Peningkatan aktivitas miometrium pada saat proses persalinan secara bermakna akan menyebabkan kontraksi menjadi teratur dan menimbulkan rasa nyeri. Dalam menghadapi rasa nyeri, sensasi rasa nyeri masing-masing ibu inpartu berbeda-beda. Sensasi nyeri yang meyertai kontraksi uterus mempengaruhi mekanisme fisiologis sejumlah sistem tubuh yang selalu menyebabkan respon tubuh secara umum dan menyeluruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektifitas kompres hangat terhadap sensasi rasa nyeri pada kalai I fase aktif ibu primigravida. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasy eksperimental yaitu rancangan yang berupaya untuk mengungkapkan hubungan sebab akibat dengan cara melibatkan kelompok kontrol di samping kelompok eksperimental. Populasi penelitian ini adalah ibu primigravida kala I fase aktif Polindes Desa Keleyan mulai bulan 15 Juli – 31 Agustus 2017 sebanyak 26 orang. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 24 orang, dimana 12 orang sebagai kelompok kontrol dan 12 orang sebagai kelompok eksperimen. Adapun Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling. Variable dalam penelitian ini adalah sensasi rasa nyeri dan kompres hangat. Bahan dan instrumen yang digunakan adalah ceklist dan lembar observasi. Analisis menggunakan Paired T – Test. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil kompres hangat efektif dalam penurunan sensasi rasa nyeri pada kala I fase aktif ibu primigravida. Diharapkan dalam penelitian ini petugas kesehatan khususnya Bidan mampu meggunakan kompres hangat sebagai upaya menejemen nyeri persalinan kala I fase aktif pada ibu inpartu, memprogramkan pemberian kompres hangat dalam menejemen nyeri persalinan sebagai bentuk asuhan sayang ibu, dan dalam mengadaptasi sensasi nyeri persalinan kala I fase aktif yakni penyuluhan tentang menejemen nyeri dengan metode non farmakologi kompres hangat.
Orphanages are places of care for children and babies who are handed over due to parents who are experiencing economic difficulties or even without parents. The Permata Hati Child and Infant Care Foundation (YPAB) is one of the orphanages that care for children and babies who need protection and education in the city of Surakarta. During the Covid-19 pandemic, health services for children and infants at YPAB Permata Hati rarely received visits and checks. The purpose of this community service is to help provide health services for children and infants at YPAB Permata Hati Surakarta City in monitoring growth and development as well as nutritional status. The implementation method used is in the form of examining children's growth and development and nutritional status, counseling on Clean and Healthy Behavior, as well as counseling on how to brush their teeth properly. The results of examinations on the nutritional status and development of children and infants at YPAB Permata Hati, Surakarta, found that 30% were underweight and 1 person was suspected of developing Denver II (head circumference including micro). Menstrual pain sometimes makes women unable to move normally so that quality deteriorates in their daily lives. Complaints that appear vary in intensity and are different for each person. Some women only feel mild pain, but others feel very severe pain, stomach like squeezing, vomiting, discomfort in the stomach, pain in the breast, even fever and headaches. The design of this study was cross-sectional. The population used in this study were all middle school and vocational high school students who experienced dysmenorrhea every time menstruation in the last 2 months period as many as 190 students and a sample of 130 female students. Sampling used was a simple random technique, namely the determination of samples taken randomly. The dependent variable was dysmenorrhea pain levels, while the independent variable were anxiety, activity, age, and nutritional status. The instrument used was a questionnaire and checklist. The analysis technique used was the multiple linear regression test. From the results of the study, there was a strong influence of anxiety, age, and nutritional status on the dysmenorrhea pain levels.
