This study aims to determine the Effect of Regional Financial Management and Good Governance on Government Performance in Kerinci Regency. The population of this study is employees at the Kerinci Regency, using the purposive sampling. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 75 person. Data was collected by a questionnaire and data analysis technique used multiple regression. The results of the study show that Regional Financial Management and Good Governance each partially has an effect on Government Performance in Kerinci District. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between Regional Financial Management and Good Governance on Government Performance in Kerinci District. The magnitude of the influence of Regional Financial Management and Good Governance on Government Performance in Kerinci District was 51%. While the remaining 49% is explained by other causes that were not examined in this study.
ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat komparasi perilaku etis mahasiswa akuntansi STIE Sakti Alam Kerinci dengan mahasiswa akuntansi STIE Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini melihat komparasi perilaku etis antara mahasiswa dengan mahasiswi akuntansi serta perilaku etis individu yang memiliki faktor internal locus of control dengan individu yang memiliki faktor eksternal locus of control secara terpisah dari masing-masing perguruan tinggi. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga melihat pengaruh dari equity sensitivity (X1) dan budaya (X2) terhadap perilaku etis mahasiswa akuntansi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Metode pengujian hipotesis komparatif dalam penelitian ini adalah T-test, kemudian regresi linear berganda digunakan untuk menganalisa pengaruh equity sensitivity (X1) dan budaya (X2) terhadap perilaku etis (Y). Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa (1) mahasiswa akuntansi STIE Sumatera Barat memiliki perilaku yang lebih etis dibandingkan mahasiswa akuntansi STIE Sakti Alam Kerinci, (2) tidak terdapat perbedaan perilaku etis antara mahasiswa dan mahasiswi akuntansi STIE Sakti Alam Kerinci maupun STIE Sumatera Barat, (3a) mahasiswa akuntansi STIE Sakti Alam Kerinci yang memiliki faktor internal locus of control memiliki perilaku lebih etis dibandingkan mahasiswa akuntansi yang memiliki faktor eksternal locus of control, (3b) tidak terdapat perbedaan perilaku etis antara mahasiswa akuntansi STIE Sumatera Barat berdasarkan faktor locus of control, (4a) equity sensitivity dan budaya mempengaruhi perilaku etis mahasiswa akuntansi STIE Sakti Alam Kerinci, (4b) equity sensitivity mempengaruhi perilaku etis mahasiswa akuntansi STIE Sumatera Barat, budaya tidak mempengaruhi perilaku etis mahasiswa akuntansi STIE Sumatera Barat.
Why would one want to buy expensive popcorn at the cinema, while they could get the same with much lower price in supermarket? Economically speaking, it is a rip off. However, there is an effective psychological technique called the decoy effect that could affect our economical thinking in a way that the targeted good will be purchased even if it is overpriced. Earlier research showed that consumer's preference could be shifted when there are three options: the target, competitor, and decoy. In this IR 4.0, sellers' market their products through digital marketplaces to reach more consumers worldwide. This research analyses whether the decoy effect exists in Indonesia's digital marketplace, and what effect does customers' review has on it. Data are collected through online surveys by replicating an online shopping choice sets for a trash bin. We choose marketplace Shopee as it has some features enabling us to do the experiment. The control and treatment 1 choice-sets are used to test whether the decoy effect exists in digital market. Treatment 2 is used to measure the strength of a decoy with smaller/bigger amount of buyers, and Treatment 3 measures the strength of a decoy with positive/negative reviews. A total of 90 subjects are randomly given one choice-set. Results show that decoy effect exists in digital marketplace Shopee. Amount of buyers influences the strength of the decoy effect; smaller amount weakened it, bigger amount strengthen it. Data also suggests that decoy with negative review reduces the strength of its effect, vice versa.
Salah satu masalah yang dihadapi usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) adalah kesulitan permodalan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, UMKM meminjam dari berbagai pihak, salah satunya dari perbankan. Namun, UMKM masih kesulitan dalam mengakses dana dari pihak perbankan karena berbagai persyaratan yang tidak bisa terpenuhi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh lama usaha dan tingkat suku bunga terhadap keputusan usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) mengambil kredit di perbankan studi kecamatan hamparan rawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari 35 orang responden sebagai sampel dengan teknik total sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel lama usaha, dan tingkat suku bunga, keputusan UMKM untuk mengambil kredit dari perbankan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel lama usaha tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pengambilan kredit para pelaku UMKM di Desa Koto Teluk, sedangkan untuk variabel tingkat suku bunga memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pengambilan kredit para pelaku UMKM di Desa Koto Teluk.
The main objective of this research is to identify and analyze the contribution of third party funds and the growth of financing in determining profitability in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia for the period 2015-2019. Where profitability is the dependent variable and third party funds and financing growth is the independent variable. This Research type represent the quantitative research is comparability origin.. The data used in this study are secondary data, namely the financial statements of 6 Islamic public banks from the 2015 - 2019 period. The statistical method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis and correlation analysis using IBM SPSS Statistic 25.The results of this study indicate that simultaneously third party funds and financing growth have a significant effect on the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks. As partially, the Current Party Fund has a significant effect on the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks, and financing growth does not have a significant effect on the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks.
