A comprehensive analysis of the state of a specially protected natural area disturbed by the disposal of waste — alcohol stillage is presented. The choice of a method for restoring the disturbed territory is presented and a technology for carrying out reclamation work has been developed, including the treatment of alcohol stillage waste, is developed.
The results presented in this article are an attempt to develop a methodology for predicting productivity and determining the contour of the object of the I category of negative impact on the environment. Using an empirically derived set of methods of analysis, a study of the state of oil and gas fields in the Samara region of different terms and stages of the life cycle of operation, productivity, etc. was carried out. The methodology is based on the evaluation of fields as a part of the license area for the purpose of further decision-making on the system of measures in the field of waste management, development of programs for improving environmental efficiency, taking into account the development of the fields. The basic principle of the developed methodology implies a comprehensive analysis of the balance schemes of material flows of technological cycles of raw materials and energy, as well as the formed types of chemical compounds in the composition of emissions, effluents and wastes. Application of multi-parameter method of assessment will allow not only to identify additional volumes of uncontrolled impact and to implement preventive measures, but also to maintain communication between the participants of the process of environmental management: public authorities, public, production.
The features of maintaining large-capacity waste from oil and gas fields that are suitable for recycling into secondary products are considered. A step-by-step system for selecting and justifying a waste is proposed taking into account the development of the deposit, its natural and manmade features, as well as the selected stages of operation. Pieces of technological schemes of waste preparation are given, as well as the design of the waste preparation complex for disposal constructed at one of the largest oil fields of the Samara region.
The development of the municipal sector leads to the emergence of a wide range of waste. In such conditions, an important place is occupied by the problems of environmental safety and sustainable development. The article contains a multivariate analysis of the relationship between various social aspects and the process of utilization of municipal solid waste (MSW). The influence of economic, cultural, legislative and environmental factors on these relations has been presented. Methods of utilization of MSW in the countries of the European Union (EU) have been studied. As a result, a significant amount of information on solving the MSW problem in the EU countries has been revealed. Also groups of indicators have been identified and presented, which provide a comprehensive assessment of the state of the MSW management sector. It is concluded that the main hierarchy of MSW management methods is determined by the principles of sustainable development. The waste management system implies an integrated system of various aspects, namely social, economic, regulatory, managerial and technical. A promising area is the use of chemometric analysis for the development and interpretation of selected development scenarios for the MSW management sector.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
