Today views on the system of evaluation of universal learning activities level are considered in this paper. Several classifi cations of criteria related to regulatory universal learning activities evaluation have been identified. Psychological and pedagogical approaches to regulatory processes definition have been considered. The authors have provided a detailed description related to mechanisms of evaluation of regulatory universal learning activities’ formation level. Within the frame of the fi rst approach have been proposed specific examples of some psychological methods for evaluation the regulatory universal learning activities’ formation level. Within the frame of the second approach, the authors have examined various types of regulatory ULA evaluation process organization: during the execution of educational and practical tasks by means of academic subjects, during the performance of complex tasks on interdisciplinary basis, in the course of individual oral interview.
