The founder of the science of protecting materials from corrosion, aging and bio-damage in Soviet Russia is Georgy Vladimirovich Akimov, who created the infrastructure for climate testing of materials and products. Currently, his students and followers have discovered new directions for the development of climatic and microbiological tests – these are studies of the preservation of the properties of materials in complex technical systems under the influence of climatic factors, mold fungi, bacteria and operational loads using the most modern methods at the sites of the created network of climate test stations, as well as using modern regulatory documentation.

Авторами данной статьи проанализированы основные образовательные программы по подготовке бакалавров. В качестве одного из методических средств формирования профессиональной компетенции обучающихся в системе высшего профессионального образования рассмотрен компетентностный подход. Авторы уверены, что при профессиональной подготовке студентов предполагается взаимодействие всех основных составляющих данного подхода, которые соединены друг с другом междисциплинарными связями, как по учебной дисциплине, так и во всем учебном плане. Также авторами были определены требования, которые при компетентностном подходе позволяют внедрить междисциплинарную интеграцию в учебный процесс. Для реализации компетентностного подхода установлены педагогические условия: построение последовательности дисциплин в учебном процессе; достижение непрерывности и преемственности в формировании базовых понятий; рассмотрение учебного плана ООП ВПО и ОПОП ВО в соответствии с матрицей компетенций в зависимости от вуза, профиля кафедры, квалифицированности профессорско-преподавательского состава, разработчиков образовательной программы, содержания и выбора дисциплин и иного; междисциплинарная компетентность преподавателей; научные семинары по междисциплинарным связям и иное; методы математического моделирования как методологическая основа общепрофессиональных дисциплин и как метод научного познания мира; применение методов математического моделирования, современных образовательных технологий, пакетов прикладных программ, обеспечивающих целостность достижения практико-ориентированных задач, связанных с количественным и качественным анализом. The authors of this article analyzed the main educational programs for the preparation of bachelors. One of the methodological means of formation of professional competence of students in the system of higher professional education is considered competence approach. The authors believe that the professional training of students involves the interaction of all its main components, which are connected with each other by interdisciplinary connections, both in the academic discipline and throughout the curriculum. Also, the authors have identified the requirements that with a competency-based approach allow to introduce interdisciplinary integration into the educational process. The article discusses the changes of motivation and mental States, people on probation and parole in the age of from 18 up to 35 years, whose main reason for conviction – robbery, robbery, use of psychoactive substances. The selected audience is predominantly men. Describes a psychological study of the personalities of probation and parole citizens on the basis of the tests: CHOICE lusher, a Test questionnaire G. Shmishek and K. Leongard (a technique of accentuation of character and temperament), Neurotic personality traits (NL) modification of L. I. Wasserman, B. V. Iovlev. The concept of development criminally-executive system of the Russian Federation until 2020 provides for the further development of alternatives to imprisonment. It is expected therefore making the activity of criminal-Executive inspection (UII) social focus, providing for the re-socialization of convicts in close cooperation with civil society institutions. Most urgently today is the question of socio-psychological and educational work with convicts. The involvement of the public, rehabilitation centers and other organizations in the process of social adaptation and rehabilitation of convicted persons is in the spirit of the time and demand of the main provisions of the concept of development UIS the Russian Federation until 2020.
