The level of transforming growth factor-beta 1 in children with diabetes mellitus was examined. This level was increased in dependence of the disease duration and had a direct relationship with the insulin-therapy. The revealed changes can develop against the background of morpho-functional nephropathies.
The state of the neuroendocrine regulation of heart rate in children with bronchial asthma and recurrent bronchitis was analysed. It was shown that the hyperleptinemia against the hypoinsulinemia were inherent in children with this conditions. It contributed to activation of the sympathetic nervous system against the depression of adrenal compensatory abilities.
