Introduction: Extraordinary policies have been launched by the government to reduce Maternal Mortality Rate/ Infant Mortality Rate (MMR/IMR) , however this has not been comparable with the expected results. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Katoga's multi-level education on the competence of cadres, public figure, and families in preventing, detecting early and handling emergency pregnancy to reduce MMR/IMR. Methods: This research study used action research with stratified respondents, 10 health cadres who will provide training to 30 community leader respondents and subsequently public figure will provide training to 60 selected families with simple random sampling. The independent variable was multi-level education and the dependent variable was competence in early detection of emergencies in pregnancy. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed by t-test. Results: The results showed that the increasing of the competence in preventing, early detecting and handling emergency pregnancy after receiving multilevel education training in health cadres from the previous value of 70 to 93; in community leaders from 61.1 to 80.5 and in families from 58.0 to 78.9. There was a significant increase in competency with multi-level education training in increasing competency in a larger population with a cadre pValue of 0.003; community leaders 0,000 and families 0,000. Conclusions: Community empowerment in the health sector through multi-level education can spread knowledge in preventing, detecting high-risk pregnancies early and managing maternal emergencies so as to facilitate the task of health nurses to obtain information about pregnant women detected as high-risk populations.
Dengue fever is a disease in humans caused by a virus that infects an estimated 50 million people in the tropics and sub-tropics every year. Aedes aegypti is the main vector of the disease that has a high adaptability to cans in breeding. Various attempts have been made to reduce the incidence of this disease, including PSN (mosquito nest elimination), fumigation, and abatisasi but in fact until now the incidence of dengue fever is still quite high. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship of knowledge and attitude with motivation of Jumanior to elimination nest mosquito in SD NU and Nurul Islam Pare. This research method using correlational design with cross sectional study. The sample in this study is Jumanior (elementary school students as larva monitoring juniors) of 40 people obtained by purposive sampling. The dependent variable are the knowledge and attitudes, independent variable is Jumanior’s motivation measured in the implementation of PSN by questionnaire. Data analized with a statistical test Chi Square. The results showed relationship between the level of knowledge and motivation with strong relationships and a positive direction (cc= 0.733 and p-value = 0.002) and relationship between attitude and motivation with the power relationships in a strong category, positive direction, (cc = 0.724 and p value = 0.014). Jumanior with good knowledge about the prevention of dengue fever will affect the attitude which will lead to Jumanior in implementing PSN. PSN should be included in the material in UKS or extracurricular engaged in the health sector, so that it can be a medium of information for students who play an important role in this regard as change agent in the home environment and health to maintain a healthy school environment.
The knowledge of biology teachers for gathering the technology in learning is still lacking although supported by existing means. It is necessary first the data about the basic ability of teachers about framework TPACK by maximizing of using available technology that have been owned each schools. This study describes the knowledge of all biology teachers High School in Palu city for gathering framework TPACK. The method study was descriptive exploratory. Population of the study was all biology teachers of state high school in Palu city as many as 30 people, so the study were not used sampling. Data collecting by using questionnaire that afterwards analyzed by percentage with Likert Scale. In this research analyze 8 items that is TK (Technology Knowledge), CK (Content Knowledge), PK (Pedagogical Knowledge), PCK (Pedagogical Content Knowledge), TCK (Technological Content Knowledge, TPK (Technological Pedagogical Knowledge) and TPACK (Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge). The results of analysis obtained 77.54%, it means knowledge of biology teachers in gathering TPACK frame-teaching in high school in Palu city in good category.
Burns are one type of wound caused by extreme temperatures or heat that occurs in human activities. Good or bad first aid for burns is greatly influenced by each person. is to analyze the factors that most influence the community's ability to perform first aid for burns in Campur Village, Gondang District, Nganjuk Regency. The research design in this study was logistic regression. The sample size of 40 respondents was selected by purposive sampling, the data were analyzed using logistic regression tests. The results of the logistic regression test showed that the educational factor resulted in a p-value of 0.000 with an OR of 0.192 and a 95% CI of 0.14 – 2.622, which means that education is the factor that most influences the ability of first aid in the management of burns. A person's level of education can affect the process of learning. A person who has a high level of education has more knowledge. The level of education can affect a person's ability to perform first aid for burns. Through education, a person will get more knowledge. A person's educational level relates to the person's ability to understand the information received.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis-jenis tindak tutur ekspresif dalam dialog film Rentang Kisah karya Gita Savitri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini yaitu tuturan dialog pada film Rentang Kisah karya Gita Savitri. Sumber data pada penelitian ini yaitu film Rentang Kisah karya Gita Savitri yang di tulis dan disutradarai oleh Danial Rifki dan mulai rilis pada tanggal 11 September 2020 di aplikasi Disney+ Hotstar dengan durasi 1 jam 38 menit, serta versi Extanded yang rilis tanggal 12 Mei 2021 dengan durasi 1 jam 58 menit. Hasil tuturan ekspresif pada film Rentang Kisah terdapat 65 data yaitu meliputi tindak tutur ekspresif meminta maaf terdapat 25 data, tindak tutur ekspresif mengucapkan selamat terdapat 2 data, tindak tutur ekspresif meminta maaf terdapat 10 data, tindak tutur ekspresif belasungkawa terdapat 1 data, tindak tutur ekspresif mengeluh terdapat 19 data, tindak tutur ekspresif mengkritik terdapat 5 data, dan tindak tutur ekspresif memuji terdapat 3 data.
