The article is devoted to the analysis of the didactic potential of multi-format textbooks on Russian for business communication (RBC) for linguo-communicative training of specialists in the areas of economics and management, receiving professional education in the universities of the Russian Federation. The study of the research source base, including theoretical and practical works, regulations and reference literature, allowed the authors to focus the methodological search on the design of an integrally whole and systemic flexible linguodidactic model of teaching RBC to Russian and foreign students regarding the full-time, distance or mixed formats of the pedagogical process and relying on printed and electronic educational tools as essential components of the university information and educational environment (real and virtual). The authors considered the subject contents of the RBC course and the ways of its presentation in various textbooks in the dialectical relationship of invariant and variable components as a condition for building a technological and adaptive educational model that ensures the interconnected formation of the entire complex of professional-communicative, sociocultural and intellectual-creative qualities of the specialist's language personality. The permanent contents and didactic variability of RBC teaching aids for various contingents and various educational conditions are presented in the article using the example of author's teaching aids created by the teachers of Bauman Moscow State Technical University (Russia, Moscow) and South-West State University (Russia, Kursk). The validity of the model realized in these manuals is confirmed by the practice of its use in the linguoeducational process at these universities.
The problem of the impossibility to ensure the technological development of industrial enterprises in the new economic conditions of digitalization based on traditional approaches developed for the conditions, in which modern high-tech enterprises no longer operate, determined the core scientific idea of the study. It forms a conceptual model for the intelligent infrastructure of technological development at industrial enterprises based on the principles of infrastructure-reproduction approach. Domestic and foreign management theory presented with a variety of concepts, including those focused on modern aspects of management, due to structural changes in the economy based on digital technologies, do not give a sufficiently clear idea of the management features of the intelligent infrastructure formation for technological development at industrial enterprises in the new economic conditions. This is an urgent scientific problem to be solved. The proposed concept is based on methods of system analysis and scientific modelling, economic-statistical methods (grouping, typing, constructing time series, determining ratings, etc.), to analyze and compile statistical information, identify trends and characteristics of technological development at industrial enterprises, analytical method when performing analytical calculations, graphical method for the visualization of the results. From the infrastructure-reproduction approach the article reveals the components of the conceptual model for intelligent infrastructure of technological development at industrial enterprises, and presents the essential links between them, due to the task of achieving the target results in the field of technological development in the digital economy. The presented model can influence the management orientation of a modern industrial enterprise and the choice of an acceptable organizational solution in the field of staff intellectual resources management for its technological development. These results will allow developing research, designing and implementing organizational and management systems and mechanisms to ensure the technologization based on effective intellectual and resource support in the industrial sector in the digital economy.
In the context of a dynamically developing digital economy in Russia, the labor protection management system in organizations is integrated into production management processes, based on the principles of social partnership and digitalization of labor protection processes. Emerging new and existing problems of finding tools for effective management of labor protection in modern socio-economic conditions can also be solved based on a competence-based approach. In order to study the impact of professional competence of specialists in the field of labor protection on the effectiveness of labor protection management and the development of social and labor relations in the field of labor protection in the organization, there was conducted an analytical study using empirical material from more than 1,600 organizations. There was studied state of professional competence of more than 2,600 specialists in the field of labor protection. The expert method identifies various levels of professional competence of specialists in the field of labor protection: high, medium and low. The method of mathematical analysis (main components) is used to assess the factors of formation of their professional competence, such as basic education, experience and work experience, professional development, and the availability of additional competencies. Using the methods of analysis and synthesis, the authors justified and proposed indicators of social and labor relations in the field of labor protection, which are influenced by the professional competence of specialists in the field of labor protection. The main indicator was the rate of accidents at work. As a result, the method of factor analysis determined the complex influence of the level of professional competence of specialists in the field of labor protection on the development of social and labor relations in the field of labor protection. From the positions of various categories of personnel, this influence is estimated as directly proportional, constructive, nominal and destructive. The authors obtained a quantitative assessment of the impact of the level of professional competence of specialists in the field of labor protection on the level of injuries as one of the indicators of social and labor relations in the field of labor protection in organizations on the example of one of the factors of its formation - basic specialized education. The article shows the positive impact of improving the professional competence of specialists in the field of labor protection on the economic efficiency of the enterprise.
The article deals with the essence of teenager’s self-identification, the process of its formation. The article also examines the professional orientation of teenagers in an educational institution. Professional self-identification is necessary for adolescents in order to responsibly approach the choice of the business of their whole life, to correlate their desires and capabilities. The author notes the importance of choosing a profession depending on the type of relationship: man-technician, man-artistic image, manperson, man-sign system and man-nature, reveals the relevance and relevance of some professions and the obsolescence of others, using information from employment centers in the South of Russia. And also talks about the difficulties that a graduate may face when choosing a future profession.
