Library is going to forward with the development of information technology nowadays, contains Artificial intelligence (AI), 5G in the future, big data, cloudy technology, etc. that are applied in library, a point of view that this is smart library. However, high technology is not able to delegate smart library. In this article, I propose my opinion about smart library from more overall situation, discuss the goal of smart library construction, smart services contain items, analyze the route of realizing smart services, clarify the relationships between services and devices, reader and big data, expound the data center which is the head of a smart library. Proposing the route of construct smart library, in a sense smart library will lead innovative studies.
Poverty eradication is one of the three major battles in our country at the present stage and is a common subject for world development. It is the key to study the dynamic evolution model from poverty, poverty alleviation to wealth. This paper analyzes the causes of poverty from macro to micro, from the regional breadth, and extracts ten factors of poverty. Combined with the dynamic evolution model, this paper puts forward that "root" culture is the key to prevent the return to poverty and realize the stable eradication of poverty, and puts forward the strategy of cultivating the "root" culture of the poor people in the university library, which is of great significance for the realization of stable poverty alleviation in our country.
This paper presents and demonstrates how to optimize library learning place, not only realize the maximum use library sources, but also convenient for students study in library. However, the actual is many Chinese university libraries lack of learning places or sits, it causes lots of students enter library cannot find a sit to learning. Thus, we address a thought that students can date the library learning place via their mobile phone at anytime and anywhere, at the same time the library response date results and show it on electronic panel, revised the shortcoming in service date system.
The output power and voltage of solar photovoltaic power generation are easily affected by climate and load changes, so it is necessary to use DC-DC converter at its output to provide stable output voltage. DC-DC converter is a time-varying nonlinear system. When the output load of the converter varies widely, the output waveform distortion and dynamic response speed of the DC-DC converter will slow down. The essence of sliding mode control is a kind of switch control method, and the DC-DC converter needs the switch of switch tube to realize voltage regulation. In this paper, a sliding mode adaptive control strategy based on orthogonal polynomial function approximation is proposed, and Laguerre polynomial is selected as the basis function of DC-DC transformation system. The output voltage error and its first derivative of the system are taken as the input of the network, and the output of the network is taken as the approximation term of the system uncertainty, and the network weight is updated according to the adaptive law. Through simulation and comparison, the adaptive controller designed in this paper is superior to the ordinary sliding mode controller in reducing chattering, adaptive load change and reducing the influence of system interference.
