Проблема и цель. Статья посвящена проблеме развития свойств и качеств, характеризующих лингвокультурную личность будущего педагога. Исследование направлено на определение личностных качеств, характеризующих способности осуществлять иноязычную коммуникацию и образовательную деятельность с учётом культурных особенностей среды и собеседников (обучающихся). Методология. Методология исследования основана на теоретическом анализе результатов научных работ, посвящённых изучению образовательной среды, её влиянию на личностное развитие будущего педагога. Для выделения главных особенностей разработанной образовательной технологии использованы методы сравнительно-сопоставительного анализа литературных источников и нормативных документов, наблюдения образовательного процесса по иноязычной профессиональной подготовке будущих педагогов. Результаты. Востребованность лингвокультурной личности в поликультурном социуме обусловливает её рассмотрение в качестве объекта и субъекта образовательного процесса вуза. При этом важным является положение о сохранении лингвокультурной личностью своей этнической и национальной идентичности. Выявлена сущность лингвокультурной личности будущего педагога; охарактеризовано её содержание с позиций объекта и субъекта образовательного процесса; определены проявления сформированных качеств и способностей лингвокультурной личности будущего педагога в иноязычной межкультурной коммуникации и профессиональной деятельности. The purposes of educational activities at Russian universities include development of the students national self-identity and influence on their personal civic citizenship. Being involved in the educational activities at a Russian university, a person is under the influence of multicultural environment. The language-and-culture personalities can be represented with both the qualities, which are typical for bearers of the host national culture, and the features that are typical for bearers of foreign cultures. The mentioned facts have led to the scientific theme with the following problem: what are the features which a person as a bearer of their host national culture possesses, and what are the directions of the foreign-language teaching of students in the multicultural environment, created for development of the personal national self-identity? The following groups of research methods have been applied: theoretical methods (analysis and synthesis, systematization) and empirical ones (questionnaire, generalization of experience). Based on the analysis of theoretical studies we have determined the features of multicultural educational environment, influencing the language-and-culture personalities at a university, the students civic citizenship and the qualities, which are typical for a bearer of the host national culture. Taking into account the results of scientific researches, devoted to the classifications and descriptions of cultures (including the Russian culture), we have conducted a survey with a questionnaire, in which the students of Moscow universities participated. The summarized results of the survey have confirmed that the students possess features, which are both typical of the bearers of the host native national culture and also ones that describe bearers of other (or foreign) cultures. The analysis of empirical data has made it possible to define the directions of educational activities, applied in professional up-bringing, realizing the content of foreign-language teaching, developing the technological issues (tactics and strategies of professional behavior)
Recognition of the need to prepare a person for integrating into a multicultural society has led to the problem of organizing educational activities, which provide mastering both languages and cultures, cultural awareness and readiness for intercultural communication, based on the interest in foreign culture and identity of a person as a bearer of own national culture. University educational activities aimed at solving the task of developing personal and professional qualities of a student, who acts as a citizen of their state, meets the social needs and requirements. The paper aims at exploring the specific features of educational activities based on language-and-culture content.The paper employs theoretical and comparative analysis of research describing the basic ideas of teaching foreign languages and cultures as well as studies on personal development in multicultural space.The paper identifies the specific features of educational activities, organized on the basis of language-and-culture content to influence a student as a representative of the nation. One of the major findings is that the teacher's actions are related to the methods used to expose students to foreign culture in the teacher-led and out-of-class activities. The authors describe the organized educational activities which provide language-and-culture content at different stages of foreign language teaching.In sum, the authors conclude that the main characteristics of educational activities -complexity and integrity; relation to the principle of dialogue between cultures -are determined by the purposes of foreign language teaching and culture, and by the tasks of keeping and developing the students' features.

Pandemiс situation has set the scientific and methodical problems, related to distance (online) learning. In this regard, reconsideration and analysis of the existing educational system, the educational technologies aimed at realizing the educational content and personal upbringing, have become urgent. In professional language training we consider a student (a graduate) as the language-and-culture person who has mastered the language in unity with the culture and shows the personal features of citizenship (Russian citizen position). Digital learning requires an assessment of the capacities of the educational impact on the language-and-culture personality in the Internet environment. Appeal to national self-identity acts as one of the possible ways of solving the given problem. The author considers the national self-identity as the conscious understanding and acceptance of belonging to the certain national and cultural community by a person, who acts as a citizen of their state. The results of the questionnaire survey for the study of the students’ national self-identity in the digital environment have made it possible to conclude that the world community has found itself in the new conditions which cause necessity of changing and correcting the content of the educational technologies.
