Abstract. The main objective of the study is the development of an effective motivational mechanism for employees of construction enterprises. The paper considers particularities of remuneration of participants of construction process in order to define the application of various mechanisms of motivation and incentivisation. The existing methods of development of motivation and incentivisation are analyzed as a tool for increasing the performance of the enterprise. Scientific and methodological recommendations on the establishment and implementation of the mechanisms of motivation and incentivisation as a tool for increasing the performance of enterprises in the construction industry were developed. These recommendations allow identifying the relationship of motivation and incentivisation with the performance of the enterprise. The developed mechanism is based on the relationship between the strategic objective of the enterprise and the key performance indicators of the units or specific employees.
Abstract. This article considers the monetary evaluation methodology in the project management, which allows considering the strategic management from the viewpoint of designing, where the designing represents a specific branch of system engineering focused on the creation through the formation of requirements to technology, i.e. determination of its functions at the project "input" and allocation of the structure at the "output" as a final result of the designing in the conditions of modern urban location. The article also considers the risk analysis and monetary evaluation in the project management.
Abstract. In the authors' opinion, the most important element to form the territory development strategy is the mandatory inclusion of indices of the investment and construction projects which are implemented within the strategy. The principal problem of the existing system of strategic planning in this country is insufficient accounting of investment and construction projects influence on the strategy of regional development. It significantly holds in check the current business activity and, consequently, the longterm effective development of the territory. Currently the solution of issues connected with the effective territory development is ever more challenging; the complex geopolitical and economic situations force the Russian government to look for new drivers of growth and further development by means of the country internal resource. The main prerequisites of long-term sustainable development of the Russian Federation are: the vast human capital assets, surviving economic, significant territorial and natural resources. However, the tasks of long-term development of the country cannot be solved without the effective system of strategic planning at all levels of administrative-territorial division and clear-cut priorities.
Abstract. Aggressive environments have a significant impact on destruction of many reinforced concrete structures, such as high-rise constructions or chemical plants. For example, some high-rise constructions are equipped with a swimming pool, so they are exposed to chloride ions in the air. Penetration of aggressive chemical substances into the body of concrete contributes to acceleration of reinforced concrete structure corrosion that in turn leads to load bearing capacity loss and destruction of the building. The article considers and analyzes the main technologies for calculating penetration depth of various aggressive substances into the body of concrete. The calculation of corrosion depth was made for 50-year service life.
