Financial management in government agencies is very important as it has a "specific" concept of performance, namely responsibility, synergy, transparency and innovation. The financial information system is one of the tools used to record various information system transactions that affect the operation and management of business support activity. The financial management process in the work unit of the Class I, Non-TPI Immigration Office in Karawang can be considered less effective and efficient as it goes through multiple stages with different applications, which underlie changes in the use of financial information. This article is to explain the implementation of changes in the financial information system in the Immigration Service Class I No TPI Karawang The method of writing this article is to combine descriptive qualitative research methods with observations, use of survey techniques, analysis, interpretation of data. and triangle. The results obtained are (1) Changes in the application system in the work unit of the Immigration Office Class 1 Non TPI Karawang generally facilitate tasks and work for users. (2) Comparing time effectiveness is not very important, but using an application to be able to perform different types of financial operations can minimize the occurrence of errors or non-response on a PC during the recording work. (3) The effectiveness of the work summary occurs in the reconciliation phase, where with the latest system the E-Recon reconciliation process between the work units and the PCPN is automated (it is not necessary to use CDA (Computer Data Archive). ) of ABAS (Accrual Based Accounting System) in E-Commerce.econ). (4) The SAKTI application can replace the 6 previous applications used in the Karawang Class 1 Immigration Office. (5) Changes in the financial information system do not reduce the existing existing tasks and functions as financial documents.
This observation activity was carried out at PT.Bersama Cipta Mandiri Karawang which is a company engaged in the food sector, this observation was carried out with the aim of knowing the factors that influence employee job satisfaction at PT.Bersama Cipta Mandiri. The method used is descriptive observation by means of interviews and taking pictures. The population of this research is all employees of PT. Together with Cipta Mandiri, totaling 10 people. the method used is by way of direct interviews. The result of this observation is that the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction and comfort at PT. Together with Cipta Mandiri Karawang by 70%, and work factors have no significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Together with Cipta Mandiri Karawang with a significant level of 30%.
Peranan wanita khususnya ibu rumah tangga di era digital tidak lagi sebagai penonton di dunia bisnis, namun turut berperan dalam memberikan pendapatan bagi keluarga. Tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah memperoleh gambaran strategi bisnis ibu rumah tangga di Kabupaten Karawang yang termasuk dalam komunitas womanpreneur di Era Digital. Batasan penelitian menggunakan teori strategi bersaing dari Michael Porter. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Informan dalam peneltian terdiri dari tiga pengusaha wanita yang menekuni bisnisnya paling sedikit selama dua tahun kebelakang dan berdomisili di Kabupaten Karawang. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa wanita memiliki peran penting dalam menungkatkan pendapatan keluarga melalui bisnis yang ditekuni. Disamping itu peran digitalisasi semakin memudahkan para pengusaha wanita dalam melakukan pemasaran dalam bisnis. The role of women, especially housewives in the digital era, is no longer as spectators in the business world, but also plays a role in providing income for the family. The specific objective of this study is to obtain an overview of the business strategies of housewives in Karawang Regency’s who are included in the womanpreneur community in the Digital Age. Limitation of research using competitive strategy theory from Michael Porter. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research. The informants in the study consisted of three women entrepreneurs who had been in business for at least the past two years and were domiciled in Karawang Regency. The results in this study indicate that women have an important role in increasing family income through the business they are engaged in. Besides that, the role of digitization makes it easier for women entrepreneurs to do marketing in business.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja pada karyawan imigrasi kelas I Non TPI Karwang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuesioner dan skala pengumpulan data dengan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan Imigrasi Kelas I Non TPI Karawang yang berjumlah 40 orang karyawan, sampel yang didapatkan sebesar 37 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM dengan alat analisis PLS versi 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan hubungan negatif, stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.
