One of the fundamental problems in management is the issue of correlation of occupational rationality and human factor. The highest recognition of this issue was achieved in the Russian management thought in the early 1900s. The authors have concentrated their attention on the Russian management thought, since it is studied less in comparison with classical Western management schools. This article analyzes the works by the major philosophers and theoreticians of management, their approaches and attitudes to the mentioned issue are considered, the main results of conferences on scientific organization of labor held in the USSR are studied. The main aim of the article is retrospective analysis and systematization of approaches of the Russian scientists to the correlation between occupational rationality and human capital. The results of the study are arranged in the form of correlation matrix of various sides and attitudes on this issue in the works by various Russian philosophers of management. It should be mentioned that solution to this problem is relevant at present, since digitization minimizes the significance and opportunities of human factor.
Резюме. Сучасний стан російського футболу спонукає багато фахівців замислюватися над розробкою нових підходів і методів підготовки, а також оцінкою якості тренування не лише спортсменів високого класу, але і ближнього резерву. Це зумовлено загальними тенденціями у світовому спорті і є свідченням зусиль, які робляться для підвищення ефективності управління навчально-тренувальним процесом в усіх видах спорту. На тлі зростаючих змагальних навантажень і пильної уваги до перспективних спортсменів з боку громадськості і засобів масової інформації вміння тренера грамотно управляти потребово-мотиваційною сферою юних спортсменів, розпізнавати і попереджати явище надмотивації стає більш актуальнішим. Modern state of Russian football motivates many experts to reflect on the development of new approaches and methods of preparation, and quality assessment of training not only high-class sportsmen, but also the middle of the reserve. This reflects the General tendencies in the world of sport and the evidence of the efforts made to improve the efficiency of management of educational-training process in all sports. With the increasing competitive pressures and close attention to the promising athletes from the public and the media, the ability of the coach to manage the requirement of motivational sphere of the young sportsmen, to recognize and prevent the phenomenon of excess motivation becomes more urgent.
