Integrated learning materials was developed, consisting of syllabus revision eddition, One Semester Plan, module, student work sheet, and student performance appraisal sheet for Physics Teaching Skills course. The subject matter have been developed are the skills to ask and skill explain. This research product has been validated by colleagues in Physics Education program of Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences of Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Friends of colleagues agreed to use this research product in lectures on teaching skills. The student's response to teaching materials was measured using a questionnaire consisting of 14 number of statement, the average score of the students' assessment of 88.86 teaching materials means the student's response to the excellent teaching materials. This teaching material trains the science process skills of physics education students and also provides experience to the students to independently assess performance. The results of the product test on the students gave excellent results, where the average score of student performance for questioning skills was very good 85.3; While the average student performance score for the skills explained 87.9 it's same category. The results of the experiment proved that the integrated teaching materials development outcomes are worthy of use in the course of Physic Teaching Skills.Keywords: integration learning materials, science process skills, physic teaching skills. AbstrakTelah dikembangkan bahan ajar terintegrasi, yang terdiri dari revisi silabus, Rencana Perkuliahan Satu Semester (RPS), modul, lembar kegiatan mahasiswa, dan lembar penilaian kinerja mahasiswa untuk mata kuliah Keterampilan Mengajar Fisika. Bahan ajar terintegrasi yang telah dikembangkan, untuk keterampilan bertanya dan keterampilan menjelaskan. Produk penelitian ini sudah divalidasi oleh teman sejawat pada program Studi Pendidikan Fisika FMIPA Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Teman sejawat sepakat untuk menggunakan produk penelitian ini dalam perkuliahan Keterampilan Mengajar. Respon mahasiswa terhadap bahan ajar diukur menggunakan angket yang terdiri dari 14 butir, rata-rata skor penilaian mahasiswa terhadap bahan ajar 88,86 artinya respon mahasiswa terhadap bahan ajar sangat baik. Bahan ajar ini melatih keterampilan proses sains mahasiswa pendidikan fisika dan juga memberikan pengalaman kepada mahasiswa untuk menilai kinerja secara mandiri Hasil ujicoba produk terhadap mahasiswa memberikan hasil sangat baik, dengan nilai rata-rata kinerja mahasiswa untuk keterampilan bertanya 85,3 sangat baik; sedangkan rata-rata nilai kinerja mahasiswa untuk keterampilan menjelaskan 87,9 juga sangat baik. Perubahan seks primer pada remaja ditandai dengan haid (menarche) yang pertama dan akan diikuti oleh perubahan seks sekunder. Pada saat haid pembuluh darah dalam rahim akan mudah terinfeksi dan kuman akan mudah masuk, sehingga dibutuhkan kesehatan reproduksi dengan cara menjaga perilaku personal hygiene saat menstruasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan sumber informasi terhadap perilaku personal hygiene saat mensturasi remaja putri SMP N 1 Gamping Sleman Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif non eksperimental, tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 62 responden, data diambil menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat menggunakan Chi Square. Sumber informasi yang didapatkan responden dari berbagai macam sumber antara lain, dari orang tua 69,4%, guru 43,5%, media masa 46,8%, saudara perempuan 27,4%, teman sebaya 22,6% dan dari tenaga kesehatan 79%. Perilaku personal hygiene saat menstruasi dalam kategori positif 62,9%. Nilai p-value untuk sumber informasi dari orangtua terhadap perilaku personal hygiene saat menstruasi adalah 0,000, guru 0,001, media masa 0,000, saudara 0,000, teman sebaya 0,007 dan tenaga kesehatan 0,000<0,05. Terdapat hubungan antara berbagai sumber informasi terhadap perilaku personal hygiene saat menstruasi remaja putri SMP N 1 Gamping Sleman Yogyakarta.
Introduction: The prevalence of end stage renal disease (ESRD) in Indonesia is increasing over the last decade. Most cases highest risk factor are Diabetes Mellitus (DM) and hypertension. Other factors such as lifestyle and environment; both play important role in the development of ESRD. Thus, this study aimed to assess the characteristic of patient with ESRD.Methods: This was a descriptive study acquired by interviewing 126 patients with ESRD who have been undergoing continuous hemodialysis in dialysis unit of Dr. Soetomo General Hospital Surabaya for at least 3 months using questionnaire about history of disease, smoking habit, sex, and ethnic group. All data was analyzed using frequency distribution and percentage.Results: Form 126 patients, consist of 61 male patients (48.4%) and 65 female (51.6%). 45 patients (35.7%) have the history of DM; 98 patients (77.0%) of hypertension; 35 patients (27.8%) of hypertension and DM; and 19 patients (15.1%) have none of them. Later age adult (36-45 years old) has the largest group proportion (34.13%). There are 36 patients (28%) who are smokers. 108 patients (85.7%) are Javanese.Conclusion: Most of the patients have hypertension as the risk factor and in later age group adult. Characteristics of patient with ESRD is caused by multifactorial factors. Therefore, patient with high risk factor should be aware and do preventive steps in progressiveness of the disease.
Several factors can affect the amount of investment credit issued by the bank. This study discusses the effect of interest rates, inflation rates, capita income, and the number of medium-large industries on the number of investment loans, using the method of linear regression analysis. The independent variables examined to determine the influence of each and all the independent variables on the number of investment loans in commercial banks, namely interest rates, inflation rates, capita income, and the number of medium-large industries using the parameter estimation method, OLS (Ordinary Least Square).
