Perkembangan gerak merupakan aspek penting dalam lingkup perkembangan anak. Akan tetapi, seiring dengan perubahan pola hidup dan pengaruh gadget yang menyebabkan anak menjadi kurang dalam melakukan gerak. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu usaha untuk menstimulus anak selalu aktif, memiliki keterampilan, pengetahuan, motivasi dan kepercayaan diri melakukan aktivitas gerak (Physical literacy) yang dilakukan sejak taman kanak-kanak. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan mengimplementasikan permainan tradisional yang dimodifikasi pada pembelajaran anak taman kanak-kanak dan partisipan berjumlah 150 anak. Permainan tradisional yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran terdiri atas tujuh permainan tradisional yaitu permainan lempar kaleng, permainan engklek, permainan lempar telur penyu, sumpitan, balap balon, estafet kelereng, dan bakiak. Penilaian dilakukan dengan teknik unjuk kerja menggunakan rubrik penelitian. Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan diperoleh nilai 10843 (3.02) pada pertemuan I dan 11596 (3.22) pada pertemuan I dan telah terjadi peningkatan sebesar 753 point (0.21). Peningkatan ini terjadi disebabkan permainan tradisional menstimulus anak selalu aktif melakukan aktivitas gerak melalui bermain. Hal ini menunjukan permainan tradisional efektif dalam mengembangan physical literacy anak taman kanak-kanak. However, along with changes in lifestyle and the influence of gadgets that caused children to be less in motion. For this reason, an effort is needed to stimulate children to always be active, have the skills, knowledge, motivation and self-confidence to carry out physical literacy carried out since preschool. The study was used the experimental method by implementing a modified traditional game on kindergarten learning and 150 participants. The traditional games used in learning consist of seven traditional games namely can throwing games, crunch games, turtle egg throwing games, blowpipes, balloon racing, marbles relay and clogs. Assessment is done by performance techniques using the research rubric. The overall results of the study obtained values of 10843 (3.02) at meetings I and 11596 (3.22) at meeting I and there had been an increase of 753 points (0.21). this increase occurs because traditional games stimulate children to always actively engage in motion activities through play. This shows that traditional games are effective in developing physical literacy of preschool student.
Background: Futsal and soccer are sports that require endurance and good physical fitness. However, the striking difference, especially in terms of the field used, causes various assumptions. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to compare the levels of physical fitness required for futsal and soccer as extracurricular activities. Methods: The Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI), In this study, a survey administered to extracurricular football and futsal players aged 13 to 15 was used as a quantitative method. Male students from two separate schools who were involved in extracurricular activities participated in this study, including soccer at State Junior High School 3 Sukadana, and futsal at Madrasah Tsanawiyah State 1 Pontianak. Applying a purposive sampling strategy to collect the sample, 20 futsal extracurricular students and 20 soccer extracurricular students were obtained. The SPSS version 26 program was used to aid in the data analysis for this investigation. Results: According to the study's findings, the average physical fitness score for soccer extracurricular was 15.1, while the average for futsal extracurricular was 11.75. Additionally, the significance value is 0.000 0.05, demonstrating a significant distinction between football and futsal as extracurricular activities. Conclusion: The study on the degree of physical fitness in extracurricular futsal and football found that there is a big gap. These preliminary results might improve understanding of student fitness developments among exercise professionals.

The sample in the study was 30 people. The results of the data analysis showed that there is an "excellent" category with a percentage of 0% (0 people). The "Good" category with a proportion of 44.66% (14 people). "Medium" category with a proportion of 50% (15 people). Category "Less" with a proportion of 3.33% (1 person). Di lapangan seorang pelatih sukar mengukur seberapa besar energi yang sudah dikeluarkan oleh seorang atlit, biasanya penanda yang paling mudah adalah dengan mengukur denyut jantung di pergelangan tangan. Namun itu tidak cukup sebagai penanda seberapa besar energi yang sudah digunakan, tetapi harus dikaji lebih dalam melalui kajian ilmu faal. Berbicara olahraga tidak terlepas dari sistem energi yang digunakan. Karena dalam aktivitas olahraga terjadi sebuah perubahan energi kimia menjadi energi mekanik. Oleh karena itu, bagi yang berkecimpung dalam bidang olahraga merupakan syarat mutlak untuk mengetahui persediaan sistem energi. Pengetahuan ini tidak hanya penting untuk pelatih, guru pendidikan jasmani, tetapi juga penting bagi atlit. Kita mengenal beberapa macam sistem energi yang berhubungan dengan aktivitas olahraga antara lain; sistem ATP-PC, sistem asam laktat dan sistem aerobik yang semuanya itu sebagai penyedia kebutuhan energi dalam aktivitas olahraga. Kata Kunci : kegiatan olahraga, kesinambungan energi.  Abstract: In the field, a coach is difficult to measure how much energy has been issued by an athlete which the most convenient marker usually is to measure heart rate wrist. It was not enough to be a marker of how much energy is already used, but is should be studied more deeply through the study of physiology. Talking about sport, it can not be separated from the energy system used. Because in sporting activities, there was a change from the chemical energy into mechanical energy. Therefore, for those working in the field of sport is absolutely necessary to know the energy supply system. This change is not only important for coaches, physical education teachers, but also important for athletes. We know some kind of energy systems associated with sports activities, such as the ATP-PC system, a system of lactic acid and all the aerobic system as a provider of energy needs in sporting activities. The problem in this research is how the basic volleyball technical skills of male students in volleyball extracurricular at SMAN 1 Batang Lupar. This study aims to determine the extent to which students' ability to perform basic volleyball techniques in male students who take extracurricular activities at SMAN 1 Batang Lupar. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with the type of research that is survey. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive analysis of percentages. The subjects in this study were all male students who took part in volleyball extracurricular at SMAN 1 Batang Lupar, totaling 20 people. Based on the calculation of the percentage of basic volleyball techniques at SMAN 1 Batang Lupar, the average service ability is obtained, namely; 70% (good), while the average passing down is; 65% (good), the average passing over is; 70% (good), and the average smash is; 85% (very good). So it can be concluded that the basic volleyball technical skill test can improve the ability to play volleyball at SMAN 1 Batang Lupar.Keyword : Basic Technique, Skill Test, Volleyball
