible economic benefits of remote sensing activities in Indonesia. This research explored qualitatively the advantage of the use of remote sensing information by users obtained from the results of questionnaires and in-depth interviews. The conceptual framework of intangible benefit is based on the information system success model by the De-Lone and McLean Information Value model. The results showed that the quality of remote sensing was good. This can be seen from most responses of user respondents on the Perceived System Quality and Information Quality indicators giving a good rating. The response of the user respondents caused a sense of satisfaction and also caused the use of the system to be more intense. These had a good impact on the performance of respondents, both individually and organizationally. Strengthened by in-depth interviews showed that economically provide benefits with an average of 64% increasing in the efficiency of the performance by Agriculture and Palm Oil sectors. In short, space agency in Indonesia is proven to provide intangible economic benefits on remote sensing activities.

The object research was employees of the Regional Forestry Service work units of Central Sulawesi Province. The results proved that the job satisfaction was a very important factor in mediating (full mediating variables) the variables of career development, competence, and compensation in improving employee performance, which is indicated by a positive and significant effect. Furthermore, it was proven that the biggest contribution affecting employee performance was the variable job satisfaction, with career development contributes to the highest influence on job satisfaction, followed by competence, and compensation. This study aims to analyze economic exposures and its factors namely exchange rates and inflation, that influence firm value as reflected through firm cash flow. Analytical method used Ordinary Least Square and eviews as analytical tool. This study used secondary data and cigarette industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as samples along 2008 to 2017. Samples choosing method used purposive sampling based on determined criterias. The results showed that partially economic exposure had positive effects on firm value but insignificant. These could be seen from the economic exposure factors influncenced namely exchange rates and inflations. The exchange rate risk has low influenced cash flow was caused of the tobacco industry has low level of export/import.Enhance,inflation also had low effect on cash flow was caused of the tendency of cigarette consumers will continue to buy cigarettes even though its price increases. In short, economic exposure in the tobacco industry has low influence toward firms value. Hence, simultaneously changes in exchange rates and inflation which are economic exposure indicators have a significant effect on cash flows. Keywords: Economic Exposure, Exchange Rate Risk, Inflation Risk, Firms Value, Cash Flow
