Generalized vehicle routing problem (GVRP), for each vertex of the graph is partitioned into vertex sets and called groups, it will be determined the optimal route given to each set group includes exactly one vertex of each group. Furthermore, the cluster generalized vehicle routing problem (CGVRP) was introduced which aims to determine the optimal route for each vertex for each cluster. The optimal route can be solved using the Djikstra Algorithm. The distribution of waste in the city of Sumbawa Besar is still considered to be less than optimal, so this system can be implemented by making direct connections between each polling station. This system produces the shortest route, travel details, distance between polling stations and travel costs.
Distribution is one of the important aspects to run a business or enterprise. BULOG is a state-own enterprise that operates in the food security sector. One of its services is to distribute RASKIN (subsidized rice) to all district in Indonesia. Sumbawa is one of the big district in Indonesia has a BULOG Regional sub-division to distr So far, the distribution of Raskin carried out by BULOG in the district of Sumbawa still relies on the experience of drivers in distributing RASKIN to destination villages and the application of the heuristic method has never been applied to optimize distribution routes, considering that a large number of distribution areas creates many combinations of distribution channels. This study aims to propose the optimal distribution route for RASKIN for BULOG in Sumbawa district, Alas warehouse so that the distribution time and costs can be more optimal. In this study, this problem was solved using the Cluster General Vehicle Routing Problem (CGVRP) model and the 0-1 linear programming. The result shows that only 3 of 4 vehicles can be used to distribute RASKIN, whereas previously, BULOG use 4 vehicles. The total route of the three vehicles is 206.52 miles.
Brantas Abipraya (Persero) merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang melakukan pengerjaan pembangunan infrastruktur yang terkhusus pada Proyek Pengendalian Banjir dalam pengerjaan drainase yang terletak di kawasan Mandalika, Lombok Barat, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Berdasarkan observasi di Proyek Pengendalian Banjir PT. Brantas Abipraya (Persero), ditemukan pada proses pemasangan L-Gutter atau beton berpotensi menyebabkan kecelakaan kerja yang diakibatkan pekerja tidak menggunakan APD atau yang biasa dikenal dengan alat pelindung diri. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk meminimalisir risiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja pada Proyek Pengendalian Banjir di PT. Brantas Abipraya (Persero). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Hazard Identification and Risk Assesment (HIRA). Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi dan penilaian potensi bahaya yang telah dilakukan, terdapat terdapat enam potensi bahaya pada Proyek Pengendalian Banjir PT. Brantas Abipraya (Persero), yaitu jalanan berlubang dan berlumpur, ekskavator swing, jalan longsor, jalan tergenang air dan berlumpur, pekerja tidak menggunakan APD khusus untuk ketinggian dan tidak menggunakan pelindung telinga saat bekerja di tempat yang bising. Usulan perbaikan yang dapat diberikan berdasarkan hirarki pengendalian K3 adalah pengendalian teknik dengan usulan memperbaiki jalan yang rusak, melakukan rekayasa jalan, membuat penahan tanah/gorong-gorong penahan tanah dan melakukan pengurasan air dan pembersian lumpur yang menggenangi jalan. Selain itu, dilakukan pengendalian administrasi dengan usulan memasang rambu-rambu proyek yang bertuliskan jalan berlubang dan berlumpur, menandakan ekskavator melakukan pemasangan L-Gutter, menandakan area longsor, dan menandakan area licin dan tergenang air. Selanjutnya, diusulkan agar selalu menggunakan APD seperti helm safety, sarung tangan safety, kacamata safety, pelindung telinga / Ear Muff, sepatu safety dan masker agar segera dilakukan teguran untuk mengurangi munculnya bahaya saat bekerja. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meminimalisir risiko kecelakaan kerja di Proyek Pengendalian Banjir PT. Brantas Abipraya (Persero) sehingga pekerja terhindar dari risiko kecelakaan kerja.
