According to the Basic Health Research Survey Data (RISKESDAS) in 2018, the incident of obesity has increased significantly in children, which was 26,6 % to 31,0 %. In the field observation made at An’s house N and An. A with interview and action methods to 2 families who have children aged 6-12 years, it was concluded that two family members did not know the problem of obesity and how to overcome obesity, this happened because of the lack of knowledge from both parents, heredity, and others. Objective : To determine the level of parental knowledge about obesity in An. N and An. A in the village of Bapang Sari and Dadirejo in 2019. Method : This research uses descriptive method with cross sectional design. In this study the authors took 2 families at the developmental stage of school children aged 6-12 years in different villages with the same health problem namely obesity. Data collection was carried out bydistributing checklist about obesity to family. The nutritional status of children is determined by measuring the child’s height and weight. Result : After being given health education about the problem of obesity in both families the level of knowledge increased from 20% to 80% and 40% to 70%. Conclusion: Health education is effective in increasing family knowledge about obesity in school children.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the package of warning signs of bleeding pregnant women (tabahanmil) on the knowledge, attitudes and skills of pregnant women in preventing bleeding in Bayan District, Purworejo Regency. The type of quantitative research with Quasi experimental research design, pretest-posttest with control group design. The results of bivariate analysis found that the intervention group after being given a tabahanmil package significantly affected compared to the control group that was not given a tabahanmil package on knowledge, attitudes, and skills, each of which has a p value = 0,000 less than 0.05. Conclusion, there is a significant difference from the average value of knowledge, attitudes, and skills of pregnant women in preventing bleeding in the intervention group and the control group. Latar Belakang: Asma merupakan penyebab kesakitan dan kematian dengan peringkat ke sepuluh di Indonesia dengan prevalensi sebesar 2,4%. Asma menyebabkan gangguan pernapasan berupa adanya suara mengi (wheezing), nafas terasa sesak, batuk dan sulit bernafas terutama pada malam hari. Banyak anak mendapatkan penanganan yang tidak rasional, tidak mendapat pencegahan dengan baik sehingga penyakit dapat berlanjut ke keadaan yang lebih gawat. Salah satu terapi yang tepat pada kasus tersebut yaitu terapi meniup balon bllowing. Tujuan Penelitian ini mengetahui Pengaruh Ballon Blowing Terhadap Status Oksigenasi Pada Anak Dengan Asma Bronkial. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan sampel sejumlah 2 pastisipan yang berusia 9 dan 5 tahun. Teknik pengumpulan menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil: Berdasarkan studi kasus menunjukkan bahwa setelah dilakukan terapi ballon blowing pada anak dengan asma bronkial efektif mengurangi sesak nafas, menurunkan frekuensi pernafasan menjadi normal, mengatasi suara mengi dan meningkatkan saturasi oksigen. Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh terapi tehnik Balon bllowing (meniup balon) pada pasien anak Asma Bronkial terhadap status oksigenasi. Saran: Terapi Balon Bllowing (meniup balon) dapat menjadi sebagai terapi non-farmakologis pada anak dengan Asma Bronkial yang dilakukan 3 hari setiap pagi hari dengan durasi 20 menit.
