<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> The aim of our study was to find out the children of divorced couples’s self-concept and self-disclosure who raised by their grandmother (grand parenting). This study used a qualitative approach - a case study. Subjects were two adolescents who live in the Village of Blitar City with an age range of 12—14 years. We use in-depth interviews, observations and document studies to collect data. Results show that subject’s saw themselves as a bad individual, bad influence, and being underestimated. Subject’s self-disclosure shows that they have lack of self-disclosure, easily offended by critiscm, lack of trust in others, and rigid.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong><em> </em>Penulisan artikel bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran konsep diri dan keterbukaan diri remaja <em>broken home</em> yang diasuh nenek (<em>grand parenting). </em>Penelitian ini menggunakan<em> </em>pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Subjek ialah dua remaja yang tinggal di desa Rembang, Kota Blitar dengan rentang usia 12—14 tahun. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Hasil menunjukkan konsep diri subjek memiliki karakteristik menganggap diri sebagai individu yang tidak baik, pembawa pengaruh buruk, dipandang rendah orang lain. Keterbukaan diri subjek menunjukkan gambaran sikap yang cenderung tertutup pada orang lain, mudah tersinggung ketika menerima kritik orang lain, kurang bisa mempercayai orang lain, dan kaku.
This study aims to reduce stress in the completion of thesis through peer tutoring method in student of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program, UNY. This research is a classroom action research. The research subjects were 70 Guidance and Counseling Study Program students. Sampling techniques used purposive technique. Data collection used stress scale in the completion of thesis and observation guideline. The result of the pretest with the scale of stress in the completion of the thesis obtained a number of 14 students who were given an action. Data analysis technique used quantitative technique. The results showed a decrease in stress level in Guidance and Counseling student through peer tutoring method. This was indicated by the pretest average score of 104.8 (high category). After being given the action in cycle I, the average post test I score was 90.3 (medium category). This means that in cycle I there was a decrease in the average score of 14.5%. Provision of action continued in cycle II with the result of post test II obtained an average score of 72.2 (low category). This means that in cycle II there is a decrease in the average score of 18.1%. The decrease in the average score in the post test I and II obtained a total of 32.6%.

Spiritual leadership is an important new concept that should be owned by school principals for good school management. This study systematically describes the development of spiritual leadership as a principal's leadership management based on empirical evidence. The research method used is the literature review, the criteria for the selected articles, including educational settings, and the year of publication 2016-2021. The number of articles reviewed was nine scientific journal articles covering the topic of spiritual leadership. The results of the study show that the form of leadership management carried out by the principal in implementing the spiritual leadership model is developing expectations of all school staff, having a vision for the future, being able to understand and foster differences, having good communication with all school staff, being motivated, willing to accept feedback in leadership, able to manage conflict, efficient in work and exemplary professional commitment. Abstrak: Kepemimpinan spiritual adalah konsep baru yang penting dan perlu dimiliki kepala sekolah untuk melakukan manajemen sekolah yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan secara sistematis tentang pengembangan spiritual leadership sebagai manajemen kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berdasarkan bukti empiris. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kajian pustaka, kriteria artikel yang dipilih, diantaranya pada setting pendidikan dan tahun terbit 2016-2021. Jumlah artikel yang dikaji sebanyak 9 artikel jurnal ilmiah yang memuat topik kepemimpinan spiritual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk manajemen kepemimpinan yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam menerapkan model kepemimpinan spiritual yaitu mengembangkan harapan seluruh staf sekolah, memiliki visi di masa depan, mampu memahami dan membina perbedaan, memiliki komunikasi yang baik dengan seluruh staf sekolah, memotivasi, bersedia menerima umpan balik dalam kepemimpinan, mampu mengelola konflik, efisien dalam bekerja dan komitmen profesional yang baik.
Self-confidence can help an individual to move forward in life. This study aims to determine: (1) students' self-confidence, (2) the development process, (3) learning strategies that support the development of self-confidence, and (4) the meaning of Tahfizh Qur'an Thematic (TQT) learning in developing students' self-confidence. This qualitative research with phenomenological methods was carried out at the Bait Al-Hikmah Foundation, Malang, especially in the regular Tahfizh Qur'an Thematic (TQT) program. The research subject selection technique used a purposive sampling technique, with two primary subjects, namely students who experienced the development of self-confidence and the teacher of the students. This study indicates that there is a development of students' self-confidence in most of the outer and inner aspects. Abstrak: Kepercayaan diri dapat membantu seorang individu untuk melangkah maju dalam menjalani hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) kepercayaan diri santri, (2) proses perkembangan, (3) strategi pembelajaran yang mendukung perkembangan kepercayaan diri, dan (4) makna pembelajaran pembelajaran TQT dalam mengembangkan kepercayaan diri santri. Penelitian kualitatif metode fenomenologi ini dilakukan di Yayasan Bait Al-Hikmah Malang, khususnya pada program Tahfizh Qur’an Tematik (TQT) reguler. Teknik pemilihan subjek penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan dua macam subjek primer, yaitu santri yang mengalami perkembangan kepercayaan diri dan pengajar santri tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa terjadi perkembangan kepercayaan diri santri pada sebagian besar aspek lahir dan batin.
