Kultura ishrane u Srbiji, gastronomija-tradicionalna jela i načini njihove pripreme (tradicionalne tehnologije), kao deo nematerijalnog kulturnog nasleđa, karakterišu se brojnim specifičnostima. Te specifičnosti i raznolikosti postoje zahvaljujući multietničnosti stanovništva Srbije, kao i njenoj burnoj istoriji, što doprinosi kreiranju veoma živopisne kulturne slike kao dela turističke ponude. Gastronomski specijaliteti iz različitih krajeva naše zemlje najčešće se prezentuju kroz gastronomske manifestacije. Zvaničan broj manifestacija ove vrste, prema podacima Turističke organizacije Srbije je 73, iako je taj broj u stvarnosti, verovatno veći. U broju organizovanih gastronomskih manifestacija prednjači region Vojvodine. Budući da su gastronomske manifestacije zapravo spoj tradicije i savremenih trendova, one imaju potencijal da budu jedinstvena i atraktivna turistička ponuda jedne destinacije. U ovom radu analizirane su gastronomske manifestacije kao deo kulturnog nasleđa Srbije. U radu je ukazano na broj gastronomskih manifestacija, njihovu teritorijalnu raspodelu kao i na mogućnosti za razvoj kulturnog turizma uz oslanjanje na nematerijalni deo kulturnog nasleđa Srbije, hranu, gastronomiju i gastronomske manifestacije.
The aim of this study was to illustrate the importance of major sports events, such as marathons, and their economic impact on hotel performance during these unpredictable times for the events and tourism industry. The analysis was focused on the economic impact of the marathon event on hotel performance in the area hosting the race. For that purpose, we selected the Vienna City Marathon, held yearly in April, as a case. We hypothesized that there will be a higher impact of hotel performance a day prior to the marathon in regard to the hotel performance in multiple nonmarathon occasions. As indicators for hotel performance we have chosen hotel occupancy, revenue per available room, average daily rate and total revenue recorded for: day (always Saturday) prior to the marathon, year average, April average and average Saturday in April. Results from this study revealed significant effects of a marathon on three major hotel performance indicators (i.e., hotel occupancy, revenue per available room and total revenue). Findings from this study could serve the local government or event planners after the current crisis to justify financial investments in hosting a marathon or similar sports events for restarting tourism.
Друштвени медији представљају неизоставни део модерног друштва и веома значајан облик социјалне интеракције. Друштвене мреже, као важан део дигиталних медија, одликује једноставно учешће корисника и бројност садржаја које они генеришу. Због значаја друштвених мрежа у промоцији услуга, посебно у туризму, предмет анализе у овом раду су могућности промоције српских манастира на Facebook-u као једној од најзаступљенијих глобалних друштвених мрежа. Анализирали смо Facebook странице десет манастира и утврдили да постоје значајне разлике у ажурности, структури садржаја који се постављају и активности самих корисника, односно пратилаца посматраних Facebook страница.
Abstract:In the market economy, corporate finances are certainly one of the key resources which are limited. The fact that financial resources are limited influences the limitations of a number of operations (acquisition, promotion, and distribution, sales) since there is no department that has no contact with the financial operations. Therefore, the proper allocation of financial assets occupies a very important place in modern business. A final decision on how the company should allocate its funds should be based on good assessment, which should rely on the previously performed analysis. One of the most common and most used methods of financial analysis is the financial statements analysis and ratio analysis. By bringing certain items from financial statements in mutual connection, via simple mathematical formula, it is possible to determine an overall performance of the company, measured through finance. The decision on whether a company should invest into franchise arrangements and management contracts with large international hotel corporations is one of the key dilemmas for the hotel owners. The franchise agreements and management contracts are the most common way of spreading large corporate hotel systems. In addition to the benefits it entails, this type of contract requires large financial investments. Justification of these investments may be the subject to the financial analysis. This paper demonstrates the comparative analysis of financial results between the four city hotels, two of which operate within international corporate hotel chains, while the other two operate independently of corporation standards. The analysis was conducted on a growing market by the number of international arrivals (Belgrade, Serbia). Moreover, this market recorded a noticeable growth of hotel companies operating under the franchise agreement or management contract. The research results are presented under the section Results and Discussion, while the conclusions and recommendations of authors are presented in the summary section.
Sve je veći broj broj muzeja i kulturnih atrakcija koje koriste digitalne tehnologije kao platformu za pružanje informacija o lokalitetima i kulturnoj baštini. Prvi kontakt savremenog posetioca sa kulturnom baštinom je upravo preko interneta. Aplikacije kao što su sistemi mobilnih vodiča, planeri za putovanje, internet portali i 3D aplikacije podržavaju iskustvo potrošača prlikom posete. Pored toga, mobilne i 3D aplikacije omogućavaju da korisnici lakše razumeju složene kulturne fenomene kroz učenje koje ima zabavni karakter. U radu se istražuje povezanost procesa digitalizacije kulturnog nasleđa i očuvanja autentičnosti. Autentičnost digitalnog nasleđa odnosi se na pouzdanost zapisa i kvalitet sadržaja koji bi trebalo da ga predstavlja. Digitalne tehnologije mogu uticati na kvalitet prenosa informacija i iz tog razloga pristupilo se kvalitativnom istraživanju putem intervjua sa stručnjacima u vezi autentičnosti objekata kulture s obzirom na sprovedenu digitalizaciju. Rezultati istraživanja su pokazali da se autentičnost kulturnog nasleđa u procesu digitalizacije smatra izuzetno važnom s tačke gledišta kustosa muzeja koji su učestvovali u istraživanju.
